电子通道技术在YBa2Cu3O7外延超导薄膜研究中的应用

本研究采用电子通道技术（ＥＣＰ）对单晶和双晶外延生长的ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿７（ＹＢＣＯ）超导薄膜的结构、取向和表面完好性作检测，并证实对衬底的预处理可改善外延超导薄膜的质量；还对ＹＢＣＯ／ＣｅＯ＿２／ＭｇＯ／ＳｒＴｉＯ３的双外延薄膜作研究。     

Stored energy analysis of Zn—5Al eutectic alloy in superplastic deformation

The stored energy and the energy release during SPD(superplastic deformation)of a Zn-5Al alloy were studied.The alloy after rolling process gains more stored energy,and the as-rolled speciment can obtain maximum elongation and minimum flow stress without hot loding treatment before SPD.Experimental results show that stroed energy release process is along with SPD process and is also an impetus to SPD.The as -rolled Zn-5Al alloy has 48J/mol stored energy which was measured with DSC(differential scanning calorimeter)and conforms well to the calcuated value.The as-rolled Zn-5Al alloy after SPD with an elongation of 2500% releases 112J/mol stored energy,Analysis shows that the strain rate is in direct ratio to the rate of stred energy release.     

机组油膜振荡故障的诊断和处理

通过对广州发电厂1号机组3号轴承突发剧烈振动的现象和测试结果的分析，对振动故障进行诊断并提出解决办法，对3号轴承轴瓦进行处理后，机组恢复正常运行状态。     

Stress in Thin Films;Diffraction Elastic Constants and Grain Interaction

Untextured bulk polycrystals usually possess macroscopically isotropic elastic properties whereas for most thin films transvers isotropy is expected,owing to the limited dimenionlity .The usually applied models for the calculation of elstic constants of polycrystals from single crystal elastic contants(so-called grain interaction models)erroneously predict macroscopic isotropy for an(untextured) thin film.This paper presents a summary of recent work where it has been demonstrated for the first time by X-ray diffraction analysis of stresses in thin films that elastic grain interaction can lead to macroscopically anisotropic behaviour (shown by non-linear sin^2φ plots).A new grain interaction model,predictin the macroscopically anisotropic behaviour of thin films,is proposed.     

用发射天线式微波等离子体CVD装置沉积大面积金刚石薄膜

在国内首次研制成功了高气压发射天线式微波等离子体辅助化学气相沉积金刚石薄膜装置，用该装置成功地在３英寸的单晶硅衬底上沉积了Φ７０ｍｍ的金刚石薄膜。这一成果填补了国内空白，对我国金刚石薄膜研究领域的设备更新换代和开发应用具有重要意义。     

包装机中塑料薄膜常热式热封参数的实验研究

文中通过对包装机中常热式热封过程的分析及有效的实验，获得较为可靠的热封实验数据，并利用专业统计软件spss对实验数据进行处理，得到包装机中塑料薄膜的封口强度与操作参数之间的关系，为设计人员提供了一种获得最优操作参数的有效方法。     

Electrochemical behavior of metallic materials used in seawater—interactions between glucose oxidase and passive layers

Six materials (stainless steel, nickel-base alloy, titanium, chromium, nickel and admiralty brass) are tested in chemical and biochemical synthetic seawaters. The biochemical seawater contains enzymes catalyzing oxidation of glucose (glucose oxidase), simulating the action of natural biofilms. The evolutions of free corrosion potential (Ecor) versus time, and of cathodic and anodic reactions are compared with those obtained in natural seawater. Then, electrochemical behavior is related to semi-conducting properties of passive films. When glucose oxidase is present, increase of Ecor versus time is only reported for materials presenting a n-type semi-conductor passive film, and whose cathodic reaction current is increased. On the contrary, when passive layers are p-type semi-conductors, cathodic and anodic reactions are increased, and lead to a global Ecor constant with time of immersion. It appears that interaction between bacteria, medium and materials includes evolution of semi-conducting properties of passive layers.     

溶胶–凝胶法制备ATO-SiO_2抗静电复合薄膜的特性研究

采用两步溶胶–凝胶法制备出 ATO(掺锑氧化锡)-SiO_2复合抗静电薄膜。通过 DTA-TG、XRD、SEM 对 薄膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明:抗静电复合薄膜表面均匀致密。薄膜中 SiO_2为无定形结构,ATO 的衍射峰 与 SnO_2一致。研究了 SnO_2的含量对薄膜导电性能、结合强度和透过率的影响,发现随 SnO_2含量增加 ?(SnO_2/ SiO_2)从 5 至 12.5,薄膜的表面电阻降低(从 1010ù/□降低到 108ù/□),薄膜的结合强度下降,薄膜的透过率降低(从 89.0%降至 84.2%),结合三方面性能,得出最佳 SnO_2的配比为:?(SnO_2/ SiO_2)=10。
