Flexible Furnace Concepts for Vacuum Heat Treatment Combined with High-pressure Gas Quenching

IN the past five years the process combination of vacuum hardening, respectively vacuum carburizing with high-pressure gas quenching was successfully introduced to the market, especially in the manufacture of gears. In the meantime furnace concepts for various applications are available to the industry. In the following report three plant varieties are introduced, which differ in process flexibility and throughput. This report also explains criteria for the selection of a furnace in view of the existing application requirements. Besides this a short introduction is given into the vacuum carburizing process and the high-pressure gas quenching technology.     

Oxidation Performance of Fe-Al/WC Composite Coatings Produced by High Velocity Arc Sprayed at 650 ℃

Oxidation performance of Fe-Al/WC composite coatings produced by high velocity arc sprayed at 800 ℃

Fe-Al/WC intermetallic composite coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) technology on 20G steel and the oxidation performance of Fe-Al/WC composite coatings was studied. The results demonstrate that the kinetics curve of oxidation approximately follows the logarithmic law and the oxidation velocity of Fe-Al/WC composite coatings is less than that of 20G steel after 5 h. The composition of oxidized coating is mainly composed of Al2O3, Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeO. These phases distribute unevenly. The protective Al2O3 film firstly forms and preserves the coatings from further oxidation.     

高钒高速钢干滑动磨损性能研究

利用MM-200型滑动磨损试验机测试了高钒高速钢在不同压力下的干滑动磨损性能,借助于扫描电镜对其磨损形貌和组织进行观察,并与高铬铸铁对比考察了其耐磨性和磨损机理。结果表明:高钒高速钢的耐磨性明显优于高铬铸铁,其磨损机理为犁削磨损和疲劳磨损的复合,并且有应力作用下碳化物的脆性碎裂及脱落。     

车辆热交换器铝合金管的高频焊接

管材所用铝合金带料为三层复合材料,外层为Al-Si钎料层,中间为Al-Mn芯材,内层为Al-Zn防腐层。带材经成型机组成型后经高频焊接而成。研究表明:采用高频焊接铝合金管焊缝成形美观、无气孔等缺陷,焊速高,焊缝微观组织均匀,是一种理想的焊接工艺。     

高速电弧喷涂镍铝打底层结构与性能研究

高速电弧喷涂技术是近年来发展起来的新型热喷涂技术，该技术具有优势，高效，低成本等特点，本文实验研究了高速电弧喷涂镍铝打底涂层的组织结构和力学性能，涂层的界面结合强度大于40MPa，显微硬度平均值为210HV，表面粗糙度表征参数Ra值为13．11um，涂层孔隙率为2．26％，涂层主要由镍铝合金和镍，铝氧化物组成，高速电弧喷涂镍铝涂层结合强度高，涂层组织致密，是优良的打底涂层。     

Al2O3/Cu复合材料的内氧化制备及性能研究

采用高能球磨制备出亚稳态的Cu-1%Al（质量分数）合金粉,再将Cu2O粉与其一起进行高能球磨,然后将复合粉末压坯在N2保护炉中同时进行氧化和烧结,制备出Al2O3/Cu复合材料。分析了分别采用湿法球磨和干法球磨时的合金化效果,讨论了模压压力对材料性能的影响。结果表明,对于Cu-Al混合粉来说,采用湿法球磨容易产生分层,采用干法球磨具有良好的合金化效果;在本试验条件下,750MPa为最佳的模压压力,但烧结后材料的电导率还是偏低,因此有必要进行后续的处理来进一步提高材料的性能。     

管材高温低周疲劳实验方法及数据处理

采用径向应变控制法 ,在MTS880 /810试验机上用d 13mm× 1.5mm的单相α Ti合金管材 ,在 (35 0±1)℃下进行了 5个不同应变量的高温低周疲劳 (HTLCF)实验 ;记录了各自的循环应力—应变滞后环 ,得出了试样的循环响应特征和各试样的高温低周疲劳寿命。对实验数据按Coffin Manson公式拟合出疲劳曲线方程 ,从而绘出了该试材的Δεt— 2Nf 倍寿命关系曲线。考虑到低周疲劳数据的离散性 ,对其中的Δεt=1.0 %和Δεt=1.5 %两个应变量的各 6个试验数据按双参数Weibull分布进行了统计分析。     

不同冷轧状态的ELC-BH钢板连续退火再结晶规律

对不同压力率的ELC-BH钢板进行了连续退火试验。研究结果发现，随着冷轧压下率增加和冷轧板厚度减薄，ELC-BH钢板的连续退火再结晶过程提前并缩短，晶粒长达过程相对延长，这对于不同厚度产品的生产工艺调整十分重要。     

250m/s超高速磨床主轴磁浮轴承设计

本文介绍了磁浮轴承的优点，并针对一台250m/s超高速磨床主轴系统，首次进行了磁浮轴承设计，其结果对我国发展高速主轴技术有一定意义。
