Y-TZP (YZ) and Al2O3-doped Y-TZP (AYZ) bioceramics with addition of different contents of a refractory bioglass were fabricated. The influence of the glass addition and sintering temperature on the densification behavior, microstructure, and mechanical properties of YZ and AYZ was studied. The developed ceramics contained small amounts of ZrSiO4 and Ca2P2O7 phases within the ZrO2 matrix. The incorporation of glass to YZ promoted the ZrO2 phase partitioning and enhanced the ZrO2 grain growth at all the sintering temperatures, whereas the glass addition in AYZ prevented the Y2O3 redistribution between ZrO2 grains and limited the ZrO2 grain growth at 1300–1400°C. The hardness of the samples with glass was not significantly altered by using either YZ or AYZ. A slight increase in the fracture toughness with increasing glass content was found for YZ, while the fractured toughness of AYZ decreased by the glass addition. The more pronounced ZrO2 phase partitioning of YZ with glass decreased the flexural strength, whereas AYZ maintained almost unaltered its flexural strength at a high level by the glass incorporation. 相似文献

采用共沉淀法,以3-巯基丙酸为表面修饰剂,成功制备出Co2+掺杂水溶性ZnS量子点。采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、原子发射光谱仪、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪和荧光分光光度计等,研究了Co2+掺杂剂及掺杂量对ZnS量子点的晶体结构、形貌和发光性能等的影响。结果表明:所得产物均为ZnS立方型闪锌矿结构,量子点呈不规则球形,粒径主要集中在5.2 nm左右;掺杂样品发红色荧光,发光性能明显增强,属于Co2+形成的杂质能级(4A1—4T1)与缺陷的复合发光。同时,利用红外吸收光谱对Co2+掺杂水溶性ZnS量子点的形成机理进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

为了对掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的自脉冲行为进行系统的理论研究,采用数值模拟方法,对光子数密度和反转粒子数密度随时间及抽运功率的变化、阻尼系数与后腔镜的反射率和掺杂粒子浓度的关系,以及光纤本身固有振荡频率随后腔镜反射率的变化进行了理论分析.结果表明,随抽运功率的增加,振荡频率增加,振幅度减小;降低输出端的反馈和粒子的浓度可以抑制自脉冲现象.另外提出了抑制光纤激光器自脉冲的措施,为设计掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器提供了理论依据. 相似文献

Generally, glass-ceramics have superior properties compared to their parent glasses. Here, we prepared a novel Nd3+-doped MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-based transparent glass-ceramics with excellent fluorescence properties. The effects of Nd2O3 content on the structure and properties of glass-ceramics were studied, aiming to provide a key guidance for preparing this transparent glass-ceramics. The results revealed that the glass stability increased originally and then decreased with increasing Nd2O3 content, so did the variation of wavenumbers in infrared spectra. And these glass-ceramics are mainly composed of cordierite with residual glassy phase. The three phenomenological intensity parameters (Ω2,4,6) and radiative properties were estimated by Judd-Ofelt theory, and the values of Ω2 first decreased and then increased with increasing Nd2O3 content. Three main emission peaks ascribed to the transitions from 4F3/2 to 4I9/2, 4I11/2, 4I13/2 at 898, 1057, 1330 nm were observed, respectively. The branching ratios for 4F3/2→4I11/2 transition increased as the Nd2O3 content raised, and the fluorescence lifetimes of the 4F3/2 level were found to increase first and then decrease with Nd2O3 content (from 181 to 726 μs). The excellent fluorescence properties indicate that this novel glass-ceramics can be used as a potential solid-state optical functional material for 1.06 μm laser emission. 相似文献

A pulsed pumped Yb3+-doped double-cladding fiber (DCF) amplifier is reported, Seeded by a passive mode-locked Yb3+-doped fiber laser, the fiber amplifier can generate 200 W peak-power and 120 ps duration pulses at 100 Hz repetition rate. In this work, we display one-step reactions under autogenic pressure at elevated temperature (RAPET) method-based synthesis of Mn-doped GaN nanorods by varying the atomic ratio of Mn:Ga as 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 and 0.08, respectively. The synthesised nanorods are characterised by X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and Raman spectral methods. It is observed that there is a decrease in the lattice constant with an increase in the concentration of Mn (from 0.02 to 0.08 wt%). Moreover, the smaller covalent radius of Mn is the key for the doping process. The Mn-doped GaN nanocrystals show rod-like morphology with a length of 40–50 nm and width of 8–12 nm. This size factor mainly depends on the doping of Mn [from transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis] into GaN components. Well-defined lattice fringes are elucidated for the growth of crystalline hexagonal GaN (wurtzite type) nanocrystals. 相似文献

ZrO2-doped CuZnO catalyst prepared by successive-precipitation method was investigated by ICP-AES, BET, TEM, XRD, EXAFS, H2-TPR and CO/CO2 hydrogenation. The active phase of copper in CuZnO catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method was well-crystallized. The presence of ZrO2 led to a high copper dispersion, which was distinctive from CuZnO. Though the activity for carbon monoxide hydrogenation was little lower than that of CuZnO catalyst, ZrO2-doped CuZnO catalyst showed much higher activity and selectivity towards methanol synthesis from carbon dioxide hydrogenation. Moreover, ZrO2-doped CuZnO catalyst showed high performance for methanol synthesis from CO2-rich syngas. 相似文献
