通过对难变形钢3Cr2W8V进行实验,证明了合理地选择锻造工艺参数,也是解决表面裂纹的重要途径之一。     

Study On the Tribological Behavior of the Arc-added Glow Discharge Plasma Non-hydrogen Carburization On Titanium Alloy Surfaces

This paper introduces a new titanium alloys surface strengthening treatment by using the arc-added glow discharge plasmas non-hydrogen carburization technique. High purity and high strength graphite is selected as cooling cathode arc source for supplying carbon atoms and particle, which migrate to the titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V) surface and form modified layer. Thus, the hydrogen embrittlement is avoided while the tfibological behavior of the titanium alloy surface is improved in the respects of anti-friction and anti-wear ability.The tribological behavior of the modified layer under dry sliding against SAE52100 steel was evaluated on a ball-on-disc test rig. The results showed that the modified layer obtained a thickness of 30μm at 980℃, 30minutes. The microhardness of the Ti6Al4V alloy surface attained 936 HV, which was much larger than that of the Ti6AI4V alloy. The Ti6AI4V alloy was characterized by adhesion wear and scuffing under dry sliding against the steel, while the surface modified layer experienced much abated adhesion wear and scuffing under the same testing condition. This could be attributed to the carbon dement with different modalities exists in the modified layer.The modified layer showed good friction-reducing and fair anti-wear ability in dry sliding against the steel. Using the SEM,XRD and XPS, the phase structure and morphology of the carburization modified layer was analyzed.

Effect of cold spray deposition of a titanium coating on fatigue behavior of a titanium alloy

The deposition of titanium on a titanium alloy substrate is being examined for potential use as a surface treatment for medical prostheses. A Ti6Al4V alloy was coated with pure titanium by cold gas dynamic spraying. Coatings were deposited onto samples with two different surface preparation methods (as-received and grit-blasted). The fatigue life of the as-received and grit-blasted materials, both before and after coating, was measured with a rotating-bend fatigue rig. A 15% reduction in fatigue endurance limit was observed after application of the coating to the as-received substrate, but no significant reduction was observed on its application to the grit-blasted substrate. The reduction in fatigue endurance limit has been related to the substrate-coating interface properties, the elastic modulus, and the residual stress states. Enhancement by SO2 of initial activity for selective catalytic reduction of NO with CH3OH over \gamma-alumina

The effect of SO₂ on catalytic activity for NO reduction to N₂ by methanol in excess oxygen over $\gamma$ -alumina has been investigated. SCR activity increased initially upon exposure of a fresh $\gamma$ -alumina catalyst to SO₂ which is attributed to formation of Brønsted acid sites. Longer exposure to SO₂ leads to a decline in catalytic activity to a lower steady-state NO_x reduction activity which is independent of the SO₂ content in the feed gas.     

In situ synchrotron X-ray studies on copper-nickel 5 V Mn oxide spinel cathodes for Li-ion batteries

Partial substitution of Mn in lithium manganese oxide spinel materials by Cu and Ni greatly affects the electrochemistry and the cycle life characteristics of the cathode. Substitution with either metal or a combination of both metals in the spinel lattice structure reduces the 3.9-4.2 V potential plateaus associated with the conversion of Mn³⁺ to Mn⁴⁺. Higher potential plateau associated with oxidation of the substituted transition elements is also observed. These substituents also significantly alter the onset of Jahn-Teller distortions in the 3 V potential plateau. Synchrotron based in situ X-ray absorption (XAS) was used to determine the exact nature of the oxidation state changes in order to explain the overall observed capacities at different potential plateaus. The studies on LiCu_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ show single phase behavior in the 4-5 V potential region with a good cycle life. Lower cycle life characteristic observed in cycling LiNi_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ and LiNi_0.25Cu_0.25Mn_1.5O₄ versus Li metal are ascribed to coexistence of several phases in this potential region. However, LiCu_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ shows onset of Jahn-Teller distortions in the 3 V potential plateau, in contrast to LiNi_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ and LiNi_0.25Cu_0.25Mn_1.5O₄ cathode materials.     

Alkylation of aldehydes with methanol over titanium oxide catalysts

The methylation of various aldehydes, such as acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, and phenylacetaldehyde over titanium oxidesupported vanadium oxide was studied under atmospheric pressure and temperatures of 250–400°C. The catalyst properties of titanium oxide can be enhanced only by addition of a fairly small amount of vanadium. High-temperature treatment transforms titanium oxide, the support, from anatase to rutile, which causes the catalysts to lose their catalytic properties. The reactivity of these can be ranked in the following order: acetaldehyde > propionaldehyde > phenylacetaldehyde. The steric effect of the substituted groups in propionaldehyde or phenylacetaldehyde may prevent self-condensation to form oligomers and to give a high selectivity of alkylated products.     

基于Linux+ARM的多格式视频图像采集系统的设计

设计了基于S3C2440微处理器的视频图像采集系统,详细分析了该系统的启动过程。在一块裸板上搭建起整个视频图像采集系统。结合V4L2技术完成了支持YUV、MJPEG图像格式的USB摄像头和支持RGB图像格式的CMOS摄像头的多格式视频图像采集系统。测试结果表明,该系统可以在LCD显示屏上动态显示多格式摄像头所采集到的视频图像,且视频图像具有清晰度高、流畅性好、稳定性强等特点,具有进一步推广使用的广阔前景。     

Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis of nano crystalline spinel LiMn2O4 showing good cycling performance in the 3 V range

Spherical lithium manganese oxide spinel was synthesized by an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method, and has been characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transimission electron microscopy and electrochemical cycling at 3 V regions. The LiMn₂O₄ powders were composed of about 10 nm-sized primary particles. The delivered discharge capacity of the synthesized nano-material was 125 mAh g⁻¹ between 2.4 and 3.5 V and its retention was about 96% upon 50 cycling. From the high resolution transmission electron microscopic study, it was found that structural transition of the parent material did not occur even after the 50th electrochemical cycling on the 3 V region. It seems that the reversible structural change is possible for nanocrystalline LiMn₂O₄ as observed by the X-ray diffraction and transition electron microscopic observations.
