Hierarchical structuring of materials offers exciting opportunities to construct functional devices that exploit the ordering at different length scales to impart key functional properties. Herein, multiple processes are combined to create complex materials organized at the molecular, nano, and microscales for selective detection of testosterone by label‐free opto‐chemical sensing. Molecular imprinting is used to construct molecular scale analyte‐selective cavities. Microphase separation produces a porous polymer film within which sensitized silver halide nanocolloids are dispersed by a process of infusion and controled precipitation, then converted to periodic layers of silver nanoparticles by holographic patterning followed by chemical development. Testosterone binding is followed via wavelength changes of the holographic reflection peak as a function of testosterone concentration and incubation time. Polymer cross‐linking and film porosity are optimized with respect to the needs of both molecular recognition and hologram quality. The silver halide infusion step does not destroy the molecular selectivity of the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP). Selective, label‐free sensing of testosterone is possible at concentrations down to 1 μm . The approach is generic and should be applicable to many types of molecules and conventional MIP formulations, individually or in multiplexed arrays. 相似文献

Twist-angle two-dimensional systems,such as twisted bilayer graphene,twisted bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides,twisted bilayer phosphorene and their multilayer van der Waals heterostructures,exhibit novel and tunable properties due to the formation of Moirésuperlattice and modulated Moirébands.The review presents a brief venation on the development of"twistronics"and subsequent applications based on band engineering by twisting.Theoretical predictions followed by experimental realization of magic-angle bilayer graphene ignited the flame of investigation on the new freedom degree,twistangle,to adjust(opto)electrical behaviors.Then,the merging of Dirac cones and the presence of flat bands gave rise to enhanced light-matter interaction and gate-dependent electrical phases,respectively,leading to applications in photodetectors and superconductor electronic devices.At the same time,the increasing amount of theoretical simulation on extended twisted 2D materials like TMDs and BPs called for further experimental verification.Finally,recently discovered properties in twisted bilayer h-BN evidenced h-BN could be an ideal candidate for dielectric and ferroelectric devices.Hence,both the predictions and confirmed properties imply twist-angle two-dimensional superlattice is a group of promising candidates for next-generation(opto)electronics. 相似文献

针对球团厂5m2竖炉球团工程的实际情况,选用了美国OPTO22公司SNAP I/O控制系统作为系统的软、硬件平台,在此平台基础上完成了系统控制与人机界面的软件编制开发工作.从控制系统的构成、硬件配置、控制方式、上位机功能以及竖炉工程中关键工序的控制策略和实现方法等方面讨论了基于OPTO22 SNAP I/O的竖炉球团计算机控制系统.现场运行结果表明竖炉球团工艺过程采用OPTO22 SNAP I/O控制系统后,可提高工艺控制的准确性、科学性,提高球团的生产质量. 相似文献

本文在分析知识库系统和光计算特点的基础上,提出了基于计算的知识库系统(KBSBOC)模型及其硬件支持系统,KBSBOC采用二进制矩阵表示知识,并用矩阵计算实现并行推理和学习,这种知识库操作全并行化,适合于光计算,KBSBOC硬件支持系统是光电混合系统,主要由主控机,知识存储体及光并行逻辑运算器构成,性能分析和实验结果表明KBSBOC及其硬件支持系统是有效的,合理的,它使解决迷宫问题的时间复杂性压缩到O(n). 相似文献

对分数相关级次对输出面能量分布的影响进行了理论分析,并通过对Zalevsky等所提出的实时结构的考察,讨论了分数傅里叶变换(fractional Fourier transform,FRT)分立光学元件实现特点,按照分数相关优化原则,提出了一种实用化的光电混合FRT结构,并通过数值方法对此系统特性进行了研究,结果表明:与传统相关比较,FRT提高了相关器的模式识别性能。 相似文献
