2.5万t／aBR后处理机电设备成套技术

针对原１．５万ｔ／ａ ＢＲ后处理存在的问题，选定了主物料的工艺流程，按照生产需要开发试制了后处理专用机械设备，并介绍了在新建的生产线上的投用的１５种机电设备的主要特性。三年多的生产实践证明，该生产线运行良好，收到了显著的经济效益和社会效益。由此形成的后处理机电设备成套技术在国内居领先地位，有很好的推广应用价值。     

Triangle strings: Structures for augmentation of vertex-disjoint triangle sets

Vertex-disjoint triangle sets (triangle sets for short) have been studied extensively. Many theoretical and computational results have been obtained. While the maximum triangle set problem can be viewed as the generalization of the maximum matching problem, there seems to be no parallel result to Berge's augmenting path characterization on maximum matching (C. Berge, 1957 [1]). In this paper, we describe a class of structures called triangle string, which turns out to be equivalent to the class of union of two triangle sets in a graph. Based on the concept of triangle string, a sufficient and necessary condition that a triangle set can be augmented is given. Furthermore, we provide an algorithm to determine whether a graph G with maximum degree 4 is a triangle string, and if G is a triangle string, we compute a maximum triangle set of it. Finally, we give a sufficient and necessary condition for a triangle string to have a triangle factor.     

Failure mode and effects analysis using intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted Euclidean distance operator

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) has shown its effectiveness in examining potential failures in products, process, designs or services and has been extensively used for safety and reliability analysis in a wide range of industries. However, its approach to prioritise failure modes through a crisp risk priority number (RPN) has been criticised as having several shortcomings. The aim of this paper is to develop an efficient and comprehensive risk assessment methodology using intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted Euclidean distance (IFHWED) operator to overcome the limitations and improve the effectiveness of the traditional FMEA. The diversified and uncertain assessments given by FMEA team members are treated as linguistic terms expressed in intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs). Intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IFWA) operator is used to aggregate the FMEA team members’ individual assessments into a group assessment. IFHWED operator is applied thereafter to the prioritisation and selection of failure modes. Particularly, both subjective and objective weights of risk factors are considered during the risk evaluation process. A numerical example for risk assessment is given to illustrate the proposed method finally.     

Gradient orientation pattern matching with the Hamming distance

This paper presents a novel pattern matching technique that is robust to illumination changes and the occlusion problem. The technique is based on the matching of gradient orientations in place of traditional image features such as intensities or gradients. Gradient orientations depend on the texture in an image. They are known to be insensitive to changes of image intensities that are often caused by time-varying illuminations or the auto-gain control (AGC) function of the camera. Moreover,the proposed method employs a voting strategy in the process of matching gradient orientations. The method works remarkably well even when a large part of the pattern is occluded with a foreign object. Consequently, the proposed method is robust to both irregular lighting conditions and the occlusion problem.     

Implementation-aware selection of the custom instruction set for extensible processors

This paper presents an approach for incorporating the effect of various logic synthesis options and logic level implementations into the custom instruction (CI) selection for extensible processors. This effect translates into the availability of a piecewise continuous spectrum of delay versus area choices for each CI, which in turn influences the selection of the CI set that maximizes the speedup per area cost (SPA) metric. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is evaluated by applying it to several benchmarks and comparing the results with those of a conventional technique. We also apply the methodology to the existing serialization algorithms aimed at relaxing register file constraints in multi-cycle custom instruction design. The comparison shows considerable improvements in the speedup per area compared to the custom instruction selection algorithms under the same area-budget constraint.     

几种合成橡胶的共混、硫化特性与性能的研究

研究了PUR／CR，CSM／NBR，EPDM／IIR几种合成橡胶的共混和硫化特性，以及共混比对共混胶力学性能、耐热老化性能、耐油性能、压缩永久变形和动态力学性能的影响。     

减少220 kV主变压器故障冲击技术措施

由于220 kV主变压器中压侧所配的过流保护需要与下级110 kV主变压器保护相配合,导致主变高、中压侧过流保护动作时间整定过长。在110 kV系统发生短路故障时,如果相关保护、开关不能正确动作,则主变压器将承受大电流、长时间的冲击,极有可能损伤变压器。     

关于软件对字符编码方式误判的研究

针对目前字符编码方式众多的现状,应用软件如何更好的判断文件编码属于何种字符集,并将其正确的解码成为不容忽视的问题。针对Windows记事本不能正常显示"联通"二字的Bug进行分析,利用Winhex软件解析文件获得16进制编码,根据得到的编码分析误判原因,通过注释记事本IsTextUTF8函数对分析得到的误判原因进行证实,进一步找到了更多Windows记事本无法正常显示的汉字。     

试谈中职游戏动漫专业对美工设计课程的能力要求

阐述了中职学校美工设计课程在教学设置中存在的问题,提出了相应的观点,论述了在中职学校美工设计课程的定位,培养具有一定综合素质和一技之长的中职学生。同时指出了传统的的教学课程结构已经不适应当今社会对人才培养目标的需要,必须进行课程改革,以适应社会发展的需求。     

粉末活性炭-淹没式中空纤维膜过滤装置系统除酚研究

淹没式中空纤维膜过滤装置对污染物的去除，不仅是超滤膜的截留筛分在起作用，曝气作用及超滤膜对污染物质的吸附也起到不可忽视的作用。超滤膜无法截留酚，但膜过滤装置具有一定的除酚能力，曝气强度与酚去除率基本呈线性关系。粉末活性炭的投入，增强了淹没式中空纤维膜过滤装置的除酚能力，系统酚平均去除率为94．99％。
