RSFM网络及其在信号滤波中的应用

介绍了一种适用于模式识别的新型神经网络模型--局部有监督特征映射（Reglonal Supervised Feature Mapping,RSFM）网络,描述了该网络的拓扑结构和学习算法,研究了网络的基本性能,最后将其应用到了信号滤波中.理论研究和仿真实验表明,该网络结构简单、算法简洁,收敛速度快、识别精度高,适用于需要大样本训练、随机干扰严重的复杂模式的分类与识别.     

The State of the Art in Text Filtering

This paper develops a conceptual framework for text filtering practice and research, and reviews present practice in the field. Text filtering is an information seeking process in which documents are selected from a dynamic text stream to satisfy a relatively stable and specific information need. A model of the information seeking process is introduced and specialized to define text filtering. The historical development of text filtering is then reviewed and case studies of recent work are used to highlight important design characteristics of modern text filtering systems. User modeling techniques drawn from information retrieval, recommender systems, machine learning and other fields are described. The paper concludes with observations on the present state of the art and implications for future research on text filtering. Accurate estimation of environment parameters from ultrasonic data

This paper describes a robust and accurate ultrasonic sensing system for a mobile robot. The system continuously updates a local map of the environment in which obstacles are represented by straight lines or points in a robot centered coordinate frame. The presented algorithms use a Kalman filter for the reduction of the noise in the ultrasonic data and use a systematical error correction (‘bundle correction’) to reduce the uncertainty in obstacle direction. Experiments are carried out in simulation and with a real mobile robot system. Results show that the accuracy with which line parameters can be estimated is in the order of 1 degree for the orientation and about 2 cm for the position. The effect of the bundle correction is significant and maximal when the robot approaches walls under a small angle.     

接触传热表面粗糙度曲线的统计特征

测量了一般机械加工表面的轮廓曲线，基于小波变换提取了粗糙度曲线，分析了轮廓高度和接触峰高度的统计分布特征。研究结果表明，轮廓高度不服从严格的正态分布，但具有一定的正态性，而接触峰高度的统计特征与其评定标准有直接的关系。因此，对于接触热阻的计算模型来说，接触点数的计算应以合理选取接触峰的评定标准为前提。     

弹性筛管防砂技术

弹性筛管防砂技术是根据稠油油藏高轮次吞吐和蒸汽驱井防砂生产需要而研制的筛管防砂新技术。进行了筛管结构优化、加厚过滤单元外罩设计、固定方式研究、弹性过滤材料筛选、防腐实验研究等。室内试验表明，筛管的过流能力在900cm^2／m以上、渗透率在100μm^2以上、筛管抗内、外压强度达到20MPa、防砂粒径在0.1mm以上、耐温350℃、pH值在3～12之间不被腐蚀。现场试验证明，该技术防砂和抗堵塞性能好，防砂有效期长，地层适应性强，施工简便，防砂生产效果明显，具有良好的应用前景。

本文对美国低收入阶层住房政策的演化过程作了介绍 ,分析了其中三种典型住房政策的实施效果。在把握我国国情的基础上 ,借鉴美国住房政策演化过程的经验教训 ,为建立我国弱势人群住房政策提出了建议。     

Learning and Revising User Profiles: The Identification of Interesting Web Sites

We discuss algorithms for learning and revising user profiles that can determine which World Wide Web sites on a given topic would be interesting to a user. We describe the use of a naive Bayesian classifier for this task, and demonstrate that it can incrementally learn profiles from user feedback on the interestingness of Web sites. Furthermore, the Bayesian classifier may easily be extended to revise user provided profiles. In an experimental evaluation we compare the Bayesian classifier to computationally more intensive alternatives, and show that it performs at least as well as these approaches throughout a range of different domains. In addition, we empirically analyze the effects of providing the classifier with background knowledge in form of user defined profiles and examine the use of lexical knowledge for feature selection. We find that both approaches can substantially increase the prediction accuracy.     

Recursive solution of inverse natural convection problems by means of mode reduction

 A recursive method based on the Kalman filtering is developed to solve inverse natural convection problems of estimating the unsteady nonuniform wall heat flux from temperature measurements in the flow. By employing the Karhunen–Loève Galerkin procedure that reduces the Boussinesq equation to a small set of ordinary differential equations, the computational difficulties associated with the Kalman filtering for the partial differential equations are overcome. The present method is assessed through several numerical experiments, and is found to yield satisfactory results. Received 20 January 2001 / Accepted 31 May 2001     

基于小波算法的摆式列车倾摆指令实时提取

由于摆式列车线路检测系统测得的线路超高时变率信号是平稳的且含有幅度大、频带宽的噪声 ,难以用常规的滤波方法得到摆式列车实时倾摆指令。本文介绍了多分辨率分析的基本原理及快速算法 ,讨论了基函数的选取 (构造 )原则。根据超高时变率信号的特征 ,合理选择基函数 ,提出了一种对流式数据的实时滤波算法 ,通过对仿真和线路试验实测数据的处理与常规滤波方法进行了比较。结果表明 ,该算法能更快地实时提取摆式列车倾摆指令。     

基于参考模型的自适应话音处理

本文讨论了一种带有参考通道的自适应话音消噪滤波器原理，该滤波器采用最小均方差(心幅)算法。将此滤波器应用于复杂噪音背景的话音信号提取，能很好地抑制背景噪声，从而获得清晰的话音信号。
