辽河油田原油外销储存能力及其对市场适应性分析

企业经营以营利为目的，实现企业经营利润最大化是企业管理人员的责任。本文从我国原油生产、销售实际情况出发，以辽河油田为分析对象，结合国际、国内市场原油销售价格变动情况，分析了石油生产企业利用现有原油库存设备增加油田经济效益的可行方法。     

The over-claiming technique: Measuring self-enhancement independent of ability.

Over-claiming is a concrete operalization of self-enhancement based on respondents' ratings of their knowledge of various persons, events, products, and so on. Because 20% of the items are nonexistent, responses can be analyzed with signal detection formulas to index both response bias (over-claiming) and accuracy (knowledge). Study 1 demonstrated convergence of over-claiming with alternative measures of self-enhancement but independence from cognitive ability. In Studies 2-3, the validity of the over-claiming index held even when respondents were (a) warned about the foils or (b) asked to fake good. Study 3 also showed the utility of the over-claiming index for diagnosing faking. In Study 4, the over-claiming technique was applied to the debate over the adaptive value of positive illusions. 首先讨论了锚杆支护的作用,以某隧道施工支护为例,阐述了锚杆组合拱及锚杆悬吊的作用机理及其运用,并对锚杆进行了抗拔力检测,指出最大限度地利用和发挥围岩的自承能力是隧道衬砌支护结构应遵守的基本原则。

Relationships among aspects of student alienation and self concept.

This study investigated the relationships among previous experiences of student alienation and the various aspects of self concept. A total of 351 undergraduate students were administered the Student Alienation and Trauma Survey-Revised (SATS-R) and the Tennessee Self Concept Scale: Second Edition (TSCS:2). Students were asked to report on their worst experience in school, symptoms they had following this worst experience, and overall feelings about themselves. Results indicated a moderate negative correlation between self concept and student alienation. A stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that among the subtests of the SATS-R, Hopelessness, and General Maladjustment scores best predicted poor student self concept. Peacocks, Picasso, and parental investment: The effects of romantic motives on creativity.

Four experiments explored the effects of mating motivation on creativity. Even without other incentives to be creative, romantic motives enhanced creativity on subjective and objective measures. For men, any cue designed to activate a short-term or a long-term mating goal increased creative displays; however, women displayed more creativity only when primed to attract a high-quality long-term mate. These creative boosts were unrelated to increased effort on creative tasks or to changes in mood or arousal. Furthermore, results were unaffected by the application of monetary incentives for creativity. These findings align with the view that creative displays in both sexes may be linked to sexual selection, qualified by unique exigencies of human parental investment. On the road to psychotherapy integration: A student's journey.

This article presents the integrative journey of a doctoral student across two continents. The development and aspirations of a student integrationist from the "get go" are outlined, and some thoughts on the future of the integration movement are offered. The role of self-direction, integrative role models, flexible training environments, and the support of the integrative community in one's integrative development are highlighted. A Low Power SRAM/SOI Memory Cell Design

提出一种改进4管自体偏压结构SRAM/SOI单元. 基于TSUPREM4和MEDICI软件的模拟和结构性能的分析，设计单元结构并选取结构参数. 该结构采用nMOS栅下的含p+埋沟的衬底体电阻代替传统6管CMOS SRAM单元中的pMOS元件，具有面积小、工艺简单的优点. 该结构可以在0.5V的电源电压下正常工作，与6管单元相比，该单元瞬态响应正常，功耗只有6管单元的1/10，满足低压低功耗的要求.     

Correction to Stephan and Rosenfield.

Reports an error in the original article by Walter G. Stephan and David Rosenfield (Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 1978[Aug], Vol 36[8], pp. 795-804). Two corrections are needed to correlations in Table 2 on page 800. (The following abstract of this article originally appeared in record 1980-02037-001.) Examined the determinants of changes in the racial attitudes of 65 White elementary school children during school desegregation. A multiple regression analysis showed that increases in children's self-esteem, increases in children's interethnic contact, low parental authoritarianism, and nonpunitive parental child-rearing practices were all significantly related to positive changes in racial attitudes. In addition, data are presented that indicate that parental opposition to integration is an indirect determinant of change in children's racial attitudes because of its impact on children's interethnic contact.
