Interstate forensic psychology consultations: A call for reform and proposal of a model rule.

Forensic psychology has made important gains in professional recognition and stature in the courts, resulting in increasing demands for mobility of expertise. Current regulations regarding the interjurisdictional temporary forensic practice of psychology, however, are characterized by variability of regulations, ambiguity and inaccessibility, and continuing total barriers. A uniform, well-reasoned policy is needed. A conceptual basis for such a policy is provided by a discussion of licensing rationales and the application of these to forensic practice. Uniformity, public and professional protection, and practicability are identified as fundamental regulatory criteria. A Model Rule Regarding the Temporary Forensic Practice of Psychology is proposed for adoption by state licensing boards on a nationwide basis. Psychological separation, attachment security, vocational self-concept crystallization, and career indecision: A structural equation analysis.

Structural equation modeling was used to test theoretically based models in which psychological separation and attachment security variables were related to career indecision and those relations were mediated through vocational self-concept crystallization. In contrast to previous studies, which have found either weak or no support for a relation between separation or attachment security variables and career indecision, results based on a sample of 350 college students indicated that some components of separation and attachment security did relate to career indecision in a theoretically supportable direction. Results also revealed that regardless of whether global or component career indecision measures were used, separation and attachment security effects on indecision were at least partially mediated through vocational self-concept crystallization. The strongest mediated relations were observed for the effects of attachment anxiety and maternal separation. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

室温离子注氢CeO2的微结构及价态研究

利用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)及电子能量损失谱(EELS)对室温下注入氢离子的CeO2烧结体的显微组织结构和价态进行了原位观察和分析。结果表明：室温注氢，虽可以使严重损伤区内氧的状态发生明显改变，却不能引起CeO2的相转变及Ce的价态改变；这一结果可能与氢离子因尺寸太小不能占据CeO2的正常格点位置从而无法有效形成氧空位以及室温下CeO2中Ce和O的扩散比较困难等因素有关。     

基于ASK无线数传模块的新型安防系统

将无线数传模块和具有低噪声的策控制电路集成设计为一体，构成检测信号和开关量控制信号无线传输的功能模块，并将该模块嵌入到探头和控制器内部，建立无线通讯子网，应用于智能能楼宇安防系统。很好的解决了无线信息冲突问题。经过试运行，系统工作稳定，无线探头报警可靠性达到了使用需求。     

A generalization of Vidyasagar's theorem on stabilizability using state detection

In this paper we generalize the Vidyasagar's well known theorem on the local stabilizability problem of nonlinear systems using state detection [11]. Our purpose is to prove that if a system is weakly detectable and stabilizable by means of a continuous state feedback u = γ(x), for which no differentiability assumption is imposed, then the system is also stabilized by the law u = γ(z), where z is the output of a weak detector for the state x. The result above is applicable to several cases not covered by other works.

利用开放的ladder型无反转激光系统的密度矩阵运动方程组的定态解和激光场运动方程分析了系统的稳定性。结果表明：如果增益大于激光腔损耗，则零解是不稳定的；如果增益小于激光腔损耗，则零解是稳定的；如果增益大于激光腔损耗，则非零解是稳定的。     

Evaluation of Handheld Radionuclide Identifiers

Characterization of commercially available instruments for measurement and identification of unknown radionuclides was carried out in support of the development and testing of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard, N42.34, “Performance Criteria for Hand-held Instruments for the Detection and Identification of Radionuclides.” Measurements were based on the performance of the devices, i.e., the capability of the detectors to ensure a correct radionuclide identification in a given time interval for various radioactive sources.
