桐子壕航电工程施工综述

桐子壕航电工程自2000年9月开工以来，已历经一期一枯，一汛，一期二枯，到目前为止，完成混凝土浇筑量42万m^3，土石方开挖106万m^3，顺利完成二枯目标，安全进入了汛期施工，阐述了在施工中运用的新工艺及合理引进，采用的新材料新产品。

西门子百万等级超超临界机组凝汽器结构分析

介绍了西门子百万等级下排汽凝汽器技术,针对该凝汽器结构,陈述了该类型凝汽器的设计特点,并作了对比分析.西门子下排汽凝汽器与汽机低压缸采用刚性连接,低压缸外缸与凝汽器喉部直接焊接.汽轮机低压缸内缸通过轴承座直接支撑在基础上.凝汽器底部采用多球轴承座与基础焊接,并在底部基础上布置定向导轨,定位凝汽器在水平面沿正交方向膨胀.西门予公司下排汽凝汽器管束采用特有的低密度管束布置,具有专利技术的对称布王形式,其传热效果好,除氧效果尤佳,凝结水过冷度低.     

基于GIS和遗传算法的饮水管网优化

在城镇化的过程中，饮用水管网的建造与优化是我国各地区饮用水工程建设面临的重大问题之一。针对饮水管网建造存在着工程投入多，管网铺设不优化、经济效益低等问题，设计实现一种基于地理信息系统和遗传算法相结合的饮水管网优化的方法。通过建立数学模型，用遗传算法对管网的布局进行优化，并结合GIS对空间信息的综合管理和处理能力，最后得到一组较为合理的管网布局方案，从而达到节省建设成本的目的。     

Nonlinear solid finite element analysis of mitral valves with heterogeneous leaflet layers

An incompressible transversely isotropic hyperelastic material for solid finite element analysis of a porcine mitral valve response is described. The material model implementation is checked in single element tests and compared with a membrane implementation in an out-of-plane loading test to study how the layered structures modify the stress response for a simple geometry. Three different collagen layer arrangements are used in finite element analysis of the mitral valve. When the leaflets are arranged in two layers with the collagen on the ventricular side, the stress in the fibre direction through the thickness in the central part of the anterior leaflet is homogenized and the peak stress is reduced. A simulation using membrane elements is also carried out for comparison with the solid finite element results. Compared to echocardiographic measurements, the finite element models bulge too much in the left atrium. This may be due to evidence of active muscle fibres in some parts of the anterior leaflet, whereas our constitutive modelling is based on passive material.     

作用面积形状与布管方式对自喷系统能耗影响

自动喷水灭火系统设计时为满足规范的要求,往往存在设计压力、流量过剩的情况,造成了能量的极大浪费.对此,本文通过自动喷水灭火系统设计中最不利点处作用面积不同形状与管道布置方式对自动喷水灭火系统流量和压力的影响进行计算,可以从中得出最为节能的最不利点处作用面积形状与管道布置方式,这样可降低系统的设计压力、流量,达到降低喷淋系统能耗的目的,也验证了“喷规”第9.1.2条的合理性.     

Entwicklung und Anwendung von mathematischen Optimierungsmethoden zur Ableitung von vereinfachten Prüfungen für Fahrwerksbauteile

Testing the fatigue life time of chassis components is necessary during the development process and for quality supervision during the period of series production. In many cases a simplified test is done to reduce the complexity of the test. The development engineer has to develop the specification of those simplified tests. According to the task different approaches are possible: Looking for an adaquate test load or for a simplified mounting ore both. This paper deals with several numerical methods for test specification development. Especially a numerical optimization routine is presented for detection of a signifcant load case. Also the iterative searching for a simplified mounting in combination with damage based selection of load channel is shown. Exemplary the application of the routines is demonstrated by Porsche PANAMERA wheel carrier and a suspension‐strut receiving. The actual stage of development of the numerical routines is presented. In addition intended upgrades of the software are shown.
