A kind of novel experiment was disclosed as it possessed two bands of fluorescence emission at 1.4 and 1.6 μm, which were per-fectly complimentary to the current C band of optic communication. The fluorescence was based on energy transfer and up-conversion proc-esses between Tm3+ and Yb3+ under direct pumping of 975 nm LD. The spectra and lifetimes of Tm3+ fluorescence in the tellurite glass were described. The corresponding fluorescence characteristics and energy migration process were analyzed by the method of lifetime and inten-sity comparison. The mechanism of the up-conversion based IR fluorescence was presented upon analyzing the multi-photon pumping proc-ess. The potential advantages of Tm3+/Yb3+ co-doped tellurite glass as amplifier material were concluded.  相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis of various molar concentrations of manganese (Mn)-doped Ultra-High Surface area Activated Carbon (USAC) additives and their efficient use as cathode materials for supercapacitors. We synthesized the nanoparticles via a novel and facile dip-coating process and characterized them in detail by various analytical techniques. The SEM, EDAX, and XPS results showed that the Mn ions were successfully substituted on the USAC additives’ layered structure without any structural changes. The long cyclic stability of the as-prepared Mn-doped USAC additives was tested as a cathode material for supercapacitors at different current densities. The detailed experimental results showed that the Mn dopant content crucially determines the electrochemical performances of the USAC additives. Electrochemical measurements showed that the MnCEP-S600HTT with 0.10 mol% molar concentration of Mn dopant gives the best cycling performances. It delivers a discharge capacity of 262.9 mAh g?1 after 100 cycles. Further increasing the current density to 1000 mA g?1 allowed it to still maintain 253.6 mAh g?1 after 200 cycles. We confirmed that the structure of Mn-doped USAC additives is an important pole to improve the structural stability and electrochemical properties.  相似文献

研究以Fe3+改性TiO2光催化剂对有机物的处理效果,确定了它对甲醛溶液的光催化降解工艺条件。结果表明:所制备的Fe3+改性TiO2为锐钛矿型TiO2(A-TiO2)。可见光照射下,用自制的Fe3+改性的锐钛矿型TiO2降解甲醛溶液的优化条件是:20 mg.L-1的甲醛溶液中加入0.1647 g掺2%Fe3+(摩尔比)A-TiO2粉末,溶液pH=6,室温下恒温反应4 h,降解率达到70.90%。同样条件下,分别以Fe3+掺杂量为0,5%和8%的自制的A-TiO2为催化剂,甲醛的降解率分别为16.41%,32.09%和26.12%。  相似文献

研究了冷拉拔过程对Mo—La2O3材料室温力学性能的影响及其机制。结果表明:适当的冷拉拔工艺可提高钼的室温强度;拉拔速度采用180m/win生产的稀土钼丝抗拉强度、抗弯折次数等指标均优于其它工艺速度的产品。微米级La2O3粒子均匀弥散在钼晶粒内部,通过钉扎位错,阻滞滑移系运动的作用,起到弥散强化效果。  相似文献

YLiF4 (YLF) single crystals undoped and Yb3+-doped with different concentrations were grown by the Czochralski technique under CF4 atmosphere. Detailed analysis of Yb3+-doped YLF spectroscopy were made to contribute to the determination of energy levels in this host. We are dealing with temperature and concentration dependences of both π and σ polarizations of the infrared (IR) absorption and emission spectra. Raman spectra were also used to give an attempt of interpretation of electronic and vibronic levels. The radiative energy transfer (self-trapping) and strong phonon–electron coupling make the assignment of Yb3+ energy levels difficult. Evaluation of the laser potentiality of this fluoride host is also presented.  相似文献

采用非水性溶胶-凝胶法制备了Y^3+共掺杂的掺Er^3+:Al2O3粉末,Er^3+浓度为0.1和1.0mol%,Er^3+和Y^3+浓度比为1:0-10.X射线衍射和光致发光(PL)光谱结果表明:900℃烧结的掺0.1和1.0mol%Er^3+:Al2O3粉末为具有非晶化特征的γ和θ混合相结构,非晶化趋势随Y^3+共掺杂浓度增大而增加.掺0.1mol%Er^3+:Al2O3粉末,PL光谱强度和半高宽随掺Y^3+浓度增大无明显变化.掺1.0mol%Er^3+:Al2O3粉末,PL光谱强度和半高宽随掺Y^3+浓度增大而增加,10mol%Y^3+共掺杂粉末的发光强度提高50倍,约为掺0.1m01%Er^3+:Al2O3粉末的10倍,半高宽从77nm增至92nm.Y^3+共掺杂对较高浓度掺Er^3+:Al2O3粉末PL性能的增强作用归因于Y^3+对Er^3+在基体中的分散和配位结构多样性的提高.  相似文献

采用常规的Sol-gel工艺合成了In^3 掺杂的多孔SiO2干凝胶,In^3 离子作为间隙离子存在于SiO2网络中,展示了一种新颖的发光现象,改变了多孔SiO2干凝胶的发射光谱。这种掺杂的多孔SiO2干凝胶的激发和发射光谱均由2个带组成,短波长的发光峰在440nm(λex=380nm),其相对荧光强度约是未掺杂的多孔SiO2干凝胶的4倍;长波长的发光峰(In^3 离子在多孔SiO2干凝胶的特征发射)在600nm(λex=476nm),其相对荧光强度约是In^3 掺杂ZnS纳米晶的10倍。由此可以看出:掺杂的多孔SiO2干凝胶是一种高效的发光材料。  相似文献

制备了不同含水量的掺铒磷酸盐玻璃,研究了各种工艺参数对反应气氛法除水效果的影响。结果表明由鼓泡气体带入的除水剂是玻璃除水的主要动力;在通气最初阶段的除水速率最快,并且提高除水温度、增大通气流量均有助于提高除水效率;结合实验从反应热力学角度讨论了除水机理,并指出在玻璃熔体中除水反应受熔体“笼效应”影响,反应速率大小取决于OH与CCl4形成偶遇对概率的大小。  相似文献

A nano-TiO2 electrode with a p-n homojunction device was designed and fabricated by coating of the nano-TiO2 (n-type) film together with the Cr3+-doped TiO2 (p-type) film. The sample films were prepared with synthesized sol-gel TiO2 which were verified as nano-size particles with anatase structure. The semiconductor characteristic of the p-type and n-type films was analyzed by current-voltage (I-V) measurements. Results show that the rectifying characteristic of the TiO2 films was observed from the I-V data illustration for both the n-type and p-type films. In addition, the characteristic of the rectifying curves was influenced by the fabrication conditions of the sample films, such as the doping concentration of Cr3+, heating temperature of the films, and film thickness. From the I-V analysis, the rectifying current of this diode showed a 102 mA order higher than the one of the n-type film. The p-n homojunction TiO2 electrode showed greater performance of electronic properties than the n-type TiO2 electrode.  相似文献
