Investigations of surface characterization of silicone rubber due to tracking phenomena under a.c. and d.c. voltages

In the present work, tracking phenomena has been studied with silicone rubber material under the a.c. and d.c. voltages following IEC-587 standards. The surface condition of the tracked zone was analysed using wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) studies. The tracking time was different for a.c. and d.c. voltages.     

Stable redesign of predictive control

The paper deals with I/O versions of receding horizon controllers based on the minimization of multistep quadratic costs with the constraint that the terminal state goes to zero. The resulting control law yields stable closed-loop systems under sharp conditions. Simulation results are presented to both verify the theoretical analysis and relate the new control law with GPC     

一种视频信号压缩编码方法的研究

文章采用自适应预测编码加熵编码的复合编码方法，对视频信号进行压缩编码。计算机模拟结果表明，压缩比为3.5：1（2.25bits／Pixel）时可获得良好的图像质量，因此，可实现在PCM三次群信道上传输一路彩色电视信号。     

Minimum switching control for adaptive tracking

The switching adaptive control method has been used for quite a few years to solve the adaptive stabilization and model reference adaptive control problems. However, a serious problem with the switching control method is that the number of ‘candidate’ controllers can potentially be very large, especially for multi‐input–multi‐output systems. In this paper, we consider a class of minimum‐phase multi‐input–multi‐output plants with some mild compactness assumptions. Given any polynomial reference input, we provide a switching control law which guarantees exponentially stability of the closed‐loop system with exponential tracking performance. The main contribution of the paper is that we give the minimum number of candidate controllers required for switching. In particular, the number is equal to 2 for single‐input–single‐output plants (one for each sign of the high‐frequency gain), and is equal to 2^m for m‐input–m‐output plants. 根据频率捷变技术在无线电引信中的应用特点，分析了无线电引信发射频率伪随机捷变引信的信号特征，研究了其模糊函数和信号所携带的目标信息，指出提高无线电引信系统性能的技术途径，为频率捷变引信各种技术方案提供指导。     

Turbo码综合性能分析与Turbo编码调制

对 Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的 ＲＳＣ分量码、交织器、调制方式、信道以及迭代译码算法进行了综合研究与性能分析，并给出了一种基于逐比特ＭＡＰ算法的Ｔｕｒｂｏ编码与多元调制相结合的编码调制方式。仿真结果表明，该方案将Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的高编码增益与多元调制的高频谱利用率有效地结合在一起，是一种功率和频谱高效的编码调制方式，比传统的ＴＣＭ方式有更好的性能。     

采用信息融合技术的IR／MMW复合导引头的目标跟踪

从误差测量环节入手，基于IR／MMW双模结构，采用信息融合处理技术提高其估计跟踪精度，最终达到降低制导误差，提高武器性能的目的，仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
