利用等离子表面合金化技术在Ti6Al4V合金基体上制备渗Mo改性层,并与Ti6Al4V基材对比考察在0.5mol/L HCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能及在沸腾的37%HCl中的化学腐蚀性能.结果表明,与基材相比Mo改性层在0.5mol/LHCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位提高,腐蚀速率增大;在37%HCl中腐蚀速率明显降低.  相似文献

Amorphous SiO2 thin films were deposited on Ti6Al4V alloy by sol-gel processing. Isothermal and cyclic oxidation tests of the coated and uncoated specimens were performed at 700 and 800 °C. The SiO2 film exhibited beneficial effects on the oxidation resistance of the alloy. Titania scales formed on the uncoated specimens, and severe spallation and stratification of the scales were observed. The oxidation rates of the silica coated specimens were decreased significantly. The silica film shrunk to about a quarter in thickness, probably by mechanism of crystallization of silica and evaporation of the organic additments. The oxide scales formed on the coated specimens were multilayered. Beneath the silica film, formation of a thick rutile titania layer followed by a thin alumina layer occurred. Above the silica film, alumina plus minor titania layer formed. It is deduced therefore that the growth of the multilayered and mixed oxide scales was dominated by both outward diffusion of metal and inward diffusion of oxygen.  相似文献

Surface hardening of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was achieved by carburization in a molten salt bath containing BaCO3 as the carbon-yielding agent with electrolysis within the temperature range 790–930°C. The hardness of the total carburizing layer (TCD) is influenced by the bath temperature, the applied current density and the carburizing period. The major hardening effect is considered to be the formation of a solid solution of carbon in -Ti. The oxide film wrapping at the outermost surface of cathodically charged specimens, identified to be mainly BaTiO3, was formed irrespective of the bath temperature during the quenching process and has no effect on the surface hardening. The optimal carburizing parameters obtained in this study for surface hardening are carburizing at 930±10°C (bath temperature) and 0.3 A/Cm2 (applied current density) for 90 min (carburizing period), while those for tribological properties improvement are carburizing at 860±5°C and 0.3 A/Cm2 for 90 min.  相似文献

Ti-6Al-4V compacts were fabricated by metal injection molding(MIM). Influence of vacuum sintering time on mechanical properties and microstructure of the sintered compacts at 1 260 ℃ were investigated. The experimental results show that the compacts sintered at 1 260 ℃ for 3 -6 h, which was made from hydrogenation-dehydrogenation(HDH) powder(average particles size is 45 μm), have a relative density of 95.6%- 96.7%, ultimate tensile strength of 648 - 686MPa and 0.2% yield strength of 526 - 615MPa; but a lower elongation(<4%) and that the compacts sintered at 1 260 ℃ for 2 - 6 h, which was made from 90% gas-atomized powder(average particles size is 32.5 μm) and 10 % HDH powder, have higher relative density(>95 %), ultimate tensile strength of 800 -848MPa,0.2% yield strength of 712 - 762MPa and high elongation (7.4%- 9.5%). When the sintering time is increased,porosity decreases and microstructure of sintered products changes from equiaxed to typical Widmanstatten, the average sizes of prior β grains, α colonies and α phase thickness in the β grains increase accordingly. After HIP treatment,pores obviously become less, microstructure of alloy is refined and mechanical properties are greatly improved.  相似文献

为了使钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)具有生物活性,可在其表面施加生物活性羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层。对比了声电沉积法和碱热处理法实验结果,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)、傅立叶红外透射光谱(FTIR)以及划痕测试等进行了分析。结果表明,直接采用声电沉积法在钛合金表面制备的羟基磷灰石涂层,经热处理后存在龟裂剥落现象;通过碱热处理法,对钛合金基体表面进行预处理,然后,借助声电沉积法,在钛金属表面沉积了透钙磷石涂层,经热碱液处理转变成的羟基磷灰石涂层,涂层完整,未出现剥落。经进一步高温烧结处理,所制涂层仍呈片状形貌,其由部分含钠的羟基磷灰石组成,而且HA涂层破坏的临界载荷未烧结前的4.365N提高至烧结后的8.175N。  相似文献

研究在Ti6Al4V合金激光冲击成形过程中,不同激光参数对板料弯曲角及表层硬度的影响。结果表明:当激光功率密度小于3GW/cm2时,弯曲角随着激光功率密度线性增加,激光功率密度超过3GW/cm2时,由于表面熔化现象的出现,弯曲角出现减小的趋势;板料弯曲角随冲击次数的增加也呈线性增长,但弯曲阻力的增加使得弯曲角的增长速度逐渐减慢;随着激光功率密度的增加,材料表面冲击区的硬度增高,表面硬化层的显微硬度最高达HV490,硬化层厚度约为1.0mm。  相似文献

The corrosion of a number of experimental ternary Ni-15 wt. % Cr-0.5wt. %X alloys (where X= Y, La, Ce, Sm, Th, U, Zr, or V) has been assessed in pure oxygen at 900° C for periods of exposure up to 450 hr, and compared with the behavior of an Ni-15% Cr control alloy. It has been established that while all of the alloys oxidize in accordance with a protective, approximately parabolic regime, considerable differences in oxidation rates are exhibited. In particular, additions of La, Ce, and Th bring about progressively enhanced rates of oxidation relative to the binary alloy, whereas Y, Sm, V, U, and Zr effect increasingly reduced rates of oxidation in the order given. The rate constant for the Th-bearing alloy is about two orders of magnitude larger than that for the alloy containing Zr. Such differences in behavior seem to be associated with subtle variations in the morphology/composition of the corrosion products from alloy to alloy. The observations are considered in the light of earlier published literature concerning the effects of rare-earth and other reactive elements on the oxidation behavior of Ni/Cr alloys.This work has been carried out with the support of Procurement Executive, Ministry of Defence.  相似文献
