气体悬浮焙烧炉内衬烘炉曲线的确定

根据所使用的低水泥浇注料的性能，对中铝山西分公司检修厂4号焙烧炉制定了合理的烘烤曲线，提高了耐火内衬的质量，延长了内衬的使用寿命。     

Synthesis,characterization, and redox and electrochromic behaviors of poly(3-n-octyloxythiophene)

Poly(3-n-octyloxythiophene), a conjugated polymer, which possessed solubility in common organic solvents, was synthesized by electrochemical polymerization in the presence of lithium perchlorate as the supporting electrolyte and sodium dodecyl sulfate as the surfactant in an aqueous medium. Characterizations of the intermediate, monomer, and polymer were performed by NMR spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography. The process of electrochemical polymerization and the electrochemical redox behaviors were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and the potentiostatic method. A poly(3-n-octyloxythiophene) film that was deposited on a platinum electrode was found to exhibit electrochromic behaviors, and it switched electrochemically between blue–green oxidized and dark red reduced states. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Laser irradiation of oligosiloxane copolymer thin films functionalized with side chain bulky carbosilane moieties

Linear oligosiloxanes functionalized with bulky side chain tris(trimethylsilyl)hexyl (TTSH) substituents were transformed into cross-linked materials by UV 193 nm excimer pulsed laser ablation. The process occurred without any catalyst, by reactions of radicals formed in UV laser induced photolysis of side tris(trimethylsilyl)hexyl groups. Chemical changes were monitored by FTIR, LC/UV, GC/MS and solubility tests.     

激光诱导H_2S催化裂解制备H_2的研究

在室温常压静态条件下研究了以Ｖ２Ｏ５／ＴｉＯ２为催化剂，紫外脉冲激光诱导Ｈ２Ｓ催化分解为Ｈ２和Ｓ的反应及其机理。考察了产氢量与激光不同照射条件之间的关系。     

Effects of processing conditions on the curing of a vinyl ester resin

The effects of temperature, initiator, and accelerator levels on the curing of an epoxy bisphenol‐A vinyl ester resin Derakane® 411‐45 (formulated with styrene) were investigated by gel‐time and exotherm‐peak measurements on bulk samples. It was observed that the gel time was reduced as the initiator or accelerator ratio increased. Except at higher contents of the accelerator, a small kinetic plateau was seen in the gel curve and a shift of the maximum exotherm toward high temperatures in the DSC curves. This was explained by the dual role played by the accelerator species. A regression analysis of all gel‐time data showed a dependence of 3/2 order in the accelerator and first order in the initiator concentrations. Thus, for this polymerization initiation system, the gel time can be predicted for any initiator and cobalt levels and at any temperature within the ranges studied. 环境湿度对贮存树脂的影响EI

通过对中温固化环氧树脂ＤＳＣ、扭辫分析、凝胶时间、粘度、力学性能的测定，固化反应活化能的计算，研究了在贮存树脂的过程中环境湿度对树脂的固化反应和性能的影响。     

钛酸酯催化环氧树脂固化动力学研究

用FTIR“原位”技术,研究了钛酸酯(Tc-114)偶联剂对环氧E-44和二氨基二苯基甲烷(DDM)固化反应的催化作用,得出固化程度与时间的关系曲线。又根据DSC曲线,分别算出加有Tc-114和不加Tc-114的两个固化体系的反应表观活化能和反应级数。结果表明,Tc-114的存在使环氧固化反应活化能降低,催化作用明显。     

Direct Spectroscopic Determination of Europium(Ⅱ) Concentration During Europium(Ⅲ) Electro-Reduction in Hydrochloric Acid Medium

UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to directly determine the concentration of Eu(Ⅱ) during electroreduction of Eu(Ⅲ) in hydrochloric acid medium. Electroreduction was carried out in a flow type electrolyzer with glassy carbon cathode at the constant potential of -800 mV vs. Ag/AgCl. The effects of oxygen and concentration of hydrochloric acid on the system were investigated. For 0.01 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid, calibration curves for Eu(Ⅱ) absorption bands at 248 and 320 nm were constructed. Molar absorption coefficients were estimated to be 2016 and 648 L·mol-1·cm-1, respectively. The absorbance strongly decreased with decrease in pH of the solution, whereas concentration of chloride had only a negligible effect.     

Characteristics of Schottky Barrier Junction Based on Hexagonal Microtube ZnO

Hexagonal microtube ZnO was firstly grown on single crystal p-Si (111) substrates by hydrothermal method, and fabricated Ag/n-ZnO and Au/n-ZnO Schottky junction. Schottky effective barrier heights were calculated by I-V measurement. It is confirmed that the presence of a large amount of surface states related possibly to lattice imperfections existed near the surface leads to the pinning of the surface Fermi level at 0.35 eV below the conduction-band edge. Then the fabricated Schottky barrier junctions are evaluated for their use as UV photodetectors.
