Measurement of metal nanolayers optical parameters using surface plasmon resonance method

The results of experimental definition of optical parameters of silver nanolayers by the method of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) are described. The goniometric installation for measurement of angular dependences of reflection of light by layered nanosructures at the attenuated internal reflection (angular spectrum of reflection) is designed. Calculation of optical parameters of nanolayers is executed taking into account the form of a curve of tin angular spectrum of reflection. The text was submitted by the authors in English.     

A study of the static and dynamic properties of side-chain liquid crystalline polymers in low molar mass mesogens

The static and dynamic properties of solutions of a side chain polysiloxane liquid crystal polymer have been studied in a cyanobiphenyl nematic host as a function of concentration and temperature. Refractive index measurements were carried out on aligned samples and the data used to determine the macroscopic order parameter, S, using Haller's method. Photon correlation spectroscopy has been used to measure ($\text{k}{}_{22}\text{γ}{}_1$) for the pure nematic solvent and the solutions. From these measurements it appears that the static properties vary slowly and linearly with increasing polymer concentration whilst the dynamic or viscoelastic properties change markedly. This change has been attributed to γ₁, the twist viscosity, and the results have been discussed in terms of the function of the siloxane polymer backbone.     

Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 火箭弹道附近大气参数辨识系统的研究

研究了利用雷达实测数据对沿火箭飞行弹道的大气参数进行辨识和外推落点的方法，进而提出了一个对效力射诸元进行修正的方法。在此基础上，对软件系统进行了设计。最后通过仿真试验，分析了系统的准确性。     

针对语音变换的语音篡改检测

针对使用语音变换技术的语音篡改,提出一种自动检测方法。在分析语音变换基本模型和变换语音失真的基础上,提取语音信号的声道参数以及相关的信号统计量,并通过支持向量机递归特征消除法,选择出对语音变换比较敏感的特征作为分类特征,使用支持向量机进行语音变换检测和变换语音的说话人性别判别。对于一种语音变换软件的实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的检测准确率,其中语音变换检测的平均准确率为94.90%,变换语音的说话人性别判别平均准确率为92.09%。     

通用视觉检测设备的专家在线平台设计

针对视觉检测设备在复杂的生产环境下存在图像处理参数设置问题,设计了一套B/S架构的通用的专家在线平台,通过在原有的视觉检测平台上增加一个普通的USB摄像头及相应的应用软件,并通过网络将出现的新问题的图像实时传输给生产厂家或外部专家,由专家通过浏览器设置合理的图像处理参数,平台综合了数据协同、远程培训等功能,达到了远程解决问题的目的。     

Delay‐dependent stability for Markovian genetic regulatory networks with time‐varying delays

This paper is concerned with the problem of stochastic stability analysis for a class of genetic regulatory networks with Markovian jump parameters and time‐varying delays. A delay‐dependent stability criterion is derived by using a novel mode‐dependent Lyapunov functional. The derived stability criterion is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities and is less conservative than the existing ones in the literature. Feedback predictive control for constrained fuzzy systems with Markovian jumps

In this paper, a feedback model predictive control method is presented to tackle control problems with constrained multivariables for uncertain discrete‐time nonlinear Markovian jump systems. An uncertain Markovian jump fuzzy system (MJFS) is obtained by employing the Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model to represent a discrete‐time nonlinear system with norm bounded uncertainties and Markovain jump parameters. To achieve more generality, the transition probabilities of the Markov chain are assumed to be partly unknown and partly accessible. The predictive formulation adopts an on‐line optimization paradigm that utilizes the closed‐loop state feedback controller and is solved using the standard semi‐definite programming (SDP). To reduce the on‐line computational burden, a mode independent control move is calculated at every sampling time based on a stochastic fuzzy Lyapunov function (FLF) and a parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme. The robust mean square stability, performance minimization and constraint satisfaction properties are guaranteed under the control move for all admissible uncertainties. Study of viscosity of mono-, di-, and trialkylamines

Viscosities of several mono-, di-, and trialkylamines have been measured in the temperature range 298 to 333 K. It is observed that viscosities are highly dependent on shape, size, and association through H-bond or through dipole. Following the transition state theory, energy, Gibbs free energy, and entropy of activation of viscous flow have been calculated. The values of expansion energy for these liquids have also been calculated using free volume theory, and subsequently amines have been classified as volume-restrained or energy-restrained liquids. The group contribution method of Van Velzen, Cardozo, and Langenkamp for estimating viscosity has been examined with the present and literature data, and the new group contribution increments N _i and B _i for amines have been evaluated.     

An experimental study of the thermodynamic properties of 1,1-difluoroethane

Experimental vapor pressures andP--T data of an important alternative refrigerant, 1, 1-difluoroethane (HFC-152a), have been measured by means of a constant-volume method coupled with expansion procedures. SixtyP--T data were measured along eight isochores in a range of temperaturesT from 330 to 440 K, at pressuresP from 1.6 to 9.3 MPa, and at densities from 51 to 811 kg·m^–3. Forty-six vapor pressures were also measured at temperatures from 320 K to the critical temperature. The uncertainties of the temperature and pressure measurements are within ±7mK and ±2kPa, respectively, while the uncertainty of the density values is within ±0.1%. The purity of the sample used is 99.9 wt%. On the basis of the measurements along each isochore, five saturation points were determined and the critical pressure was determined by correlating the vapor-pressure measurements. The second and third virial coefficients for temperatures from 360 to 440 K have also been determined.
