决策支持系统是水库优化调度实用化的发展方向，对于提高水电站生产效益和水库调度管理水平具有重要意义。结合国电公司重点科技项目“天生桥梯级水电站联合调度决策支持系统”的开发，阐述了开发水电调度决策支持系统实现水库调度实用化的经验:正确反映用户需求、增强用户对系统的控制、用模拟仿真弥补优化调度的不足、用数据库技术扩展水库优化调度实用化功能。

Health promotion for women with physical disabilities: A pilot study.

Objective: To pilot test a health promotion intervention for women with physical disabilities. Design: Pre- and postintervention questionnaires. Participants: Two groups of women with physical disabilities (n=15). Intervention: Seven-session weekly workshop intervention grounded primarily in social-cognitive theory. Setting: Disability and rehabilitation settings. Main Outcome Measures: Indicators of health status. Results: Statistically significant positive changes between pre- and postintervention scores on measures of self-efficacy for dietary behaviors, medical decision making, social interaction, physical functioning, impact of physical limitation on role activities, and vitality. Conclusion: Women with disabilities who participate in this health promotion intervention may exhibit improvements on indicators of health status. Excavation and support design of the Dicle–Kralkizi water tunnel: an overview

Tunneling projects have their uniqueness in terms of engineering problems. The expertise gained from analyzing these projects establishes a sound basis for future application. This paper conveys experiences gained during the construction and support of the design of the Dicle–Kralkizi water tunnel, Turkey. Tunnel stability problems including overbreaks and surface subsidence are evaluated. An analysis of the breakdowns, factors controlling advance rate and the overall performance of tunnel are covered. The accumulated information presented here is believed to be useful and reliable for a successful tunnel excavation in similar formations.

Evaluation codes at singular points of algebraic differential equations

We use the special geometry of singular points of algebraic differential equations on the affine plane over finite fields to study the main features and parameters of error correcting codes giving by evaluating functions at sets of singular points. In particular, one gets new methods to construct codes with designed minimum distance. This work was partially supported by MCyT BFM2001-2251.     

桥梁板式橡胶支座局部脱空设计成因分析

经过对支座转角组合进行的分析,在研究柔性高墩墩顶转角位移计算方法的基础上,提出了更加严密的支座转角验算修正公式,得出修正后的转角验算公式易于应用的结论,对于保证板式橡胶支座在使用过程中不脱空有重要的意义。     

Effects of Economic Pressure on Marital Conflict in Romania.

This study examined the interrelationships among economic pressure, maternal depression, social support, and marital conflict in a sample of 239 mothers in Romania. Data were collected through a school-based survey. Findings indicated that higher levels of economic pressure were associated with higher levels of marital conflict. Economic pressure was also associated with higher marital conflict indirectly through increased maternal depression and lowered social support. 针对我国工程索赔经验少、索赔专家稀缺的实际情况，提出了一种基于Web的工程索赔决策支持系统，首先综合了数据仓库，联机分析处理，数据挖掘技术于一体的综合决策支持系统，给出了数据仓库、模型库和知识库的具体设计，最后对系统的实现作了简要的介绍，该系统的应用旨在建立一个功能强大的在线工程索赔支持平台，共享索赔专家丰富的知识和经验，帮助承包商完成复杂的索赔工作。
