Ultrafine lithium ion conducting La2/3−xLi3xTiO3 (x = 0.11, LLT) powder was synthesized by a simple polymerizable complex method based on the Pechini-type process. The formation mechanism, homogeneity and microstructure of the samples were investigated by thermal analysis (TG/DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD analysis indicated the formation of pure perovskite-type phase. The powder synthesized at a temperature as low as 900 °C in a much shorter time than solid-state reaction method was well crystallized. The lithium ion conductivity of the LLT ceramics sintered at 1200 °C was found to be 9 × 10−4 S/cm at room temperature.  相似文献

A simple solid state technique for electrochemical micromachining of metal substrates using a metal ion conductor (Na-β″-Al2O3) was proposed. The fundamental solid electrochemical cell consists of a (anode) metal substrate (M = Ag, Cu, Zn, and Pb)/pyramidal Na-β″-Al2O3/Ag (cathode) system, where the contact diameter between M/Na-β″-Al2O3 was extremely small, on the order of a few micrometer. Under an applied electric field, the metal substrate was electrochemically oxidized to metal ions (Mn+) at the M/Na-β″-Al2O3 microcontact. These Mn+ ions migrated into the Na-β″-Al2O3. As a result of continuous electrolysis, the metal substrate was locally consumed at the microcontact, and thus solid state electrochemical micromachining was accomplished. As expected, the machining size or depth depended on the electrolysis conditions (current, operating time) and the apex configuration of pyramidal Na-β″-Al2O3. Moreover, the scanning of the Na-β″-Al2O3 pyramid during electrolysis produced a fine patterned metal substrate. In the present paper, solid state electrochemical micromachining was performed for several metal substrates, and its advantages and disadvantages vis-a-vis the conventional electrochemical micromachining method are discussed in detail.  相似文献

A novel radar reflection screen composed of the polarization-dependent mutiband artificial magnetic conductor (PDMAMC) and perfect electric conductor cells is proposed. The PDMAMC is realized by etching a complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) on the patch of a conventional artificial magnetic conductor. Around the two/three operational frequencies of the PDMAMC-elements for different electric field polarizations, the reflection of the PDMAMC and perfect electric conductor have opposite phases, so for any normal incident plane wave the reflections cancel out. The basic principle is discussed and a sample is measured. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective for polarization-dependent mutiband RCS reduction.  相似文献

介绍一种基于六边形人工磁导体结构采用标准CMOS工艺的60 GHz片上天线的设计。标准CMOS工艺以金属硅为衬底,但衬底硅的低电阻率(10Ω·cm)和低的电子迁移率特性对天线辐射有较大影响。AMC结构通过合理的设计具有类似于理想磁壁的同相位反射特性。通过在天线与硅衬底之间周期加载AMC结构,可以有效地提高天线的增益、辐射效率等。重点讨论了采用人工磁导体结构的天线优化设计,并基于三维电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS仿真比较了不同排列的人工磁导体结构对天线性能的影响。  相似文献

电晕放电是高压电力工程及航空航天领域研究的重点及难点问题;为研究尖端导体电晕放电的辐射特点,设计了电晕放电试验模拟系统;利用测试系统及天线在微波暗室内进行了不同测试距离、不同放电电压及不同尖端导体长度条件下的试验;通过对试验数据的分析可知,电晕放电辐射信号呈衰减振荡模式;电晕放电脉冲重复率随着充电电压的增大而增加;天线接收的辐射信号能量与测试距离成反比;随着充电电压的增加,信号辐射功率呈增加趋势;试验研究结果为输变电工程、航空航天装备的电磁环境分析提供参考。  相似文献

An approach is introduced for performing rigorous numerical simulations of electromagnetic wave scattering from randomly rough, perfectly conducting surfaces. It is based on a surface integral technique, and consists of determining the unknown electric surface current densities from which the electromagnetic field everywhere can be determined. The method is used to study the scattering of a p-polarized beam from an anisotropic Gaussian, randomly rough, perfectly conducting surface. It is demonstrated that the surface anisotropy gives rise to interesting and pronounced signatures in the angular intensity distribution of the scattered light. The origins of these features are discussed.  相似文献

Potentiometric cell, Au/LiCoO2 5 m/o Co3O4/Li2.88PO3.73N0.14/Li2CO3/Au, has been fabricated and investigated for monitoring CO2 gas. A LiCoO2–Co3O4 mixture was used as the solid-state reference electrode instead of a reference gas. The idea is to keep the lithium activity constant on the reference side using thermodynamic equilibrium at a given temperature. The thermodynamic stability of the reference electrode was studied from the phase stability diagram of Li–Co–C–O system. The Gibb’s free energy of formation of LiCoO2 was estimated at 500°C from the measured value of the cell emf. The sensors showed good reversibility and fast response toward changing CO2 concentrations from 200 to 3000 ppm. The emf values were found to follow a logarithmic Nernstian behavior in the 400–500°C temperature range. CH4 gas did not show any interference effect. Humidity and CO gas decreased the emf values of the sensor slightly. NO and NO2 gases affect this sensor significantly at low temperatures. However, increased operating temperature seems to reduce the interference.  相似文献
