Bi0.5 Na0.5 TiO3 (BNT) and 0.94Bi0.5 Na0.5 TiO3 ·0.06BaTiO3 (BNT–BT) bulk ceramics with extensive 〈100〉 texture were prepared by the reactive-templated grain growth method, using platelike Bi4 Ti3 O12 (BIT) particles as templates for BNT. Calcined compacts were composed of matrix grains with random orientation and 〈100〉-oriented grains transformed from aligned BIT particles, and the texture developed by the growth of oriented grains during sintering. Ceramics with extensive texture were obtained by using the starting mixture containing the maximum concentration of platelike BIT to form the maximum volume fraction of oriented grains. 相似文献

研究了0.91Pb(znl/3Nb2/3)O3-0.09PbTiO3(PZNT91/9,摩尔分数)在不同组分和配比熔盐中的析晶行为及其对晶体生长的影响。发现B2O3,PbF2等助溶剂不利于钙钛矿相的析出;而BaTiO3-PbO复合体系虽然能够促进钙钛矿相析出,但晶体析出量很少;只有适当比例的。PbO助溶剂比较适合于生长具有铁电性的钙钛矿相PZNT91/9单晶。助溶剂法生长的工艺参数为:溶质与PbO助溶剂的摩尔比为l:l,泡料温度1 150-1 200℃,泡料时间10 h,晶体生长时降温速度0.8-2℃/h,当温度降到900℃时停止生长,以50℃/h快速冷却至室温。所得晶体为琥珀色,最大尺寸达φ30 mm×15 mm,其压电系数和机电偶合系数分别为2000 pc/N和0.92。 相似文献

Liquid—liquid thermally induced phase separation of the polymer—diluent system isotactic poly(propylene)—diphenyl ether was studied under an optical microscope. It was found that as the system phase separated, droplets of a diluent-rich phase formed within a polymer-rich matrix. These droplets grew in size and decreased in number by a process known as coarsening. The scaling exponent relating droplet diameter and time was determined. The scaling exponent was found to be a strong function of the droplet phase volume fraction, and this strong dependence on volume fraction was relatively insensitive to temperature. The influence of the ratio of interfacial tension between the phases and the viscosity of the matrix phase was less significant on the growth rate of the droplets. 相似文献

Water hydraulic systems use water as a pressure medium and, thus, do not pose such adverse environmental impacts as oil hydraulics. Microbial deterioration of the pressure medium and biofouling of the surfaces restrict the applicability of the water‐based technology. The potential of microbial growth control by UV‐irradiation and filtration was studied in a pilot‐scale water hydraulic system. The UV‐irradiation (25 m Ws cm?2) of the pressure medium reduced the total viable counts of bacteria by 1–2 log10 cfu cm?3, whereas the total microbial cell numbers and the numbers of surface‐attached microorganisms remained unaffected. Prefiltration (1.2 µm, absolute) of the pressure medium decreased the total microbial cell number in the water phase and retarded the attachment of bacteria. The filtration during the operation (2 µm, absolute) decreased the total numbers of microbial cells and the total viable counts in the pressure medium, and microbial attachment on the surfaces. Microbial attachment was not prevented by filtration. The microbial water quality obtained by pre‐ and on‐line filtration of the pressure medium was sufficient to ensure the long‐term operation of the water hydraulic system assuming that clean work practices are complied with in assembly and during the operation. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

The effect of diluted solution's magnetization on induction time and growth period of natural gas hydrate (NGH) has been investigated in quiescent reaction system at pressure of 4.5 MPa and temperature of 274 K with SDS as surfactant, by using volume fixed and pressure falling method. Experimental results show that magnetization will have effect on the induction time of NGH. After magnetization with magnetic field intensity of 0.33 T, the induction time of NGH has been reduced to 47 min (average) from 99 min (average) in which there is no magnetization. On the other hand, the induction time has been prolonged after magnetization of the diluted solution with magnetic field intensity of 0.05 T, 0.11 T, 0.22 T, 0.44 T. Especially with magnetic field intensity of 0.11 T, the induction time had even been prolonged to 431 min (average). The effect of magnetization on the growth period of NGH has not been found at the experimental condition. 相似文献

Reaction‐induced vitrification takes place in the network‐forming epoxy–amine system diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) + methylenedianiline (MDA) when the glass‐transition temperature (Tg) rises above the cure temperature (Tcure). This chemorheological transition results in diffusion‐controlled reaction and can be followed simultaneously with the reaction rate in modulated‐temperature DSC (MTDSC). To predict the effect of Tcure and the NH/epoxy molar mixing ratio (r) on the reaction rate in chemically controlled conditions, a mechanistic approach was used based on the nonreversing heat flow and heat capacity MTDSC signals, in which the reaction steps of primary (E1OH = 44 kJ mol?1) and secondary amine (E2OH = 48 kJ mol?1) with the epoxy–hydroxyl complex predominating. The diffusion factor DF as defined by the Rabinowitch approach expresses whether the chemical reaction rate or the diffusion rate determines the overall reaction rate. A model based on the free volume theory together with an Arrhenius temperature dependency was used to calculate the diffusion rate constant in DF as a function of conversion (x) and Tcure. The relation between x, r, and Tg, needed in this model, can be predicted with the Couchman equation. An experimental approximation for DF is the mobility factor DF* obtained from the heat capacity signal at a modulation frequency of 1/60 Hz, normalized for the effect of the reaction heat capacity in the liquid state and the change in Cp in the glassy region with x and Tcure. In this way, an optimized set of diffusion parameters was obtained that, together with the optimized kinetic parameters set, can predict the reaction rate for different cure schedules and for stoichiometric and off‐stoichiometric mixtures. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
