在靶场光电测量任务中,为满足远距离实时监测任务进展的需求,常要将数字相机采集的图像信号转换为SDI视频信号,并将相应信息叠加后显示输出。针对这一问题,以Microsoft Visual Stdio 2010为软件开发平台,结合OpenCV2.4.11,利用Decklink Duo采集卡将Camera Link Full图像视频信号转换为双通道SDI信号输出,并分别对这些信号进行了文字信息叠加显示处理以及模拟红外伪彩色处理。实验达到了预期的显示效果,证明该方法有效,可以满足实际任务的要求。 相似文献

The rational design of high‐performance flexible pressure sensors attracts attention because of the potential applications in wearable electronics and human–machine interfacing. For practical applications, pressure sensors with high sensitivity and low detection limit are desired. Here, ta simple process to fabricate high‐performance pressure sensors based on biomimetic hierarchical structures and highly conductive active membranes is presented. Aligned carbon nanotubes/graphene (ACNT/G) is used as the active material and microstructured polydimethylsiloxane (m‐PDMS) molded from natural leaves is used as the flexible matrix. The highly conductive ACNT/G films with unique coalescent structures, which are directly grown using chemical vapor deposition, can be conformably coated on the m‐PDMS films with hierarchical protuberances. Flexible ACNT/G pressure sensors are then constructed by putting two ACNT/G/PDMS films face to face with the orientation of the ACNTs in the two films perpendicular to each other. Due to the unique hierarchical structures of both the ACNT/G and m‐PDMS films, the obtained pressure sensors demonstrate high sensitivity (19.8 kPa?1, <0.3 kPa), low detection limit (0.6 Pa), fast response time (<16.7 ms), low operating voltage (0.03 V), and excellent stability for more than 35 000 loading–unloading cycles, thus promising potential applications in wearable electronics. 相似文献

We report on the first successful growth of the quaternary alloy Cd1−yZnySexTe1−x(211) on 3-in. Si(211) substrates using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The growth of CdZnSeTe was performed using a compound
CdTe effusion source, a compound ZnTe source, and an elemental Se effusion source. The alloy compositions (x and y) of the
Cd1−yZnySexTe1−x quaternary compound were controlled through the Se/CdTe and ZnTe/CdTe flux ratios, respectively. Our results indicated that
the surface morphology of CdZnSeTe improves as the Zn concentration decreases, which fits well with our previous observation
that the surface morphology of CdZnTe/Si is poorer than that of CdSeTe/Si. Although the x-ray full-width at half-maximums
(FWHMs) of CdZnSeTe/Si with 4% of Zn + Se remain relatively constant regardless of the individual Zn and Se concentrations,
etched-pit density (EPD) measurements exhibit a higher dislocation count on CdZnSeTe/Si layers with about 2% Zn and Se incorporated.
The enhancement of threading dislocations in these alloys might be due to an alloy disorder effect between ZnSe and CdTe phases.
Our results indicate that the CdZnSeTe/Si quaternary material with low Zn or low Se concentration (less than 1.5%) while maintaining
4% total Zn + Se concentration can be used as lattice-matching composite substrates for long-wavelength infrared (LWIR) HgCdTe

Nanocomposites of metal nanoparticles (NPs) and bacterial nanocellulose (BC) enable fabrication of soft and biocompatible materials for optical, catalytic, electronic, and biomedical applications. Current BC–NP nanocomposites are typically prepared by in situ synthesis of the NPs or electrostatic adsorption of surface functionalized NPs, which limits possibilities to control and tune NP size, shape, concentration, and surface chemistry and influences the properties and performance of the materials. Here a self‐assembly strategy is described for fabrication of complex and well‐defined BC–NP composites using colloidal gold and silver NPs of different sizes, shapes, and concentrations. The self‐assembly process results in nanocomposites with distinct biophysical and optical properties. In addition to antibacterial materials and materials with excellent senor performance, materials with unique mechanoplasmonic properties are developed. The homogenous incorporation of plasmonic gold NPs in the BC enables extensive modulation of the optical properties by mechanical stimuli. Compression gives rise to near‐field coupling between adsorbed NPs, resulting in tunable spectral variations and enhanced broadband absorption that amplify both nonlinear optical and thermoplasmonic effects and enables novel biosensing strategies. 相似文献

采用红外(IR)光谱研究涤纶的晶体结构(v-crystal-涤纶).研究发现:涤纶主要存在着v-crystal-1-涤纶(1335 cm-1)、v-crystal-2-涤纶(969 cm-1)和v-crystal-3-涤纶(847 cm-1)等3大晶体特征吸收谱带.采用变温红外(TD-IR)光谱开展了涤纶的晶体结构热稳定性研究.实验发现:在353~393K的温度范围内,随着测定温度的升高,涤纶v-crystal-涤纶对应的吸收强度及频率有明显的改变.这主要是因为玻璃化温度后,会进一步破坏涤纶晶体的结构.采用二维红外(2D-IR)光谱,以涤纶v-crystal为研究对象,进一步开展了涤纶玻璃化转变研究机理.在加热过程中,涤纶大分子链表现出不同的运动状态.玻璃化温度前(313~343 K),涤纶分子发生分子运动的冻结,玻璃化温度后(353~393 K)涤纶即将进入高弹态.本项研究拓展了三级IR光谱(包括:IR光谱,TD-IR光谱和2D-IR光谱)在涤纶结构,热稳定性及玻璃化转变的应用研究范围. 相似文献
