Oncogenic MicroRNAs Characterization in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

A key challenge for the improvement of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) management could derive from a deeper characterization of the biology of these neoplasms that could greatly improve the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment choice. The aim of this study was to identify specific miRNAs that are deregulated in tumor vs. normal kidney tissues and that could impact on the biology of ccRCC. To this end we selected four miRNAs (miR-21-5p, miR-210-3p, miR-185-5p and miR-221-3p) and their expression has been evaluated in a retrospective cohort of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues from 20 ccRCC patients who underwent surgical nephrectomy resection. miR-21-5p and miR-210-3p resulted the most significantly up-regulated miRNAs in this patient cohort, highlighting these onco-miRNAs as possible relevant players involved in ccRCC tumorigenesis. Thus, this study reports the identification of specific oncogenic miRNAs that are altered in ccRCC tissues and suggests that they might be useful biomarkers in ccRCC management.     

板上充气状态下立体传质塔板液体提升量研究

以空气-水为实验物系,在直径为600 mm的实验塔内,通过向板上液层中充气来模拟板上的泡沫状态,测定了立体传质塔板CTST液体提升量的变化情况。考察了不同操作条件下板上气体体积分数对液体提升量的影响,并由实验数据拟合出板孔动能因子、板上液层气体体积分数、板上清液层高度对相对液体提升量影响的关联式。结果表明:相对液体提升量随着板上液层中气体体积分数的增加而降低;气体体积分数相同时,相对液体提升量随着板上清液层高度的增大而增加、随板孔动能因子的增大而减少。     

合成氨脱硫工段“精脱硫”技改的实践

合成氨煤制气是以煤为原料,原料气中含较高的H2S、COS及CS2,总硫高达1.2g/m3左右。目前,我公司的半水煤气脱硫技术采用的氨水液相催化法,脱硫后的H2S含量仍然较高,而且不能脱除有机硫。硫对生产有较大的危害,高含量的硫对甲醇催化剂、合成催化剂是致命的;本文结合生产实际,提出了"精脱硫"的概念,该技术路线是解决化肥脱硫工段清洁生产的有效途径。     

小净距隧道施工中减振技术研究

双洞小净距隧道中夹岩柱一般都比较小,因此后行洞爆破施工对先行洞有较明显的影响。本文介绍云(阳)-万(州)高速公路张家山隧道小净距段施工中,采用小循环进尺、分区开挖的台阶分部法和短台阶断面法开挖,并控制最大段装药量、段间隔时间、确定合理的爆破参数和对先行洞最不利部位振速监测等一系列爆破减振控制技术,保证了小净距段先行洞的安全和后行洞施工的顺利进行。     

光学的启示——地震资料横向分辨率问题辨析

在地震资料解释中 ,人们惯常将第一菲涅尔带半径作为地震数据横向分辨率的基准尺度。其实 ,这样定义是一种似是而非的概念性错误。依据光学衍射原理 ,阐释了这一定义所包容的几处主要错误 ,并以几何光学原理和光波干涉叠加原理为基础 ,求取任意方向分辨率的定量解析式。必须指出 ,尽管据此解析式求得的横向分辨率 ,与球面波入射时的第一菲涅尔带半径的计算式相同 ,但我们绝不能用第一菲涅尔带半径冠名 ,不然依然会产生概念上的混乱。     

Position Adaptive Measurement Model for Double-four Quadrant Photoelectric Detector

A modeling method of the support vector machine combined with matrix optics is considered; a complete new measurement model for double-four quadrant photoelectric detector is built. According to the analysis of the received light spot size and its motion with the changes of the defocusing amount of detector photosensitive surface and the detector position attitude in the optical path, a mathematic expression of photoelectrical conversion is given, which can be applicable to random setting position of the detector at any time. Based on least square support vector machine （LS SVM）, the mapping relationship among the output signal linear characteristic parameters （zero neighborhood gradient and intercept）, the defocusing amount of the detector and the installation position attitude angle is established. Thus, the multiple dimensional high accuracy measuring and adjusting control system can be left out, and adaptive measurement of the detector parameters can be realized. Compared with existed measurement model and method, the presented model has the advantages of more clear physical meaning, closer to work mechanism of detector, acquiring more complete sample data and wiping out the dead spots or bad spots in measurement. And the accuracy of displacement measurement is increased to 3μm. At the same time, this measurement mode provides a technical shortcut for three-dimensional small angle measurement.
