刺葡萄皮色素色价测定及提取工艺研究

对湖南湘西刺葡萄及新疆的巨峰、红提两个葡萄品种的果皮进行了色价测定和对照，研究了刺葡萄皮色素的最佳提取工艺，结果表明：湘西刺葡萄皮的色价远高于对照品种，其色价是巨峰葡萄皮的21．75倍，红提葡萄皮的2．87倍；得出刺葡萄皮色素提取的最佳工艺条件为：以1．5mol／L的盐酸-95％乙醇（v/v=3：17）混合液为提取剂，提取时间为100min，提取温度为50℃，物料比为1：20（g／mL）。

A forecast‐based monitoring methodology for process transitions

Nonconforming parts are often produced when a process moves from one level to another due to transition events. Control charting, when applied to a stable state process, is an effective monitoring tool to continuously check for process shifts or upsets. However, the presence of transition events can impede the normal performance of traditional control chart with increased false alarms. The presence of autocorrelation also requires modification to the control charting procedure. We present a methodology for characterizing the process transition which involves a tracking signal statistic, based on the forecast‐based exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA). This test will supplement the forecast‐based EWMA control charting as a means of detecting when the transition event is complete. Such a procedure facilitates smooth application of the appropriate control chart by knowing when the transition is over. The transition characterization methodology also carries benefits in cost and material savings. We use a color transition process in plastic extrusion to illustrate a transition event and demonstrate our proposed methodology. Impacts of impregnation with Timbercare Aqua on the red and yellow color tone of some woods and varnishes

This study has been performed for determining the effects of impregnation with Timbercare Aqua (Tc) on the red and yellow color tone of some woods and varnishes. For this purpose, the test samples prepared from Oriental beech, European oak, Scotch pine, Oriental spruce, and Uludag fir woods, which met the requirements of ASTM D 358, was impregnated with Tc according to ASTM D 1413 and producer's definition. After impregnation, wood surfaces have been coated by Sayerlack parquet varnish (Sp), Sayerlack interior varnish (Si), and Sayerlack exterior varnish (Se) varnishes in accordance with the ASTM D 3023 standards. According to ASTM D 2244, the red and yellow color tone of samples after varnishing process was determined. As a result, the value of red color tone was the highest in Oriental beech (15.21) and the lowest in Uludag fir (5.38). For the wood material, impregnation material, and varnish interaction, the red color tone value was the highest in Oriental beech + Tc + Sp (18.43) and the lowest in Uludag fir + Tc + Si (3.92). The value of the yellow color tone was the highest in pine (34.45) and the lowest in Oriental beech (26.50). For the wood material, impregnation material, and varnish interaction, the yellow color tone value was the highest in Oriental spruce + Tc + Sp (42.12) and the lowest in Oriental beech + Tc + Si (21.47). This effect may be due to the impacts of impregnation chemical on wood extractives and color pigments in varnish.
