Micro devices for a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunt system

This paper reports a novel cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunt system for the hydrocephalus patients. The CSF shunt system consists of a micro telemetry pressure sensor, an electromagnetic micropump and a controller. The pressure sensor has a flexible p+ diaphragm and a planar copper coil that construct an LC resonant circuit. The cerebrospinal pressure is measured from the phase shift at the resonance frequency. The micropump consists of an actuator diaphragm and a pair of passive valves. Each device is fabricated by micromachining technology and tested to obtain the characteristic. The feasibility of the proposed shunt system is evaluated with the in vitro performance test.     

Optimal Placement and Sizing of Inverter-Based Distributed Generation Units and Shunt Capacitors in Distorted Distribution Systems Using a Hybrid Phasor Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm

Abstract

In this paper, a novel hybrid population-based meta-heuristic algorithm, called the hybrid Phasor Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PPSOGSA), is proposed to solve the problem of optimal placement and sizing of inverter-based distributed generation (DG) units and shunt capacitors in radial distribution systems with linear and non-linear loads. The objective of the problem is reduction of active power losses considering constraints of the fundamental frequency active and reactive power balance, RMS voltage, and total harmonic distortion of voltage (THD_V) at each bus of the network, as well as the branch flow constraints. The performance of the PPSOGSA-based approach is evaluated on the standard IEEE 33- and 69-bus test systems under sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal operating conditions. Compared to the original PPSO and GSA and other algorithms commonly used in the optimal sitting and sizing problem of DG units and shunt capacitors, it is found that the proposed algorithm has yielded better results.     

分流系数对架空避雷线热稳定校验的影响

针对北京电网中日益突出的架空避雷线的热稳定问题，指出了目前根据线路总短路电流值选取架空避雷线截面是不准确的。文章通过建立数学模型，采用Matlab软件进行了计算，计算表明了分流系数对避雷线的截面选择影响显著，并用实例计算加以验证。文中的分析和计算方法可为更准确地进行架空避雷线的热稳定校验提供依据。文中还给出了考虑分流系数后GJ-50型架空避雷线的适用距离。     

有源电力滤波器的实验研究

分析了有源电力滤波器及其发展现状和关键技术，介绍了30kVA三相四线制并联型有源电力滤波器的研制和试用情况，给出了有源电力滤波器的主要技术参数和现场实测结果。研究结果表明，使用有源电力滤波器进行谐波抑制和／或基波无功补偿可以达到良好的效果：在技术上是可行的，在经济上是可以接受的。     

从统计数据看高压电容装置接线方式的选序

通过对近四年国内主要生产厂家提供的10kV、35kV高压并联电容器装置的单组容量、组数和接线方式(采用的不平衡保护方式)等数据资料进行统计分析，得出装置电压等级、容量和接线方式三者关系的变化趋势，以及接线方式的选用顺序，可供工程设计参考。     

并联电抗器套管CT点极性方法的分析与改进

分析了电抗器套管CT点极性存在的问题,结合现场工作状况,分析了点极性过程中刀闸断口处过电压与电弧的产生原因,提出了一种新的点极性方案,解决了刀闸断口处过电压与拉弧的问题,并设计了一种新的极性测试电路,解决了点极性时CT二次串接电流表指针偏转不明显的问题。     

基于ANSYS的钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力分析

采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对钢管混凝土短柱的轴压全过程进行了数值模拟,得到构件轴向受压的荷载—应变关系,并与已有文献中的试验结果进行了比较,结果表明,ANSYS的计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,指出利用有限元软件分析钢管混凝土构件的可行性和可信性。     

螺旋焊接方、圆钢管短柱试验

对采用对接焊缝的螺旋焊接圆钢管及冷轧成型圆变方钢管进行了材料力学性能试验和短柱试验。测试表明 ,方钢管的角部和平板部的钢材力学性能都发生了变化 :强度提高 ,延性降低。其次 ,测试了钢管的焊接缺陷、方钢管管壁初始不直度等。最后 ,通过对方钢管短柱的试验 ,发现其承载力可以用现行规范计算。试验表明 ,随钢管一起经受冷加工的螺旋焊缝显示出良好的工作状态。
