The properties of poly(alkylthiophenes) in solution are found to have a profound impact on the self assembly process and thus the microstructural and electrical properties of the resultant thin films. Ordered supramolecular precursors can be formed in regioregular poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) solutions through the application of low intensity ultrasound. These precursors survive the casting process, resulting in a dramatic increase in the degree of crystallinity of the thin films obtained by spin coating. The crystallinity of the films is tunable, with a continuous evolution of mesoscale structures observed as a function of ultrasonic irradiation time. The photophysical properties of P3HT in solution as well in the solid state suggest that the application of ultrasound leads to a π stacking induced molecular aggregation resulting in field effect mobilities as high as 0.03 cm2 V?1 s?1. A multiphase morphology, comprising short quasi‐ordered and larger, ordered nanofibrils embedded in a disordered amorphous phase is formed as a result of irradiation for at least 1 min. Two distinct regions of charge transport are identified, characterized by an initial sharp increase in the field effect mobility by two orders of magnitude due to an increase in crystallinity up to the percolation limit, followed by a gradual saturation where the mobility becomes independent of the thin film microstructure. 相似文献

Taking into account that fuzzy ontology mapping has wide application and cannot be dealt with in many fields at present, a Chinese fuzzy ontology model and a method for Chinese fuzzy ontology mapping are proposed. The mapping discovery between two ontologies is achieved by computing the similarity between the concepts of two ontologies. Every concept consists of four features of concept name, property, instance and structure. First, the algorithms of calculating four individual similarities corresponding to the four features are given. Secondly, the similarity vectors consisting of four weighted individual similarities are built, and the weights are the linear function of harmony and reliability. The similarity vector is used to represent the similarity relation between two concepts which belong to different fuzzy ontolgoies. Lastly, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to get the mapping concept pairs by the similarity vectors. Experiment results are satisfactory. 相似文献

In recent years, named data networking (NDN) has been accepted as the most popular future paradigm and attracted much attention, of which the routing model contains interest forwarding and content delivery. However, interest forwarding is far from the bottleneck of routing optimization; instead, the study on content delivery can greatly promote routing performance. Although many proposals on content delivery have been investigated, they have not considered packet‐level caching and deep traffic aggregation, which goes against the performance optimization of content delivery. In this paper, we propose a packet‐level‐based traffic aggregation (PLTA) scheme to optimize NDN content delivery. At first, the packet format is devised, and data plane development kit (DPDK) is used to ensure same size for each packet. Then, the whole delivery scheme with traffic aggregation consideration is presented. The simulation is driven by the real YouTube dataset over Deltacom, NSFNET, and CERNET topologies, and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed PLTA has better delivery performance than three baselines in terms of cache hit ratio, delivery delay, network load, and energy efficiency. 相似文献

The recognition and inactivation of specific pathogenic bacteria remain an enormous scientific challenge and an important therapeutic goal. Therefore, materials that can selectively target and kill specific pathogenic bacteria, without harming beneficial strains are highly desirable. Here, a material platform is reported that exploits bacteria as a template to synthesize polymers with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) characteristic by copper‐catalyzed atom transfer radical polymerization for self‐selective killing of the bacteria that templates them with no antimicrobial resistance. The bacteria‐templated polymers show very weak fluorescence in aqueous media, however, the fluorescence is turned on upon recognition of the bacteria used as the template to synthesize the polymer even at a low concentration of 600 ng mL?1. Moreover, the incorporated AIE fluorogens (AIEgens) can act as an efficient photosensitizer for reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation after bacteria surface binding, which endows the templated polymers with the capability for selective bacterial killing. The bacterium‐templated synthesis is generally applicable to a wide range of bacteria, including clinically isolated multidrug‐resistant bacterial strains. Actualizing full singlet exciton yield via a reverse intersystem crossing from the high‐lying triplet state to singlet state, namely, “hot exciton” mechanism, holds great potential for high‐performance fluorescent organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, incorporating comprehensive insights into the mechanism and effective molecular design strategies still remains challenging. Herein, three blue emitters (CNNPI, 2TriPE‐CNNPI, and 2CzPh‐CNNPI) with a distinct local excited (LE) state and charge‐transfer (CT) state distributions in excited states are designed and synthesized. They show prominent hybridized local and charge‐transfer (HLCT) states and aggregation‐induced emission enhancement properties. The “hot exciton” mechanism based on these emitters reveals that a balanced LE/CT distribution can simultaneously boost photoluminescence efficiency and exciton utilization. In particular, a nearly 100% exciton utilization is achieved in the electroluminescence (EL) process of 2CzPh‐CNNPI. Moreover, employing 2CzPh‐CNNPI as the emitter, emissive dopant, and sensitizing host, respectively, the EL performances of the corresponding nondoped pure‐blue, doped deep‐blue, and HLCT‐sensitized fluorescent OLEDs are among the most efficient OLEDs with a “hot exciton” mechanism to date. The complex tumor microenvironment (TME) and nonspecific drug targeting limit the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy in combination with chemotherapy. Herein, a metal–organic framework (MOF) assisted strategy is reported that modulates TME by reducing tumor hypoxia and intracellular glutathione (GSH) and offers targeted delivery and controlled release of the trapped chemodrug. Platinum(IV)‐diazido complex (Pt(IV)) is loaded inside a Cu(II) carboxylate‐based MOF, MOF‐199, and an aggregation‐induced‐emission photosensitizer, TBD, is conjugated to polyethylene glycol for encapsulating Pt(IV)‐loaded MOF‐199. Once the fabricated TBD‐Pt(IV)@MOF‐199 nanoparticles are internalized by cancer cells, MOF‐199 consumes intracellular GSH and decomposes to fragments to release Pt(IV). Upon light irradiation, the released Pt(IV) generates O2 that relieves hypoxia and produces Pt(II)‐based chemodrug inside cancer cells. Concomitantly, efficient reactive oxygen species generation and bright emission are afforded by TBD, resulting in synergistic image‐guided photo‐chemo therapy with enhanced efficacies and mitigated side effects. 相似文献

当前基于压缩感知的传感器网络数据融合方案中,不论数据字段有何特征,均假设网络具有固定而均匀的压缩阈值,从而导致数据通信量过高,能耗浪费较大。提出一种基于多分辨率和压缩感知的数据融合方案。首先,对传感器网络进行配置,以生成多个层次类型不同的簇结构,用于过渡式数据收集,在该结构上,最低层的叶节点只传输原始数据,其他层的数据收集簇进行压缩采样;然后将其测量值向上发送,当母数据收集簇收到测量值时,利用基于反向DCT和DCT模型的CoSaMP算法恢复原始数据;最后,在SIDnet-SWANS平台上部署了该方案,并在不同的二维随机部署传感器网络规模下进行了测试。实验结果表明,随着分层位置的变化,大部分节点的能耗均显著降低,与NCS方案相比,能耗下降50%~77%,与HCS方案相比,能耗下降37%~70%。 相似文献
