Immobilization and activation of vanadium(III) and titanium(III) single‐site catalysts for ethylene polymerization using MgCl2‐based supports

Significant increases in the activity of vanadium(III) amidinate catalysts for ethylene polymerization have been obtained by immobilization on a MgCl₂‐based support prepared by reaction of AlEt₃ with a MgCl₂/ethanol adduct. Catalyst immobilization and activation on this type of support prevents the rapid decay in activity observed under homogeneous polymerization conditions with unsupported catalysts. Stable polymerization activity is also observed with analogous titanium(III) complexes. Low density polyethylene and grafted lignin polyblends using epoxy‐functionalized compatibilizer: mechanical and thermal properties

Lignin was graft copolymerized with methyl methacrylate using manganic pyrophosphate as initiator. This modified lignin was then blended (up to 50 wt%) with low density polyethylene (LDPE) using a small quantity of poly[ethylene‐co‐(glycidyl methacrylate)] (PEGMA) compatibilizer. The mechanical properties of the blend were substantially improved by using modified lignin in contrast to untreated lignin. Differential scanning calorimetry studies showed loss of crystallinity of the LDPE phase owing to the interaction between the blend components. Thermogravimetric analysis showed higher thermal stability of modified lignin in the domain of blend processing. This suggested that there is scope for useful utilization of lignin, which could also lead to the development of eco‐friendly products. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry     

氨氮监测中样品蒸馏预处理对结果的影响分析

氨氮监测采用预蒸馏处理后，比色测定结果明显偏低。在样品预蒸馏处理过程中，硼酸作为吸收液，使显色时溶液pH值偏低，导致显色不充分是其主要影响因素。通过采取增加显色剂加入量的方法，解决了显色pH值偏低的问题，得到满意的测定结果。     

应用遗传神经网络研究低渗透储层成岩储集相—以胜利渤南油田三区沙河街组为例

以渤南油田三区沙河街组为例,应用遗传人工神经网络模式识别方法,开展了低渗透储层成岩储集相的研究。该工作是在储集层沉积相、成岩作用研究的基础上,选用流动层带指标、孔隙度、渗透率、粒度中值、泥质含量、孔喉半径均值和变异系数等7项参数,采用神经网络模式识别方法,通过建立遗传神经网络的学习及预测模型,对渤南油田三区沙河街组进行了成岩储集相识别,识别出4类成岩储集相:不稳定组分强溶解次生孔隙成岩储集相、碳酸盐胶结物溶解次生孔隙成岩储集相、强压实强胶结残余粒间孔成岩储集相和极强压实强胶结致密成岩储集相。Ⅰ类储集相的储集性能最好,Ⅳ类最差,为非储层或差储层。     

明渠断面水流流速与边界剪切应力横向分布模型

天然河流的横断面多为由主槽和漫滩组成的复式断面,水流在这种断面中比在单一断面中受到更多因素影响,流态也更加复杂。通过将明渠横断面上微元体在水流方向的N-S控制方程沿水深积分,得出描述垂线平均流速和边界剪切应力横向分布的模型,并通过对实验数据的验证,确定了模型的实用性。     

When Teachers' and Parents' Values Differ: Teachers' Ratings of Academic Competence in Children From Low-Income Families.

The authors examined predictors of teachers' ratings of academic competence of 105 kindergarten children from low-income families. Teachers rated target children's expected competence in literacy and math and completed questions about their perceptions of congruence-dissonance between themselves and the child's parents regarding education-related values. Independent examiners assessed children's literacy and math skills. Teachers' instructional styles were observed and rated along dimensions of curriculum-centered and student-centered practices. Controlling for children's skills and socioeconomic status, teachers rated children as less competent when they perceived value differences with parents. These patterns were stronger for teachers who exhibited curriculum-centered, rather than student-centered, practices. 卜寺沟水电站预可阶段正常蓄水位是考虑规划成果、地形、地质务件、梯级衔接、水库淹没、筑坝技术、水能资源利用等因素综合初选的.从理论角度分析,水库淹没时水库内寺庙的影响,按全部淹没进行经济补偿处理代价较小;其社会环境敏感因素对正常蓄水位的选择不应起决定性作用.但是,考虑到少数民族群众、僧侣和地方政府的要求,适当降低正常蓄水位,以减少对扎西日岗寺庙的影响,将带来较积极的社会影响.

由于烧结机扩容同时工艺优化去掉热筛后，使烧结矿的料层提高，热返矿进入带冷机超负荷运行料温持续偏高，并且带来台车漏风漏料扬尘，冷却风量效率低，烧损成品皮带等问题。通过采取综合密封及改进相关冷却方式，解决了以上存在的问题，并达到节能降耗的目的。     

Evaluating the mixing performance of a ribbon blender

This paper investigates the effects of processing and equipment parameters of a ribbon blender (i.e. loading method of lubricant, fill level, blade speed and blade design) on magnesium stearate homogeneity. A core sampling technique is used to obtain at least one hundred samples per sampling event, which are extracted throughout the blender and yield a thorough characterization of the entire bed. The results presented here can be used as a guideline to develop appropriate blending processes and characterization protocols for ribbon blenders.
