在役加氢反应器试验板脆化和氢损伤的测定与研究

充分利用了带主焊缝的役后试板，在国内首次开展回火脆化、氢介质下断裂韧性与疲劳扩展的研究，结果表明，加氢反应器焊缝有明显的脆化表现。同时，核查了反应器开停车升温速度和降温速度规定，以及确定了裂纹允许尺寸的参考数据，为今后安全运行提供了充分的依据。     

Φ76mm自动轧管机组穿孔机顶杆小车的改进

通过校核Φ７６ｍｍ自动轧管机组穿孔机顶杆小车的轴承寿命，提出了顶杆小车的改进措施，如重新选配合适的轴承型号，修改有关装配尺寸等。改进后，顶杆小车的使用效果良好。     

Influence of two-step process and of different stoichiometric ratios on morphologies generated in castor oil epoxy resins

Phase separation during polymerization was studied in a model system consisting of a diepoxide based on diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA), variable amounts of ethylenediamine (EDA) and the mass of castor oil (CO) necessary to obtain a mass fraction equal to 0-15 in a final system where the stoichiometric ratio of amine to epoxy equivalents, r, was equal to 1. A two-step polymerization process was performed by curing first a system with r = 0-5, during variable times before phase separation, and then carrying the system to r = 1. Thermodynamic analysis of samples with different r values led to a linear relationship between the Flory-Huggins interaction parameter and r. The concentration (P) and average size (D?) of dispersed-phase particles followed opposite trends, i.e. P increased while D? decreased, when either r was increased or the time of curing in the first step of a two-step process was decreased. This was explained by assuming that the competition between nucleation and growth was determined by the viscosity at the cloud point, η_cp. Low values of η_cp favoured growth over nucleation and led to fewer but larger particles.     

挟沙水流中沙粒对底壁湍流猝发的影响

本文在常规的边界层方程中保留了法向压力梯度项和增加了固粒对流体的使用项，结合Ｂａｔｃｈｅｏｌｒ对交界面提供的分析方法和小扰动稳定性理论，由理论分析和计算得到了包括沙粒之类的悬浮体的尺寸，比重，流动Ｒｅ数，两相速度差以及扰动波数与水流底壁湍流猝发角的关系，计算结果与Ｒａｓｈｉｄｉ等的实验结果相符。文中所得结果有助于进一步了解江河底部水流的流动特性以及泥沙的沉积和输运机理。     

造纸机集散控制系统

本文介绍了造纸机集散控制系统．讨论了其硬件的组成和软件结构．研究了ＤＤＳ过程级控制器的功能及对造纸机各分部速度的优化控制．系统投人运行后，取得较好的经济效益．     

Relaxation phenomena caused by equilibration of point defects

Relaxation phenomena due to equilibration of point defects in metals are reviewed. The relaxation effect in specific heat observed in tungsten and platinum confirms that in both cases the nonlinear increase in the high-temperature specific heat has to be attributed to point-defect formation. Relaxation phenomena observed by measurements of electrical resistivity and positron annihilation are also considered. The comparison of the data seems to be favorable for the conclusion that all the phenomena are of one origin.     

Preparation of core–shell type nanoparticles of diblock copolymers of poly(L‐lactide)/poly(ethylene glycol) and their characterization in vitro

Core–shell type nanoparticles of poly(L ‐lactide)/poly(ethylene glycol) (LE) diblock copolymer were prepared by a dialysis technique. Their size was confirmed as 40–70 nm using photon correlation spectroscopy. The ¹H‐NMR analysis confirmed the formation of core–shell type nanoparticles and drug loading. The particle size, drug loading, and drug release rate of the LE nanoparticles were slightly changed by the initial solvents that were used. The drug release behavior of LE core–shell type nanoparticles showed an initial burst during the first 12 h and then a sustained release until 100 h. The degradation behavior of LE block copolymer nanoparticles was divided into three phases: the initial rapid degradation phase, the stationary phase, and the rapid degradation phase until complete degradation. It was suggested that lidocaine release kinetics were predominantly governed by the diffusion mechanism in the initial burst phase and after that by both of the diffusion and degradation mechanisms. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 圆杆弹性和弹—塑性扭转公式的探讨

对圆杆在线弹性阶段，弹－塑性阶段和全塑性阶段的扭转剪应力的计算公式作了分析，并推导了在材料的应力－应变关系（τ－γ关系）不服从虎克定律时，扭转真实剪应力的计算公式。文中对扭转强度计算公式的来源，物理含义及其都作了详细的说明。这对执行和理解国家ＧＢ１０１２８－８８《金属室温扭转试验方法》是有益的，而且对高校中材料力学的教学具有一定的参考价值。     

Prolonged poststrike elevation in tongue-flicking rate with rapid onset in gila monster,Heloderma suspectum: Relation to diet and foraging and implications for evolution of chemosensory searching

Experimental tests showed that poststrike elevation in tongue-flicking rate (PETF) and strike-induced chemosensory searching (SICS) in the gila monster last longer than reported for any other lizard. Based on analysis of numbers of tongue-flicks emitted in 5-min intervals, significant PETF was detected in all intervals up to and including minutes 41–45. Using 10-min intervals, PETF lasted though minutes 46–55. Two of eight individuals continued tongue-flicking throughout the 60 min after biting prey, whereas all individuals ceased tongue-flicking in a control condition after minute 35. The apparent presence of PETF lasting at least an hour in some individuals suggests that there may be important individual differences in duration of PETF. PETF and/or SICS are present in all families of autarchoglossan lizards studied except Cordylidae, the only family lacking linguallly mediated prey chemical discrimination. However, its duration is known to be greater than 2-min only in Helodermatidae and Varanidae, the living representatives of Varanoidea. That prolonged PETF and SICS are typical of snakes provides another character supporting a possible a varanoid ancestry for Serpentes. Analysis of 1-min intervals showed that PETF occurred in the first minute. A review of the literature suggests that a pause in tongue-flicking and delay of searching movements are absent in lizards and the few nonvenomous colubrid snakes tested. The delayed onset of SICS may be a specific adaptation of some viperid snakes to allow potentially dangerous prey to be rendered harmless by venom following voluntary release after envenomation and preceding further physical contact with the prey.
