Over the last decade, enhanced suffix arrays (ESA) have replaced suffix trees in many applications. Algorithms based on ESAs require less space, while allowing the same time efficiency as those based on suffix trees. However, this is only true when a suffix structure is used as a static index. Suffix trees can be updated faster than suffix arrays, which is a clear advantage in applications that require dynamic indexing. We show that for some dynamic applications a suffix array and the derived LCP-interval tree can be used in such a way that the actual index updates are not necessary. We demonstrate this in the case of grammar text compression with longest first substitution and provide the source code. The proposed algorithm has O(N2) worst case time complexity but runs in O(N) time in practice. 相似文献

对微震监测中拾震器阵列进行科学有效的布置是保证微震定位系统能有效运行的一个关键条件,设计了4种拾震器阵列布设方案,使煤矿中微震定位监测系统运行得更加科学有效.首先建立复杂地质模型,利用微变网格射线追踪正演模拟出微震源起震到拾震器阵列接收信号的过程,然后在施加随机扰动的情况下,利用粒子群-神经网络算法(PSO-BP)反演推算出震源位置,最后通过震源位置的误差来分析各个布阵方案的特点,同时分析了阵列中拾震器数量的合理值.研究结果表明,在微震监测系统中拾震器利用率最高的情况下,可以给出准确、合理、有效的拾震器布阵方案. 相似文献

研制了一种基于空心微针阵列并可微痛刺入皮下实时连续监测人体血糖浓度的葡萄糖传感器.微针阵列由等间距的三根微针组成,分别作为工作电极、辅助电极和参比电极,其中工作电极与辅助电极采用表面溅射了Ti/Pt的空心不锈钢微针来制作,采用戊二醛-牛血清白蛋白交联法将葡萄糖氧化酶固定并仅置于作为工作电极的针尖通孔处;参比电极采用Ag/AgCl实心微针制作.测试结果表明:葡萄糖浓度在0~21 mmol·L-1范围内传感器输出电流为线性,灵敏度为0.575 μA/(mmol·L-1),响应时间为16s,且具有很好的抗干扰性. 相似文献

目的 针对现有字符反走样算法中灰度分配不准确导致的字符抖动、实时性较差等问题,提出一种高效的反走样算法.方法 首先,算法基于面积采样原理,根据周围邻域的像素点来分配灰度,使像素点的坐标定位更加准确,从而解决了字符动态显示时抖动的问题;其次,通过反向坐标变换消除了字符旋转后出现的空洞现象;最后,算法充分利用了FPGA的并行计算能力,在时间和空间上都做到了优化.结果 实验结果表明,本文算法很好地解决了字符抖动问题,并且新算法的仿真速度约为传统算法的6倍以上,比五株排列算法提高了30%.结论 相比其他算法,新算法的优势体现在两个方面,一是字符的灰度过渡平滑,反走样效果更好;二是速度快,实时性高,新算法适用于工程中各种场合下点阵字符的显示,尤其是实时性要求高的环境. 相似文献

A microstrip‐fed conventional annular ring slot (ARS) antenna with linear polarization (LP) is initially studied. To generate two orthogonal degenerate modes for circular polarization (CP) radiations, two identical meandering perturbation slots (MPS) are symmetrically loaded into the ARS. By further incorporating a PIN diode switch across each MPS, the proposed antenna can switch between left‐hand CP (LHCP), right‐hand CP (RHCP), and LP. All three polarizations have shown good impedance bandwidth and broad CP bandwidth that can satisfy the wireless local area network (WLAN) 2.4‐GHz operating band (2400–2480 MHz). The evolutionary design can produce fast and efficient implementations of digital circuits. It is shown in this paper how evolved circuits, optimized for the latency and area, can increase the throughput of a manually designed classifier of application protocols. The classifier is intended for high speed networks operating at 100 Gbps. Because a very low latency is the main design constraint, the classifier is constructed as a combinational circuit in a field programmable gate array (FPGA). The classification is performed using the first packet carrying the application payload. The improvements in latency (and area) obtained by Cartesian genetic programming are validated using a professional FPGA design tool. The quality of classification is evaluated by means of real network data. All results are compared with commonly used classifiers based on regular expressions describing application protocols. 相似文献

基于人机交互的实际应用场景,提出了一种交互目标声源三维定位与语音增强算法。该算法首先在广义相关法的基础上提出一种声达时延差的估计方法,通过由6个麦克风构成的平行均匀线阵接收模型,实现对目标声源的三维定位;然后在交互目标声源定位的基础上,通过调整时延波束叠加的权值,实现对目标语音的增强。仿真实验结果表明,文中提出的算法能够准确定位目标声源并对目标语音进行有效增强。在信噪比大于1.5 dB 的环境中,该算法可使目标声源达到98%以上定位精度,5 dB 以上信噪比改善,同时算法运算量小且易于硬件实现。 相似文献

Design of a printed log‐periodic dipole array antenna with high gain for millimeter‐wave applications 下载免费PDF全文
In this article, a V‐band printed log‐periodic dipole array (PLPDA) antenna with high gain is proposed. The antenna prototype is designed, simulated, fabricated, and tested. Simulation results show that this antenna can operate from 42 to 82 GHz with a fractional impedance bandwidth of 64.5% covering the whole V‐band (50–75 GHz). The antenna has a measured impedance matching bandwidth that starts from 42 to beyond 65 GHz with good agreement between the experimental and simulated results. At 50 and 65 GHz, the antenna has a measured gain of 10.45 and 10.28 dBi, respectively, with a gain variation of 2.6 dBi across the measured frequency range. The antenna prototype exhibits also stable radiation patterns over the operating band. It achieves side‐lobe suppression better than 17.26 dB in the H‐plane and better than 8.95 dB in the E‐plane, respectively. In addition, the cross‐polarization component is 18.5 dB lower than the copolarization with front‐to‐back ratio lower than 24.1 dB in both E‐ and H‐planes across the desired frequency range. Based on a comparison of performance among the reported work in the literature, we can say that the proposed PLPDA antenna is a proper candidate to be used in many applications at V‐band frequency. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
