In this paper, ultrawide band (UWB) communication systems with eight transmitting and receiving ring antenna arrays are implemented to test the bit error rate and capacity performance. By using the ray‐tracing technique to compute any given indoor wireless environment, the impulse response of the system can be calculated. The synthesized beamforming problem can be reformulated into a multiobjective optimization problem. Self‐adaptive dynamic differential evolution (SADDE) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) are used to find the excitation current and the feed line length of each antenna to form the appropriate beam pattern. This pattern can then reduce the bit error rate and increase the channel capacity and receiving energy. Numerical results show that the fitness value and the convergence speed by the SADDE are better than those by the PSO. Moreover, the SADDE had better results for both line‐of‐sight and nonline‐of‐sight cases. In other words, compared with PSO, SADDE has improved more effectively the main beam radiation energy and reduced the multipath interference. 相似文献

The nature of the atomic configuration and the bonding within epitaxial Pt‐graphene films is investigated. Graphene‐templated monolayer/few‐multilayers of Pt, synthesized as contiguous 2D films by room temperature electrochemical methods, is shown to exhibit a stable {100} structure in the 1–2 layer range. The fundamental question being investigated is whether surface Pt atoms rendered in these 2D architectures are as stable as those of their bulk Pt counterparts. Unsurprisingly, a single layer Pt on the graphene (Pt_1ML/GR) shows much larger Pt dissociation energy (?7.51 eV) than does an isolated Pt atom on graphene. However, the dissociation energy from Pt_1ML/GR is similar to that of bulk Pt(100), ?7.77 eV, while in bi‐layer Pt on the graphene (Pt_2ML/GR), this energy changes to ?8.63 eV, surpassing its bulk counterpart. At Pt_2ML/GR, the dissociation energy also slightly surpasses that of bulk Pt(111). Bulk‐like stability of atomically thin Pt–graphene results from a combination of interplanar Pt? C covalent bonding and inter/intraplanar metallic bonding. This unprecedented stability is also accompanied by a metal‐like presence of electronic states at the Fermi level. Such atomically thin metal‐graphene architectures can be a new stable platform for synthesizing 2D metallic films with various applications in catalysis, sensing, and electronics. 相似文献

Solution‐process fine metal‐oxide nanoparticles are promising carrier transport layer candidates for unlocking the full potential of solution process in solar cells, due to their low cost, good stability, and favorable electrical/optical properties. However, exotic organic ligands adopted for achieving small size and monodispersion can mostly cause poor conductivity, which thus impedes their electrical application. In this work, a concept of constructing a hypocrystalline intermediate is proposed to develop a general method for synthesizing various ternary metal oxide (TMO) nanoparticles with a sub‐ten‐nanometer size and good dispersibility without exotic ligands. Particularly, a guideline is summarized based on the understandings about the impact of metal ion intercalation as well as water and anion coordination on the hypocrystalline intermediate. A general method based on the proposed concept is developed to successfully synthesize various sub‐ten‐nanometer TMO nanoparticles with excellent ability for forming high‐quality (smooth and well‐coverage) films. As an application example, the high‐quality films are used as hole transport layers for achieving high‐performance (stability and efficiency) organic/perovskite solar cells. Consequently, this work will contribute to the development of TMO for large‐scale and high‐performance optoelectronic devices and the concept of tailoring intermediate can leverage the fundamental understandings of synthesis strategies for other metal oxides. 相似文献

针对超宽带系统中存在窄带信号干扰的问题,提出了一种加载E型谐振器的多模谐振器(Multimode Resonator,MMR)结构,采用内嵌开路枝节的方法设计了一款三陷波超宽带滤波器,并且通过调节内嵌开路枝节的长短,实现了双陷波的性能。该超宽带带通滤波器通带频带范围为3. 1~10. 2 GHz,通带内插入损耗小于1 d B,相对带宽为107%。其中,实现的三陷波滤波器的三个陷波中心频率分别为3. 8,5. 1和6. 6 GHz。通过调节内嵌开路枝节的长短,可以实现双陷波到三陷波之间的转换,仿真结果与理论分析一致。 相似文献

采用磁控溅射法制备了C掺杂TiO2薄膜,并研究了氮气引入溅射过程对薄膜光学性能的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、分光光度计和原子力显微镜分析了不同氮气流量下薄膜的微结构、元素价态、透光性能和表面形貌。结果表明,沉积的薄膜主要是非晶结构,拉曼光谱中存在少量锐钛矿相,且随着氮气流量增大,锐钛矿特征峰强度减弱,意味着晶粒出现细化。当氮气流量增大为4cm3/min时,C掺杂TiO2薄膜内氮元素含量为3.54%,其光学带隙从3.29eV变化至3.55eV,可见光区的光学透过率明显提高。可见改变氮气流量可实现对C掺杂TiO2薄膜光学带隙和光吸收率的有效调控。 相似文献

研究了基于离子注入技术制备硅掺砷阻挡杂质带探测器的工艺,通过优化工艺条件和相关器件的结构与材料参数,制造了具有良好光电响应性能的长波红外探测器。在温度5 K,-3.8 V工作偏压下,探测器的峰值响应波长为23.8μm,黑体响应率为3.7 A/W,3.2 V时最大探测率为5.2×10~(13) cm·Hz~(1/2)/W。性能指标堪与文献报道的结果相媲美甚至更好,展示了离子注入工艺在制作阻挡杂质带探测器方面的潜在优势,特别是离子注入工艺与目前的微电子电路技术相兼容,能将探测器与读出电路集成到一块芯片上,在降低成本的同时提高探测器成像性能。 相似文献
