Constitutive modelling and numerical simulation of multivariant phase transformation in superelastic shape‐memory alloys

This work concerns the micromechanical constitutive modelling, algorithmic implementation and numerical simulation of polycrystalline superelastic alloys under multiaxial loading. The model is formulated in finite deformations and incorporates the effect of texture. The numerical implementation is based on the constrained minimization of the Helmholtz free energy with dissipation. Simulations are conducted for thin tubes of Nitinol under tension–torsion, as well as for a simplified model of a biomedical stent. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A three‐dimensional model describing stress‐temperature induced solid phase transformations: solution algorithm and boundary value problems

An always increasing knowledge on material properties as well as a progressively more sophisticated production technology make shape memory alloys (SMA) extremely interesting for the industrial world. At the same time, SMA devices are typically characterized by complex multi‐axial stress states as well as non‐homogeneous and non‐isothermal conditions both in space and time. This aspect suggests the finite element method as a useful tool to help and improve application design and realization. With this aim, we focus on a three‐dimensional macroscopic thermo‐mechanical model able to reproduce the most significant SMA features (Int. J. Numer. Methods Eng. 2002; 55 : 1255–1264), proposing a simple modification of such a model. However, the suggested modification allows the development of a time‐discrete solution algorithm, which is more effective and robust than the one previously discussed in the literature. We verify the computational tool ability to simulate realistic mechanical boundary value problems with prescribed temperature dependence, studying three SMA applications: a spring actuator, a self‐expanding stent, a coupling device for vacuum tightness. Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的相选择与组织结构演化

本文研究了具有典型分解特征的Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的形成和晶化过程，探讨了各种相的生成顺序。XRD和DSC测试结果表明强烈的化合物短程序有利于Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的形成。在Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的晶化过程中存在复杂的相选择行为，多种相的竞争形核和有限生长使其具有复杂的结构特点。同时，结果也表明冷速对该体系非晶的形成有很大影响。     

钻井液固相化学清洁剂ZSC-201的合成及性能

介绍了钻井液用固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201的室内合成及性能评价，结果表明，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201具有较强的抑制性，可有效抑制粘土水化分散，保证钻井液清洁，在钻井液体系中与阴、阳离子型钻井液处理剂配伍性好，同时具有较好的抑制增效作用，在有效的加量内对钻井液滤矢量和流变性等影响小，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201已在中原油田近30口井中应用，具有良好的推广应用前景。     

β″－Al_2O_3陶瓷的强化和韧化

研究了稳定ＺｒＯ＿２和部份稳定ＺｒＯ＿２对β″－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３陶瓷的强化和韧化作用，观察了不同种类、不同含量的ＺｒＯ＿２对β″－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３陶瓷的显微结构、力学性能和电导率的影响，探讨了β″－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３的韧化机理。     

Importance of out-of-plane dispersion of the excitation spectrum of superconducting bilayers with Josephson coupling

We study the effect of Josephson coupling between adjacent superconducting layers on the BCS energy spectrum. We find that the interference between the gap functions of two layers can lead to vanishing condensation energy for perpendicular momenta corresponding to the formation of standing waves. We therefore predict a conventional energy spectrum for large interlayer spacings, if the gap of the single layers has no nodes, and in all cases a gapless spectrum for small spacings. Within the experimental error, our numerical results account for the low-temperature dependence of the penetration depth reported in Nd_1.85Ce_0.15CuO₄ and YBa₂Cu₃O_6.9.     

铸铁热分析用试样新型激冷剂的实验研究

从冷却曲线上相变段倾角最小原则出发，研究了新型激冷剂的配比与热分析法检测铸铁成分精度的关系，实验结果表明，能使相变段倾角最小的成分配比，也能提高对铸铁成分的热分析和检测精度。

Wave propagation in two-phase flow of magnetic fluid under a nonuniform magnetic field

The effect of nonuniform magnetic field on the linear and nonlinear wave propagation phenomena in two-phase pipe flow of magnetic fluid is investigated theoretically to realize the effective energy conversion system using boiling two-phase flow of magnetic fluid. Firstly, the governing equations of two-phase flow based on the unsteady thermal nonequilibrium two-fluid model are presented and the linear void wave propagation phenomena in boiling two-phase flow are numerically analyzed by using the finite volume method. Next, the nonlinear pressure wave propagation in gas-liquid two-phase flow is numerically analyzed by using the finite different method. According to these theoretical studies on the wave propagation phenomena in two-phase flow of magnetic fluid, it seems to be a reasonable proposal that the precise control of the wave propagation in two-phase flow is possible by effective use of the magnetic force.     

茂金属催化剂气相法聚乙烯中试研究

我国自行开发的茂金属催化剂在气相法聚乙烯中试装置上进行了运行试验和性能试验。考察了茂金属催化剂ＡＰＥ－１的运行稳定性和适应性以及聚合反应条件与催化剂活性、产品熔融流动性能和产品密度的关联性。经过测定，试验所得产品的相对分子质量分布特性与国外同类产品相近。
