The interfacial microstructure of joined single crystal and polycrystalline alumina

The interfacial microstructures of 96 and 98% polycrystalline alumina joined with single crystal sapphire have been investigated in relation to the joining parameters. Joining has been evaluated based on either using a thin spin-on silica interlayer or by placing the alumina and sapphire in direct contact. The materials were joined by placing the coated or uncoated surfaces in contact and heating in the range of 1340–1475 °C with minimum external load. With the aid of a silica interlayer, sapphire and 98% polycrystalline alumina were successfully joined in 180 min at 1400 °C and above, while samples without a silica interlayer failed to join under these conditions. However, sapphire and 96% polycrystalline alumina were joined both with and without the use of silica interlayer. A variety of interfacial morphologies have been observed, including amorphous regions, fine crystalline alumina, and intimate contact between the sapphire and polycrystalline alumina.     

低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光器的输出特性研究

在对Nd:YVO_4晶体的掺杂浓度和晶体长度对激光器性能的影响进行了分析后,报道了利用掺杂浓度为0.3at％,通光长度为10mm的Nd:YVO_4晶体作为增益介质,带光纤耦合的激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YVO_4激光器。在抽运功率为27.365W时,获得了14.85W的TEM_(00)模输出,光一光转换效率为60.49％,斜效率达64.5％。     

岩金矿山采空区处理现状及对策

岩金矿山以浅眼留矿法为代表的空场采矿法为主要开采手段，约占50％，每年形成数百万m^3采空区，并绝大多数未进行专门处理。本文介绍数例岩金矿山采空区处理方法及效果与对策，供有关企业参考。     

Transport of chromium(VI) through a Cyanex 921‐supported liquid membrane from HCl solutions

The transport of chromium(VI) through a flat‐sheet supported liquid membrane containing Cyanex 921 as a carrier has been investigated. The permeation of the metal is investigated as a function of various experimental variables: hydrodynamic conditions, concentration of chromium(VI) and HCl in the feed phase, carrier concentration and diluent in the membrane and strippant concentration in the stripping phase. The mass transfer coefficient and the thickness of the aqueous boundary layer were calculated from the experimental data. Furthermore, the selectivity of Cyanex 921‐based flat‐sheet supported liquid membrane towards different metal ions and the behaviour of the system against other carriers are presented. 单晶高温合金DD3亚结构超细化定向凝固工艺研究EI

利用ＺＭ定向凝固装置研究了镍基单晶高温合金ＤＤ３在高温度梯度（７００～１２００Ｋ／ｃｍ）定向凝固条件下的微观组织演化特征及其对工艺参数的响应函数，结果表明：该合金在高界面温度梯度条件下，柱晶生长速度范围向高速区扩展，从而使单晶亚结构细化成为可能。所得单晶棒中亚结构一次间距可比传统ＨＲＳ法定向凝固籽晶中相应尺度减小５～１０倍。本文还对其组织演化机制进行了分析。     

Crystallization of glass in fireclay refractories; part III: Detailed study on the mullite crystal size in the ‘synthetic’ glass

Poor-grade fireclay products contain substantial amount of glass. A glass of similar composition was synthesized, nucleated and heat-treated for crystallization of mullite. The size and size-distribution of mullite crystals, the rate of change of size and the aspect ratio of the crystals were investigated in relation to the nucleating agents and temperature.     

含氚废水水泥固化实验研究

研究用水泥固化处理氚废水,并选择了最佳配方:水与灰的重量比=0.45～0.5,水泥与石膏重量比=5∶1。用IAEA推荐的方法做浸出实验。为了减少水泥固化体中氚的浸出量,实验了几种涂层材料。沥青涂层可将固化体氚的浸出率降低1～2个量级。     

Observation of atomic steps on CaCO3 crystal surface

By using scanning polarization force microscopy,the deliquescence process and the atomic steps on the cleavage surface of CaCO3 in air were studied in situ.Under an exposure to medium umidity(-57%),the sloiw step movement has been observed.
