解读柯布西耶遗作——费尔米尼的圣皮埃尔教堂

通过对洗发水瓶盖的结构和工艺性进行分析,确定了盖嘴采用圆弧抽芯机构,整个产品采用电机带动齿轮进行自动螺旋脱模,以及采用潜伏式进胶的模具设计方案。并详细介绍了模具的工作过稃,经生产证明,该模具生产的产品完全符合要求,并在同类产品的模具设计中有一定的借鉴作用。     

Geometric error measurement of spiral bevel gears using a virtual gear model for STEP-NC

Geometric error measurement is required to evaluate the grade of the manufactured gears. Due to the complexity of the spiral bevel gear, direct measurement with the physical part has been conducted in a very limited way. In this paper, we present an indirect measurement based on the virtual gears model (VGM), obtained by NUBS fitting of the surface points measured by CMM (coordinate measuring machine). By comparing the VGM with CAD model (soft-master model), various errors such as tooth profile error and tooth trace error can be automatically measured. The developed method is simple and robust without requiring a special measuring device, and hence it can be applied for the industrial practice as a means for measuring the tooth profile and tooth trace errors which cannot be measured by the conventional method. Further, the model-based method can be incorporated on the advanced CNC controller based on the new CAM–CNC interface scheme of STEP-NC [STEP (standard for transfer and exchange of product model data) based data model for CAM and CNC interface] as an on-line inspection module. Algorithmic details together with experimental validation results are given.     

64排螺旋CT诊断早期中心型肺癌的临床价值

目的:探讨64排螺旋CT诊断早期中心型肺癌的临床价值,为临床有效诊断早期中心型肺癌提供参考。方法:对74例早期中心型肺癌患者肺部行64排螺旋CT扫描,观察肺叶、肺段支气管病变情况并与手术病理诊断结果比较。结果:64排螺旋CT诊断早期中心型肺癌效果与手术病理诊断结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论:应用64排螺旋CT对早期中心型肺癌进行诊断,可扫描出患者肺叶、肺段支气管的病灶部位及病变情况,且对患者无创伤,是一种安全有效的诊断方式,对临床诊断早期中心型肺癌具有一定的参考价值。     

螺旋肋片管在锅炉省煤器改造中的应用

针对某电厂锅炉排烟温度较高,通过分析和热力计算,采用传热交流较高的螺旋肋片管省煤器改造方案,使改造后锅炉排烟温度下降约32℃,锅炉热效率提高1.6%.图2表2     

Influence of Membrane Intrusion on Permeate‐Sided Pressure Drop During High‐Pressure Reverse Osmosis

By replacing thermal concentration processes, high‐pressure reverse osmosis has the potential to contribute to cost and energy savings regarding concepts for industrial water reuse. To provide a better understanding of the spiral‐wound element behavior during high‐pressure operation, this study focusses on the investigation of their performance by scrutinizing the crucial effect of the permeate‐sided pressure drop induced by membrane‐spacer interactions. The experiments show a considerable influence of membrane intrusion on the element performance with a strong dependence on the feed pressure.     

正传动非零变位弧齿锥齿轮的设计

根据弧齿锥齿轮的非零变位原理，采用正传动可大幅度提高弧齿锥齿轮的强度和综合性能。本文通过一实例，参照封闭图选择变位系数，对零变位和非零正变位两种设计方案进行了比较，说明正传动非零变位弧齿锥齿轮在综合性能方面具有明显的优越性。     

弧齿锥齿轮的三维图形显示

提出一种在计算机上能立体显示弧齿锥齿轮的齿面及其轮辐的程序设计方法。首先，根据弧齿锥齿轮的齿面方程求出一个轮齿的齿面上点的数据，然后经过旋转变换便形成全部齿面的数据。其次，将三维坐标经过投影变换到平面坐标上（称为世界坐标），再将世界坐标变换到设备坐标上。最后通过绘图函数将变换后的数据用图形显示在屏幕上。本文方法为弧齿锥齿轮的切齿仿真提供了手段。本程序采用的方法是针对ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下的编程而言的，但其方法具有普遍性。     

弧齿圆锥齿轮传动的动载荷影响因素分析

航空弧齿锥齿轮往往在高速重载下工作，它的动态特性是齿轮设计和使用中非常重要的依据。作者计算了螺旋角、支承结构、齿轮辐板的扭转刚度和轴向刚度、传动误差幅值以及齿数对齿轮系统动态特性的影响。计算结果表明，恰当地调整参数，进行合理的动态设计，将显著改善齿轮系统的动态特性。
