预应力筋的优化布置是大内跨小边跨的多跨预应力混凝土框架结构合理设计计算的关键.为满足控制截面承载力最大的需要,以往常将大跨所需预应力筋布置为连续曲线,并按水平直线延伸通过其相邻的两小跨,按这种布置方式仅使大跨内产生竖向向上的预应力等效荷载,可较好平衡大跨的竖向外荷载;而若将大跨及相邻的两小跨统一考虑,预应力筋按连续曲线布置,张拉产生的预应力等效荷载不但可有效平衡大跨的竖向外荷载而且也可平衡小跨的竖向外荷载,可以使荷载平衡得到优化实现.以一典型工程为例,分析了在相同条件下两种预应力筋布置过程中张拉引起的综合弯矩、主弯矩和次弯矩的分布和量值上差异,比较了两类布筋形式对正截面承载力计算结果的影响,验证了对大内跨小边跨框架结构统一考虑后整体上按三段连续正反抛物线预应力筋布置的合理性.  相似文献

The oxidation behavior of a normalized 2.25Cr-1Mo steel tempered previously for 10 hr at different temperatures between 873 and 1023 K has been studied up to a maximum duration of 1000 hr in air at 773–973 K. The oxidation resistance of the steel was found to decrease significantly with the temperature of tempering. Tempering of this steel is reported to cause microstructural changes involving precipitation of Cr as carbides and a decrease in the effective (free) Cr contents, that could influence the oxidation resistance of the Cr-containing alloys. Relative compositions across the thickness of the oxide scales, as analyzed by SEM/EDX and SIMS, suggest that a less Cr-rich (and less protective) and thicker scale on the steel formed because previous tempering caused extensive depletion of free Cr.  相似文献

研究了保温时间和保温温度对电磁搅拌ZL117合金半固态浆料稳定性的影响.试验结果表明:半固态浆料中初生Si的颗粒直径随着保温时间的延长而逐渐增大,但在前15 min内增长速度比较缓慢,15 min后增长较快;随着保温温度的升高而缓慢增大;初生Si的形状系数随着保温时间的延长而变得越来越大,但也在前15 min内变化较为缓慢,15 min后变大速度突然加快;初生Si的形状系数在620 ℃下保温时最小,在610~620 ℃之间随着保温温度的升高而缓慢变小;在620~650 ℃之间随着保温温度的升高而逐渐增加.  相似文献

Thermal error in machine tools has been observed to be closely linked to the temperature of critical elements of the machine. It was found, in the experiments conducted herein, that there was a significant increase in the axis positioning error on account of an increase in the temperature of the machine elements due to continuous operation. However, it was also observed that the specific operating parameters of the test cycles carried out also significantly affected the positioning error. Different sets of operating parameters generated significantly different error values even though the temperature of the machine elements generated by those operating conditions was similar. As such, this observation forms a very important consideration in the development of a generic thermal error compensation system. It appears to indicate that such a system needs to be capable of evaluating the compensation depending upon the temperature values of the machine elements as well as account for the effect that different operating parameters induce upon the positioning error under the same thermal condition of the machine. This paper attempts to analyse the thermal behaviour of a three-axis vertical machining centre under the influence of various operating parameters and, through the experimental results obtained, point out and explain the effect of these parameters on the axis positioning error. This behaviour forms the basis of an improved modelling methodology that is presented separately in Part II of this paper.  相似文献

Line profile analysis of X-ray and neutron diffraction patterns is a powerful tool for determining the microstructure of crystalline materials. The Convolutional-Multiple-Whole-Profile (CMWP) procedure is based on physical profile functions for dislocations, domain size, stacking faults and twin boundaries. Order dependence, strain anisotropy, hkl dependent broadening of planar defects and peak shape are used to separate the effect of different lattice defect types. The Marquardt-Levenberg (ML) numerical optimization procedure has been used successfully to determine crystal defect types and densities. However, in more complex cases like hexagonal materials or multiple phases the ML procedure alone reveals uncertainties. In a new approach the ML and a Monte-Carlo statistical method are combined in an alternative manner. The new CMWP procedure eliminates uncertainties and provides globally optimized parameters of the microstructure.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel signal processing technique for a square wave temperature modulated carbon black/polymer composite sensor. The technique consists of only two mathematical operations: summing the off- and on-transients of the conductance signals, and subtracting the steady-state conductance signal. The technique has been verified through its application to a carbon black/polyvinylpyrrolidone composite chemoresistor. Identification of water, methanol and ethanol vapours was successfully demonstrated using the peak time of the resultant curves. Furthermore, quantification of those vapours was found to be possible using the height of the peak heights, which was linearly proportional to concentration. The technique does not require zero-gas calibration and thus is superior to previously reported techniques.  相似文献

Web 2.0 Mashups offer entirely new opportunities for context‐aware application (CAA) developers by integrating Web 2.0 technologies to facilitate interoperability among heterogeneous context‐aware systems. From a software engineering perspective, a visualized approach for Web 2.0‐based CAA modeling is crucial. Current CAA development, however, cannot provide a conceptual model for Web 2.0‐based CAA. Therefore, the development efficiency and potential for reuse are decreased. The UML is a general purpose modeling language with potential for use in many application domains. However, UML often lacks elements needed to model concepts in specific domains, such as Web 2.0‐based CAA modeling. 结合目前电法勘探数据成图及二维解释的特点及存在的局限性,研究了OpenGL和VC++2005联合编程,结合二维剖面数据特点,研制了基于OpenGL的电法数据三维可视化系统Geo3DVis。Geo3DVis的基本功能包括工区建立、二维解释、三维显示;实现了对二维剖面数据的动态放大、缩小、平移等交互操作。将Geo3DVis应用于实际二维物探数据资料解释,取得了良好的地质效果。  相似文献
