浅谈玻璃钢的加工

本文在实际研究和应用的基础上，对玻璃钢的传统加工方法和特种加工方法，如激光切割、纯水射流切割和磨料水射流切割作了简要论述。     

关于中压电缆网双环接线方式供电能力的分析

结合北京地区现阶段对相关技术的规定,以实际供用电方案为例,对中压电缆网双环接线方式的供电能力进行深入讨论。通过设计环网单元划分,发现某些条件下双环网供电能力可以得到进一步提升。     

Chemical Reaction Engineering and Research and development of gas solid systems

A general procedure is proposed for innovative research and development of gas-solid reactor systems, with a brief explanation of the significance of each step in the procedureBased upon the contacting mode between gas and solid phases, as well as the ways of supplying thermal energy to the reacting regions, various types of gas-solid reactor systems are classified by using tables of so called “matrix” form, for thermal cracking and gasification of heavy oils, gasification of coal, gasification of solid waste, calcination of limestone, clinkering of cement and reduction of iron ore.The importance of fundamental concepts is emphasized for successful research and development by presenting several examples; namely, calcination of limestone, thermal cracking of heavy oils and gasification of solid waste materials.In connection with the direction in which fundamental research should be oriented, four primary ways of thinking are proposed, which can be applied to obtain innovative ideas for further research and development in this field.One example of the author's practical experience was selected to show the role of the fundamental research in the course of large scale development. Finally the author outlines the role of chemical reaction engineering to innovate the novel gas-solid reactor systems which may be inevitable for simultaneous solution of the three big E's; namely, Energy, Environment and Economy.     

Monitoring slope deformation using a 3-D laser image scanning system:a case study

An ILRIS-36D 3-D laser image scanning system was used to monitor the Anjialing strip mine slope on Pingshuo in Shanxi province.The basic working principles,performance indexes,features and data collection and processing methods are illustrated.The point cloud results are analyzed in detail.The rescale range analysis method was used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the slope.The results show that the trend of slope displacement is stable and that the degree of landslide danger is low.This work indicates that 3-D laser image scanning can supply multi-parameter,high precision real time data over long distances.These data can be used to study the distortion of the slope quickly and accurately.     

高校广告学课程教学模式改革探讨

广告行业的繁荣,使得广告业成为当今社会炙手可热的行业之一,各地高校争相开办广告类专业或开设广告学课程.作者分析了目前高校广告学课程教学的现状,指出高校广告学课程教学中存在的不合理因素,并提出了改革建议,旨在适应市场经济发展的需要,创建具有特色的广告学课程教学新模式.     

Investigation of Flow Patterns in Continuous‐flow Stirred Vessels by Laser Doppler Velocimetry

The flow structure of a continuous‐flow reactor stirred by a Rushton turbine was investigated by laser Doppler velocimetry for two different mean residence time‐mixing time ratios. Velocity measurements were obtained for two inlet locations, corresponding to the incoming liquid stream being fed co‐currently or counter‐currently to the flow discharged by the turbine. In all investigated configurations and for all operating conditions, it was found that the flow disruption caused by the incoming liquid stream was observable mainly in the first vessel quarter, which followed the feed‐tube plane. From comparison of the velocities encountered in the various planes in the continuous‐flow reactor to the velocities of the batch reactor, it was also concluded that it may be possible to intensify the usage of the turbine‐stirred vessel by decreasing the characteristic times ratio, without considerable flow by‐pass and/or short‐circuiting problems.     

Effects of laser heat treatment on the fracture morphologies of X80 pipeline steel welded joints by stress corrosion

The surfaces of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were processed with a CO2 laser, and the effects of laser heat treatment （LHT） on H2S stress corrosion in the National Association of Corrosion Engineers （NACE） solution were analyzed by a slow strain rate test. The fracture morphologies and chemical components of corrosive products before and after LHT were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy, respectively, and the mechanism of LHT on stress corrosion cracking was discussed. Results showed that the fracture for welded joints was brittle in its original state, while it was transformed to a ductile fracture after LHT. The tendencies of hydrogen-induced corrosion were reduced, and the stress corrosion sensitivity index decreased from 35.2% to 25.3%, indicating that the stress corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel welded joints has been improved by LHT.     

“双储”模式下的节能控制在小区供水系统中的应用

根据城市居民对供水的可靠性、稳定性、经济节能性的需求,课题组提出了一种基于"双储"模式的供水系统,并按照本市德胜住宅小区的供水要求,设计了一套由储水池、气压罐、变频器、多台水泵机组等主要设备构成的全自动变频恒压供水系统.经过近半年的运行测试,系统有效地解决了传统供水方式中存在的问题,增强了系统的总体性能,有明显的节能效果.     

高职《营销策划》课程情境式教学的应用研究

营销策划情境式教学是对传统营销教学模式的改革和创新,符合技能型人才的培养目标。与传统的营销策划教学模式相比,它更注重学生实际操作能力的培养,强调学生的主体地位,有效地激发了学生学习的主观能动性和兴趣性,是一种培养学生"快乐地学习"的教学理念。     

激光熔覆含SiC金属陶瓷涂层显微组织特征

采用连续ＣＯ２激光器在钢表面进行熔覆含ＳｉＣ金属陶瓷涂层。对不同工艺条件下激光熔属层组织结构、成分与硬度进行了研究，对试验结果和凝固过程进行了传热分析。
