BKX-Ⅰ型并联机床的谐响应分析

应用有限元分析软件(ANSYS),对BKXⅠ型并联机床进行谐响应分析,分别得到了机床各节点沿机床的虚拟轴X、Y和Z向的位移谐响应曲线。在此基础上,还分析了该机床的谐响应规律,并明确了谐响应的特点,为改善此类机床的动态特性提供了一定的参考依据。

承受施工荷载．该项新技术在亚洲最大跨度的柱面网壳结构的施工中得到了成功应用，证明了它的实用性和优越性．     

KINEMATIC VISCOSITY-TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOR OF HEAVY TBP-FRACTIONS (455°C+) OF ARABIAN CRUDE OILS

A generalized kinematic viscosity-temperature correlation for undefined liquid heavy petroleum fractions has been developed to represent the data for a wide range of temperature from 100°C to 200°C. The correlation is based on the experimental kinematic viscosity data of true boiling point fractions of four Arabian crude oils. The characterization property required for estimation is 50% boiling point. The proposed correlation fits the experimental data with an overall absolute error of 6.1%. Experimental measurements of kinematic viscosity of heavy true boiling point fractions of Arabian crude oils were also obtained in order to develop the proposed correlation.     

Real-time accurate hand path tracking and joint trajectory planning for industrial robots (I)

Previously, researchers raised the accuracy for a robot’s hand to track a specified path in Cartesian space mainly through increasing the number of knots on the path and the number of the path’s segments, which results in the heavier online computational burden for the robot controller. Aiming at overcoming this drawback, the authors propose a new kind of real-time accurate hand path tracking and joint trajectory planning method. Through selecting some extra knots on the specified hand path by a certain rule and introducing a sinusoidal function to the joint displacement equation of each segment, this method can greatly raise the path tracking accuracy of robot’s hand and does not change the number of the path’s segments. It also does not increase markedly the computational burden of robot controller. The result of simulation indicates that this method is very effective, and has important value in increasing the application of industrial robots. 塔式烘干中心干燥控制系统采样数据的实时性

传统的干燥控制系统思维方式是把干燥流程看成是一个大的惯性场，以惯性的形态看待与过程相关的数据，对输入参数的过程实时性很少研究，这样的结果就是控制准确性、精确度与实际过程的吻合程度较差。拟从干燥系统输入体系的结构入手，采用时序分析的手法对入粮到干燥的传输时序进行解析，推理出动态实时数据模型。     

A process-control and diagnostic tool based on continuous fuzzy Petri nets

The use of Petri nets and fuzzy logic in intelligent process control has caught the attention of many researchers. In this paper, a Continuous Fuzzy Petri Net (CFPN) tool which integrates the three technologies of fuzzy control, Petri nets and real-time expert systems is presented. The CFPN approach can deal with real-time continuous inferencing, for the purpose of process monitoring and diagnostics, at a high level in the presence of uncertainty. This tool has been implemented in the G2 real-time expert-system environment and is currently being used by ESSO Canada.
