目的:探讨影响纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶分散性能的因素。方法:以水分散体系下,采用化学共沉淀法制备的纳米HAP,研究了反应介质pH值、稳定剂或表面改性剂等因素对纳米粒子粒径及分散稳定性的影响。结果:调节介质的pH值,使颗粒间处于较高的静电效应,在此条件下加入表面活性剂,使颗粒间又具有空间位阻稳定效应,空间位阻稳定效应可阻止颗粒间的团聚。结论:通过优化实验条件可制得高度均匀分数状态纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶。 相似文献

Improvement of product quality is required more than ever for mass production of micro formed parts. The process of micro multi-point forming with cushion has been simulated in this paper by finite element model which incorporates a constitutive relation with consideration of size effect. The effect of the cushion material, cushion thickness and coefficient of friction on the surface quality of the deformed sheet has been investigated. It has been found that a proper selection of the cushion material and optimum cushion thickness can significantly improve the surface quality. In addition, this paper also discusses the influence of the cushion material and coefficient of friction on the sheet thickness distribution. Correlation between current frequency and electrochemical properties of Mg alloy coated by micro arc oxidation 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The present work investigated the electrochemical behavior of Mg alloy subjected to micro arc oxidation coating for 120 s with respect to current frequencies from 60 Hz to 2000 Hz. The microstructure and chemical compound of thin coating layers with a thickness of ~ 3 μm were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The microstructural observations on the surface and cross sections revealed that both the size of pores and the number of discharge channels decreased significantly as the current frequency increased, resulting in a compact coating layer. This was primarily attributed to the transition time of the alternating electrical wave, which was determined by the current frequencies tested. Based on potentiodynamic polarization tests, the sample coated at a frequency of 2000 Hz demonstrated the highest polarization resistance of 6.37 × 105 Ω cm2, implying that the corrosion resistance was superior to that obtained under other conditions due to its condensed structure. A micro fabrication is presented to manufacture hydrophobic surfaces with micro-scale structures. Hydrophobicity is controlled with the shape and the alignment of micro pillars in the structure. The structures are manufactured in large areas at high production rates in the following processes: (1) the structure is fabricated on a tool by focused ion beam sputtering; (2) the reverse structure is formed on a metal plate by incremental stamping using the structured tool; and (3) the structure is transferred onto plastic plates by molding. A consecutive stamping is also proposed to fabricate several structures on a surface accurately with a structured tool, in which the moving pitch of the structured tool is numerically controlled. The effect of the surface topography on hydrophobicity is discussed with measuring contact angles on the structured surfaces in the water droplet tests. Hydrophobicity on the plastic plate is associated with the solid fraction on the structured surface based on the Cassie–Baxter model. A larger contact angle is observed for a smaller solid fraction of the surface. 相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米有机硅溶胶。用透射电镜和红外光谱表征和分析了纳米粒子的形态和粒径,粒径为30-70nm。制备了用活性稀释剂糠醛和丙酮及有机硅纳米杂化改性的环氧胶。研究了胶液的初始黏度、渗透性、力学强度、弹性模量、粘接性、表面疏水性和防腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,环氧树脂含量、有机硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂等对改性环氧胶的这些性能有显著影响,改性环氧胶双组分混合液的初始黏度可低至1.1mPa·s,渗透性强,固结体抗压强度高达40.8-81.5MPa,弹性模量为1.3-2.1×10^3MPa,剪切粘接强度5.1-11.9MPa,防水抗渗性及防腐蚀耐候性良好,可应用于灌浆防水加固补强、工业地坪涂料和防腐蚀涂料等多种用途。 相似文献
