稀土对渗铝HK40耐热钢氧化性能的影响

采用 OM、SEM、EDX及 XRD等仪器设备 ,研究了经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的 HK40耐热钢在 10 0 0℃、110 0℃、12 0 0℃空气中氧化的行为。发现经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的 HK40耐热钢试样 ,其氧化动力学呈抛物线规律 ,经稀土渗铝处理后的试样 ,其氧化膜的塑性和粘附性得到改善 ,抗氧化性能有所提高     

Synthesis, EPR and Fluorescence Properties of Quaternary Lanthanide Complexes with Chloroacetate and Phenanthroline Ligands

A series of novel quaternary mixed anion complexes of lanthanide containing 1, 10-phenanthroline (phen) and chloroacetate ligands were synthesized from the water/ethanol solution with slightly acidic solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and thermal analysis. The EPR and fluorescence properties also were studied.

Effects of Current-Injection on Superconductivity of YBa2Cu3O7-δ in La0.8Te0.2 MnO3/YBa2Cu3O7-δBilayer

La0.8Te0.2MnO3/YBa2Cu3O7-δ(F/S)bilayers were fabricated by electrophoretic technique. The thickness of La0.8Te0.2MnO3 is ～70 μm, the dimensions of YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductor are 5 mm×10 mm×0.5 mm. The image of cross-sectional profile was measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Standard four-probe method was used for YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconducting resistance measurements. Either 1 mA current is injected from S layer to F layer ( Iinj) or from F layer to S layer (-Iinj),the normal resistance is lower than that without current injection. The critical transition temperature is higher than that without current injection.     

Effect of Lanthanum(Ⅲ) on Cytosolic Free Calcium in Isolated Rabbit Mature Osteoclasts

The effect of lanthanum(Ⅲ) (La3 ) on cytosolic free calcium ([Ca2 ]i) in isolated rabbit mature osteoclasts was studied with the employment of fluo-3/AM as an intracellular calcium-sensitive fluorescent probe by using a confocal laser scanning microscope. La3 does not alter basal [Ca2 ]i levels and cell spread area at the concentration of 1.00×10-8 mol·L-1. However, La3 at higher concentrations ( 1.00×10-5 and 1.00×10-7 mol·L-1) decreases [Ca2 ]i levels and cell spread area, and greater decreases are observed for the higher concentrations of La3 . Since [Ca2 ]i affects cytoskeleton and the adhesion properties of osteoclasts, our results seem to suggest that La3 inhibit bone resorption by decreasing [Ca2 ]i in rabbit mature osteoclasts.     

Synthesis, Characterization and Antitumor Activity of Lanthanum(Ⅲ) Complex with Demethylcantharidate

A novel complex of lanthanum(Ⅲ) with demethylcantharidate group (DCA), Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)], was synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, UV, 1H-NMR spectra and TG-DTA. The results suggest that lanthanum ion is seven-coordinated. Six oxygen atoms are from carboxyl groups and cyclic ethers of two DCA ligand, and on oxygen is from a H2O. The antitumor activities of the complex against HL-60 human leukemia, BGC-823 human gastric carcinoma, Bel-7402 human hepatic carcinoma, Hela human cervical carcinoma were investigated with MTT or SRB assays. Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)] exhibits stronger inhibition against certain kinds of cancer cells than Na2DCA in vitro.     

Upconversion Luminescence of YLiF4 :Er3+ Synthesized by Hydrothermal Method

YLiF4: Er3 was synthesized by hydrothermal method. Concentration of Er3 is changed from 0 to 5 %. The absorption of Er3 in all samples from 200 to 1200 nm was measured at room temperature. The J-O parameters calculated from absorption spectrum areΩ 2 = 1.05 × 10- 20 cm2, Ω4 = 1.25 × 10- 20 cm2 andΩ6 = 1.35 × 10- 20 cm2. Infrared-to-visible upconversion emission of YLiF4: Er3 was observed when excited by 980 nm. The results show that the Er3 content is less than 1.5 %, excite-state absorption is the main mechanism of upconversion emission. When Er3 content is larger than 1.5 %, both of the excite-state absorption and energy transfer lead to the upconversion luminescence. The upconversion intensity was enhanced with the increasing of Er3 concentration. At room temperature, the lifetime of 2H11/2 and 4S3/2is 205μs while that of 4F9/2 is 188μs for sample Er-2. The transition rates and quantum efficiency were also calculated.The quantum efficiencies of 4S3/2 and 4F9/2 are 27.9% and 10.7%, respectively.
