本文着重分析了社交网站常见的法律问题,并通过比较研究各国的做法,试图总结出我国加强社交网站管理的监管措施。     

电信网络运维阶段风险评估方法研究

安全风险评估是电信网运维阶段安全防护的重要内容,为了深入了解全网的安全状态、控制运行过程中的安全风险,需要建立一套有效的风险评估方法。本文对电信网运维阶段风险评估方法进行研究,提出了一套量化的风险计算方法。该方法不仅可以定量分析网络存在的内在脆弱性和面临的外部威胁,而且可对风险高低情况进行梳理,找出网络运行中的薄弱点,提出安全需求,从而为实施合适的安全防范措施、制定有效的风险控制策略提供理论基础。     

A note on the differential regulator equation for non-minimum phase linear systems with time-varying exosystems

Some control problems in practice are often formulated as a linear output regulation problem with time-varying exosystems. Although this problem has been studied recently, an explicit and constructive solution has been given only for minimum phase systems. This paper presents a solution for non-minimum phase systems whose zero dynamics is hyperbolic (or has an exponentially dichotomic split in the case of time-varying zero dynamics). The idea is inspired by the non-causal stable inversion.     

On the design of multi‐rate tracking controllers: Application to rotorcraft guidance and control

This paper presents a new methodology for the design and implementation of gain‐scheduled controllers for multi‐rate systems. The proposed methodology provides a natural way to address the integrated guidance and control problem for autonomous vehicles when the outputs are sampled at different instants of time. A controller structure is first proposed for the regulation of non‐square multi‐rate systems with more measured outputs than inputs. Based on this structure, an implementation for a gain‐scheduled controller is obtained that satisfies an important property known as the linearization property. The implementation resembles the velocity implementation for single‐rate systems. The method is then applied to the problem of steering an autonomous rotorcraft along a predefined trajectory defined in terms of space and time coordinates. By considering a convenient error vector to describe the vehicle's dynamics, the trajectory tracking problem is reduced to that of regulating the error variables to zero. Because of the periodic multi‐rate nature of the onboard sensor suite, the controller synthesis is dealt with under the scope of linear periodic systems theory. Simulation results obtained with a full non‐linear rotorcraft dynamic model are presented and discussed. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于FPGA的四相步进电动机控制器的设计

介绍了一种基于FPGA的四相步进电动机控制器的设计方案,给出了其控制原理、相关模块的设计及应用实例。该控制器采用全数字化控制,使用Verilog HDL语言编程,能够实现四相步进电动机的复位、脱机、转速和正反转控制。仿真及应用结果表明,该控制器控制灵活、调速范围大、精度高、运行稳定可靠。     

Group awareness tools: It’s what you do with it that matters

This study examined the effect of using a group awareness tool on online collaboration. Furthermore, we examined whether the effect of using a group awareness tool on online collaboration is mediated by group awareness (i.e., students’ awareness of their group members’ levels of participation). To answer these questions, we determined how often and how long 107 secondary education students used the Participation-tool (PT), a group awareness tool designed to visualize group members’ relative contribution to the online collaborative process. Our analyses show that duration of PT use (how long students displayed the tool on their screens) significantly predicted group members’ participation in the online dialogue, their participation when writing collaborative texts, equality of participation within the group, and coordination and regulation of activities in the relational space (i.e., discussing the collaboration process with group members). No effect of using the PT on group performance was found. Mediation analyses showed that the effect of using the PT is only partially mediated by group awareness: an indirect effect of using the PT, via enhanced awareness of participation, on student participation during chat discussions and the collaborative writing process was found.     

基于JavaEE的电信CRM数据持久层的实现

结合中国电信行业信息化建设的实际需求,引入JavaEE架构体系,提出一种在JavaEE平台上开发大型电信客户关系管理数据持久层的方法。通过门面模式、VO模式和DAO模式在SpringJDBC架构中的应用,实现持久层之间的松散耦合,使整个系统具备良好的稳定性、可伸缩性和可扩展性。     

基于STM32的居民社区门窗禁控制系统

针对居民社区公共门窗管理不及时,耗费大量人力资源,且效率较低等问题,设计了一款基于STM32单片机的居民社区门窗禁控制系统.在传统的门禁控制系统的基础上,系统利用Zigbee无线传感网技术,实现门窗禁控制器之间的无线通讯.管理用户可以通过以太网远程控制系统,系统也可以根据传感器监测到的环境数据实现自动调节.同时,尝试采用一种基于频率捷变的分布式自适应干扰技术,解决系统在居民居住环境中遇到的Wifi网络信号干扰问题.最后,通过测试表明,该系统运行稳定,具有广泛的应用前景.     

The EU data protection reform and the challenges of big data: remaining uncertainties and ways forward

As the first broad reform of the EU data protection legislation is being achieved, and notwithstanding EU institutions’ confident discourse, scepticism remains about the reform’s ability to safeguard the fundamental right to data protection in the face of evolving data processing techniques underlying so-called big data. Yet, one might wonder whether the cause for this difficulty should be ascribed mainly to technological progresses that the law finds it hard to deal with or rather to the policy choices embedded in the legal reform itself. Indeed, a new data protection enforcement model is being adopted, which relies heavily on risk assessment and management by the data controllers themselves. Likewise, data protection authorities see their supervisory role significantly weakened. These developments and the underlying rationality are discussed. Given the limitations of the risk-based approach as currently devised, we suggest that it be reappraised in consideration of risk regulatory experiences in other domains.
