Si_（1－x）Ge_x／Si定向耦合器的研制

在运用ＳｉＧｅ脊形波导单模条件和有效折射率法分析ＳｉＧｅ／Ｓｉ定向耦合器结构参数的基础上，采用分子束外延和各向异性腐蚀技术制备出Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ（ｘ＝０．０５）单模定向耦合器．在波长为１．３μｍ时，平均串音小于－１８．１ｄＢ，输出功率耦合效率达到９８．１％     

阵列天线在OFDM系统下行链路中的应用

正交频分多址(OFDM:orthogonal frequency division multiplexing)技术由于其在多径环境下克服码间干扰的固有特点,在移动通信中已得到广泛地应用。利用阵列天线上行链路信号到达角估计实时信息,计算OFDM系统下行链路阵列天线权重,将阵列天线应用于下行链路中,最后给出系统误码率性能的计算机仿真结果。     

非理想截面脊形介质光波导导波模式的研究

提出了一种求解任意截面形状脊形光波导的方法，先利用有效折射率的概念解出某种截面形状脊形光波导的等效折射率，再利用转移矩阵的理论求解出波导的模式色散方程。     

Sensitivity analysis of the scattering parameters of microwave filters using the adjoint network method

A novel approach is presented to calculate the sensitivities of the scattering parameters of microwave filters obtained with the full‐wave mode‐matching (MM) technique. Using only the MM simulation of the original network, the sensitivities of the scattering parameters with respect to all designable parameters are obtained. The adjoint network method (ANM) is applied to the generalized scattering matrices of the different filter components. This guarantees good accuracy of the calculated sensitivities. The implementation details are discussed for N‐resonator ridge waveguide filters. Excellent agreement is obtained between the sensitivities calculated using ANM and those obtained using the expensive central differences. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Compact Dipole Antenna for Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting Service

A compact dipole antenna for the terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (TDMB) application is presented. The length of the antenna is about 0.06λ at the TDMB resonance frequency of 190 MHz. Miniaturization of the antenna is achieved by using meander structures and lumped elements. The proposed antenna has two resonance frequencies and covers the TDMB band from 174 MHz to 216 MHz in Korea. The antenna has good impedance bandwidth and radiation characteristics for the TDMB. The experimental results of the designed dipole antenna are presented and analyzed.     

A Low-Complexity Multiuser Detector for Asynchronous CDMA QPSK Adaptive Antenna Array Systems

This paper proposes a low complexity joint space-time multiuser detection algorithm for asynchronous DS/CDMA antenna array systems. The proposed multiuser detector is composed of an adaptive antenna array, used as a linear beamformer, and a sliding window decorrelator. A QPSK modulation scheme is used in order to increase bandwidth efficiency. Numerical results are given in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) under the assumption of a frequency-selective Rayleigh slow fading channel. In particular, the proposed receiver is shown to be near-far resistant, even in worst fading cases, and to exploit completely array introduction while maintaining acceptable computational complexity. The proposed architecture avoids linear filter realization of the decorrelator, which is impractical in the case of a large number of users, and operates with relatively short data frames instead of the complete information sequence. Finally, this receiver is very flexible to changes in timing configuration.     

金属包覆平板波导模式特性的有限元法分析

采用有限元法（FEM）分析了具有复数折射率的金属包覆介质波导的模折射率与模场分布情况。计算了具有损耗层的6层介质平板波导模折射率，并与解析解比较，二者有较好的一致性；分析了金属包覆3层平板波导中TM模折射率与波导芯厚度的变化关系，计算了金属包覆5层平板波导中TM模折秧经与金属层厚度的变化关系，并结合对模场分布的分析对模式进行了定性判断，给出了其模式演变过程。     

固定频率波束可调的多端口微带漏波天线

提出了一种崭新结构的多端口馈电微带漏波天线 ,实现了频率固定下的电控天线主波束逐级可调。在工作频率固定的情况下 ,通过控制双端口馈电微带天线上的中部馈电端口位置 ,使微带漏波天线主波束方向发生偏移。仿真结果表明 ,当工作频率固定为 7GHz的情况下 ,在H平面上 ,主波束扫描范围可以达到约 48°～ 88°。     

ZnSe棱镜折叠波导CO_2激光器的研究

研制了使用ZnSe棱镜折叠的波导CO_2激光器,提出一种CO_2激光—He-Ne激光调整光路的方法,并获得了该种折叠激光器的振荡。进一步的改进可以提高其输出功率而得到实用性的器件。     

高层天台移动通信天线电磁辐射影响水平探讨

移动通信基站在高层建筑天台架设的定向天线，对周围环境的电磁辐射影响水平的监测进行分析，探讨高层建筑天台电磁辐射环境的污染防治对策。
