LASER ENHANCED ELECTROCHEMICAL MACHINING PROCESS

An experimental apparatus was designed and built for the hybrid process of laser enhanced electrochemical machining (ECM). Comparison experiments had been done between solely ECM and laser enhanced ECM. The machining performance of hybrid process was investigated and compared with solely ECM. The principle of the hybrid process was exposed by analyzing the microstructure of machining surface. The results show that the hybrid process has advantages in machining accuracy, surface quality, and machining efficiency.     

多处理器系统中的数据局部性及其优化技术研究

数据局部性是多处理器系统中的重要研究方向之一。结合该领域目前国内外研究现状和我们近一阶段的研究进展，讨论了多处理器系统中的数据局部性及其优化问题。针对现有局部性度量模型存在的不足，提出了一种增强的可用于层次式并行计算机体系结构的局部性度量模型。在静态和动态局部性优化技术方面，分别探讨了基于投影分层的数据变换框架和基于瞬时访问信息的动态页迁移策略，并展开了系列相关的讨论。另外，针对利用数据局部性时必须解决的一个关键问题--存储一致性问题，进行了深入的研究，提出了以操作系统为中心的线程存储一致性模型。     

一种提高低温流体比体积计算精度的方法

采用了一个既能提高立方型状态方程比体积计算精度，又不影响气液平衡条件的简单摩尔修正项来改进PR方程比体积的计算。本文对19种低温流体给出其修正项的值，计算饱和蒸气和液体比体积，并与未修正的PR方程的计算值比较，结果表明这种修正能显著提高低温流体（包括量子流体氢、氦和强极性的氨气）饱和液体比体积的计算精度，并对蒸气比体积的计算也略有改进。     

Uncertainty in Quantitative Electron Probe Microanalysis

Quantitative electron probe analysis is based on models based on the physics or x-ray generation, empirically adjusted to the analyses of specimens of known composition. Their accuracy can be estimated by applying them to a set of specimens of presumably well-known composition.

介绍了一种新型微波 毫米波幅相测试系统及其在相关测试领域中的典型应用。与传统微波幅相测试系统相比 ,该系统具有原理新颖、结构简单、扩展频段容易和使用方便等优点。本系统目前广泛应用于紧缩场电气性能检测、天线测量和RCS测量等领域中 ,频率范围为 1～ 110GHz。本测试系统已经申请国家专利 ,并通过相关部门鉴定。     

三种新型流量计在醋酸装置中的应用

阐述了阿牛巴、超声波、电磁等3种流量计的性能特点、选用原则和安装要点。重点分析了低压甲醇羰基化生产醋酸装置中的各种介质的特点如强腐蚀性、两相流、低电导率等,根据不同介质的特点和工艺要求选用不同类型的流量计,并且总结了这些流量计替代原有孔板、涡街、涡轮流量计的实际使用情况以及经验教训。     

100吨转炉设备安装

针对100吨转炉设备安装过程中设备重量超载，超高，无法直接采用行车安装的情况，采用了设备分体移位吊装，现场整体组合焊接的施工工艺方案，设计专用安装工装，确保了设备安装精度并一次安装到位。

IPv6 delay and loss performance evolution

Although packet delay and loss are two important parameters of the Internet performance, to the best of our knowledge, the evolution of large‐scale IPv6 delay and loss performance has previously not been studied. In this paper, we analyze more than 600 end‐to‐end IPv6 paths between about 26 testboxes of RIPE Network Coordination Centre over two years, and compare the delay and loss performance over time with their IPv4 counterparts. We present and discuss the measurement methodologies and show that IPv6 paths have a higher delay and loss than their IPv4 counterparts. The main reason for the worse performance stems from IPv6‐in‐IPv4 tunnels rather than from native IPv6 paths and such tunnels are still widely used today. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
