Highly filled systems prepared by compression molding of Hevea brasiliensis woodflour filled polybenzoxazine composites with high mechanical properties and reduced water uptake has been developed. The effects of percent filler content and particle size of woodflour on the obtained composite's properties were examined. The low melt viscosity of BA‐a type polybenzoxazine allows substantial amount of woodflour to be easily incorporated into the composites. The results showed that mechanical properties from dynamic mechanical analysis and flexural test at filler content below the optimum filler packing show approximately linear relationship with filler loading. The outstanding compatibility between the woodflour and the polybenzoxazine matrix is evidently seen from the large improvement in the composite's Tg and char yield. Scanning electron micrographs of the composite also reveals substantially strong interface between the woodflour filler and the polybenzoxazine matrix. Water absorption of the composites is greatly reduced with increasing the amount of polybenzoxazine due to the inherent low water absorption of the matrix. The polybenzoxazine is; therefore, a highly attractive candidate as high performance lignocellulosic binder or adhesive and other related applications. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper reports findings of an investigation of Pd–Ag alloy nanowires on the step edges of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) by electrochemical deposition at room temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images reveal that these alloy nanowires (109–430 nm) are uniform in diameter, and have lengths up to 100–500 μm. The electrodeposition process involves the initial formation of nanowires induced at the step edges of the oxidized HOPG substrate at a very negative potential and subsequent growth at a constant low current density to coalesce the discontinuous nanowires. Alloy nanowires with a 20–25% silver content can be obtained when the ratio of Pd and Ag in the solution is carefully controlled. The SEM images demonstrate that the alloy nanowire arrays are continuous, parallel, ordered, well-aligned and have a narrow distribution of diameters. The Pd–Ag alloy nanowire arrays are promising materials for fabricating hydrogen nanosensors. 相似文献

采用一种高精度的紧致差分显格式对改进型Boussinesq方程进行数值求解;采用具有TVD性质的三阶Runge-Kutta方法进行预报,用三次样条函数进行校正,时间精度可达到四阶;在空间离散上采用六阶精度的三点紧致显格式进行计算;运用以上数值格式对Beji和Nadaoka改进型Boussinesq方程进行了求解,求解证明:高精度的数值结果和已知的试验结果吻合良好.作为验证算例,同时对波浪在台阶上的传播进行了模拟,从效果对比上可以看出,所得结果明显比Kittitanasuan的计算结果更靠近试验值. 相似文献

The formation of a complex, composed of lauroamphoglycinate (LG), oleic acid (OA) and water, was investigated, and this system
was applied to emulsification. The complex was formed in the water-rich area (more than 90% in this system) at a molar ratio
of OA to LG from 1 to 3, where two-phase systems of water and the complex existed. The interaction between LG and OA, both
in the aqueous solution and at the interface of liquid paraffin dissolving the OA and LG solution, was studied by pH measurements
and interfacial tension measurements, respectively. The results implied that LG and OA were linked stoichiometrically, both
in aqueous solution and at the interface, and formed complexes. X-ray diffraction patterns and the strong hydrophobicity showed
that the equimolar complex composed of LG, OA, and water was a liquid crystal with a reversed hexagonal structure. The reversed
hexagonal liquid crystal was capable of solubilizing a certain amount of liquid paraffin in its alkyl group parts while maintaining
its hexagonal structure. These results suggest the possibility to prepare a W/O-type emulsion by using the liquid crystal
formed by LG, OA, partial liquid paraffin, and water as the continuous phase. The authors could obtain a stable W/O emulsion
without coalescence of the water droplets that contained a substantial amount of water (approximately 90%). Furthermore, various

安岳气田灯影组气藏广泛采用大斜度井/水平井裸眼封隔器分段酸压工艺试油完井,悬挂封隔器及下部管柱被“永久性”留在井下。如果利用原裸眼侧钻,则需要打捞分段酸压管柱至套管鞋以下30 m左右。MX126井和GS121井前期打捞作业历时均超过50 d,打捞效率非常低,主要原因为:悬挂封隔器双向锚定,裸眼封隔器和连接油管埋卡严重且位于大斜度井段,压井后长时间静止埋卡越来越严重;钻井液压井后切割油管受阻,没有完成落鱼切割分段;套磨铣导致封隔器解体,倒扣时落鱼出现多处退扣,倒扣打捞效率低。针对上述问题,优化了打捞技术措施:钻井液压井前,采用泵送径向切割工艺在清水中切割油管,确保切割成功率;采用带压拔出插管循环压井,缩短钻井液浸泡时间,降低次生卡钻风险;优选磨铣工具和打捞工具,优化磨铣工艺和震击解卡打捞工艺,维持落鱼完整性、力求捞出整段被切割落鱼。该技术成功应用于MX146井和GS127井后期的打捞作业,分别用时12 d和5 d。该技术可以显著提高裸眼封隔器分段酸压管柱的打捞效率,具有推广应用价值。 相似文献

Accurately predicting the complex inhomogeneous heat transfer behavior in gas–solid fluidized beds is of fundamental importance. In this work, we constitute an enhanced filtered interphase heat transfer coefficient (IHTC) closure by systematically filtering the dataset from highly resolved three-dimensional (3D) computational fluid dynamics–discrete element model simulations. Particularly, effects of several potential filtered variable markers on filtered IHTC predictions are examined by statistical analysis. We reveal the formulated filtered IHTC correction closure manifests a systematic dependence on filtered interphase temperature difference as an additional marker. The proposed closure shows good agreement with the filtered fine-grid simulation data in an a priori analysis. Moreover, the difference of filtered IHTC corrections deduced from 3D Euler–Euler and Euler–Lagrange simulations is quantified. Finally, the comparative analysis between our proposed filtered IHTC formulation and those in literature is implemented.
