The 2004 Gold Medal Award for Life Achievement in the Application of Psychology was awarded to Edwin A. Fleishman, for his significant contributions to the science and applications of psychology, which he has sustained over his remarkable career. He is cited for his research, which has had a profound influence on our understanding of human capabilities, their measurement, their development, and their application in the world of work. Through his many influential leadership roles, as president of the International Association of Applied Psychology and three divisions of the American Psychological Association, and as editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology, he has helped shape our profession. 湿法生产线的技术更新改造有异地新建新型干法生产线和原地改成湿磨干法生产线二种。浙江虎山集团(?)3.0 m×88.68 m湿法线的改造,经方案比较和生产原料的状况,采用了湿磨干烧方案。其中,料浆脱水采用了真空吸滤法,浇成系统采用了南京院专有技术。改造投产后,获得了优质、高产、低耗和安全生产的技改效果。     

An Area Optimization Method for Digital Filter Design

In this paper, we propose an efficient design method for area optimization in a digital filter. The conventional methods to reduce the number of adders in a filter have the problem of a long critical path delay caused by the deep logic depth of the filter due to adder sharing. Furthermore, there is such a disadvantage that they use the transposed direct form (TDF) filter which needs more registers than those of the direct form (DF) filter. In this paper, we present a hybrid structure of a TDF and DF based on the flattened coefficients method so that it can reduce the number of flip‐flops and full‐adders without additional critical path delay. We also propose a resource sharing method and sharing‐pattern searching algorithm to reduce the number of adders without deepening the logic depth. Simulation results show that the proposed structure can save the number of adders and registers by 22 and 26%, respectively, compared to the best one used in the past.     

Effect of organic dopants on electrodeposition and characteristics of polyaniline under the varying influence of H2SO4 and HClO4 electrolyte media

Electrodeposition of conducting polyaniline (Pani) was made under potentiostatic condition at pH 1.0 in different electrolyte media (H₂SO₄ and HClO₄) in the absence and presence of two organic dopants, disodium salts of naphthalene-1,5-disulphonic acid (NSA) and of catechol-3,5-disulphonic acid (CSA). The rate and yield of Pani deposition were dependent on the acid medium and the dopant employed. NSA in H₂SO₄ caused an increase in rate and yield but CSA decrease when compared to the rate and yield of H₂SO₄ alone. In HClO₄ medium, both the dopants showed a decrease. With regard to DC electrical conductivity, both the dopants exhibited an enhancement in H₂SO₄ medium but NSA a decline in HClO₄. Characterisation of the electrosynthesised polymer samples by various instrumental techniques (cyclic voltammetric: CV, FTIR, UV-Visible: UV-Vis, EPR, XRD, TGA and DTG methods) revealed that between the two acid media, H₂SO₄ was the better one. Further, it enlightened the role of two organic dopants in relation to the acid media. The advantageous role of NSA in H₂SO₄ had origin on its molecular characteristics such as non-polarity, larger π-electron cloud etc., while CSA could not perform such a role because of its easily oxidisable hydroxyl groups. In HClO₄, however, both the dopants could play only an unfavourable role owing to its greater polarity and oxidizing power than H₂SO₄.     

疲劳/蠕变复合作用下聚苯乙烯的交互损伤研究

探讨了在疲劳／蠕变复合作用下聚苯乙烯的损伤交互作用，结果表明，在疲劳／蠕变复合作用下聚苯乙烯存在疲劳和蠕变的交互损伤，其断裂寿命比纯疲劳或纯蠕变的断裂寿命低；断裂机制是疲劳循环载荷松动和活化了分子链或链段，从而促进蠕变运动和断裂，并且，疲劳／蠕变的交互损伤程度与温度密切相关。     

山西引黄工程南干线7# 隧洞衬砌外水压力研究

本文采用综合修正系数取代规范建议的单一折减系数,用渗流场分析方法确定作用在引黄入晋南干线7#隧洞衬砌上的外水压力。由己知钻孔水位及泉水位反演出各地层的渗透张量及地表入渗强度求得初始渗流场。衬砌外水压力分析中考虑了衬砌混凝土的渗透性以及排水、灌浆等工程措施的影响。根据分析结果,提出了系统排水孔布置的建议,得出了在相应的排水减压措施下衬砌厚度由原设计35cm减至25cm,这一建议已被采用,取得了巨大经济效益。     

COPART:一种面向约束条件的自适应软硬件划分算法

本文介绍一种将自适应算法、遗传算法和列表调度算法结合起来应用于软硬件划分问题的算法COPARTART，并提出了一种基于约束条件的开销系数自适应调整方法，该方法所获得的划分结果能够良好体现设计目标。     

聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的成膜和性能

通过XPS和接触角测试研究了聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液在不同基材上的成膜情况，并对共聚胶膜的耐水性和附着力进行了考察．由于该共聚乳液同时存在着亲水组分和疏水组分，所以它在不同的基材上成膜可导致其膜表面的组成成分不同，因而导致其耐水性和附着力也随基材而异。结果表明，亲水性的聚氨酯组分均富集于胶膜内部，但胶膜底层聚氨酯组分的含量却随基材的不同而不同。在憎水且表面张力较高的基材上，共聚胶膜的耐水性良好；共聚胶膜的附着力在表面张力较高的基材上也良好。     

双自由度后坐保险机构的计算机动态仿真

在Workin Model 3D软件上对引信的双自由度后坐保险机构进行了有关计算机仿真计算，并结合具体实例进行了优化设计。     

闽西南地区推覆构造特征

闽西南地区推覆(滑脱)构造广泛发育,可划分为5种类型:发育于上古生界—中生界下三叠统溪口组中的拆离(滑脱)构造;形成于印支期的拆离(滑脱)构造,后受燕山早期及后期的褶皱作用形成褶皱拆离构造;印支期及燕山早期的中深层次逆冲推覆构造;燕山早期和晚期的浅层次逆冲推覆构造;分布于燕山早期浅层次逆冲推覆构造原地岩系之中的浅层次褶皱逆冲推覆构造,其中燕山早期中深层次逆冲推覆构造规模最大。
