课程思政教学改革总体设计与实践路径研究——以高职院校汽修专业为例

高职院校课程思政教学改革正在稳步推进,但依然存在教学内容处理不当、专业教师育德意识与育德能力不够、学生学习动力不足等问题。以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,根据不同课程确定不同的思政目标,制订相应的课程思政教学大纲,在教学的各个环节中融入不同的思政元素,并从短期、中期、长期三个方面验证课程思政教学改革的成效。     

数控机床的故障分析

本文对数控机床故障现象进行了简要分析并列举维修实例。     

水泥企业PLC控制系统的常见故障与处理

可编程序控制器(PLC)其性能可靠、性价比高、维护简便,在水泥生产控制中得到了广泛的应用。但使用中,因设计、使用或维护等方面原因,其电源模块、存储模块、输入输出模块及其外围线路会产生各类故障。结合故障实例,详细介绍和分析总结了PLC常见故障——电源故障、异常故障、通信故障、输入/输出回路故障、接线端子故障等等的现象、产生原因和处理措施。同时,总结了PLC系统的维护和保护的相关要求及技术措施。     

一次风机节能改造

为解决一次风机出口风压低、火焰无力度、系统功耗高等问题,采用空气悬浮风机对其进行节能改造。拆除原有的一次风机备用风机,在原有底座上安装空气悬浮风机,整体设计安装悬浮风机出口管道。改造后,一次风机出口风压明显增大,煤粉燃烧充分,火焰调整灵活,每小时可节电30kWh,两处对空排放管道加装消声器,降噪效果显著。     

A multi-echelon production–inventory system with supply disruption

The article investigates an integrated multi-layer supply chain model consisting of supplier, manufacturer and retailer while supply disruption, machine breakdown, safety stock, maintenance breakdown occur simultaneously. At beginning of the production, manufacturer keeps some raw materials in stock received from second supplier at high price, as safety stock due to supply disruption of first supplier. Corrective maintenance is done immediately to restore its normal stage when machine breakdown occurs. Stock out situations at manufacturer and retailer are considered due to disruption of production for machine breakdown. The integrated expected costs of the chain in centralized (collaborating) and decentralized (Stakelberg approach) system are compared. A numerical example and its sensitivity analysis are provided to test feasibility of the model.

Tool path generation framework for accurate manufacture of complex 3D sheet metal parts using single point incremental forming

The prototyping of complex sheet metal parts using single point incremental forming (SPIF) requires the generation of optimal tool paths and/or tool path sequences that ensure that the formed part is within geometric design specifications. The presence of a multitude of features on complex parts leads to multiple inaccuracy inducing phenomena occurring simultaneously due to interactions between the features. This paper proposes a network analysis methodology using topological conceptual graphs to capture the effects of different phenomena on the final accuracy of a sheet metal part manufactured by SPIF. Using this framework optimized tool paths can be generated that compensate for the inaccuracy inducing behavior. Tool path generation algorithms to create partial tool paths that account for the accuracy of specific features in the part based on the proposed framework are also presented. Finally, the creation of integrated tool paths maintaining complementarity between tool paths and desired continuity behavior using non-uniform cubic B-splines is illustrated. A number of case studies demonstrating the applicability of the integrated framework are discussed, where the maximum deviations in the part are significantly reduced and the average absolute deviations for the complete part are brought down to less than 0.5 mm.
