Lithium and nitrogen dual acceptors-doped p-type ZnO thin films have been prepared using spray pyrolysis technique. The influence of dual acceptor (Li, N) doping on the structural, electrical, and optical properties of (Li, N):ZnO films are investigated in detail. The (Li, N):ZnO films exhibit good crystallinity with a preferred c-axis orientation. From AFM studies, it is found that the surface roughness of the thin films increases with the increase of doping percentage. The Hall Effect measurements showed p-type conductivity. The Hall measurements have been performed periodically up to seven months and it is observed that the films show p-type conductivity throughout the period of observation. The samples with Li:N ratio of 8:8 mol% showed the lowest resistivity of 35.78 Ω cm, while sample with Li:N ratio of 6:6 mol% showed highest carrier concentration. The PL spectra of (Li, N):ZnO films show a strong UV emission at room temperature. Furthermore, PL spectra show low intensity in deep level transition, indicating a low density of native defects. This indicates that the formation of intrinsic defects is effectively suppressed by dual acceptor (Li, N) doping in ZnO thin films. The chemical bonding states of N and Li in the films were examined by XPS analysis. 相似文献

目的克隆并表达编码结核分枝杆菌H37Rv株Rv0341蛋白的iniB基因。方法利用PCR从结核分枝杆菌H37Rv株中扩增iniB基因,克隆于pET-22b(+)原核表达载体,转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),经IPTG诱导表达,镍离子亲和层析柱纯化后,通过SDS-PAGE和Western-blot鉴定目的蛋白的表达及反应原性。结果克隆并表达了iniB基因,表达的蛋白相对分子质量约43000,诱导2h表达量较高,约为25%。目的蛋白主要以包涵体形式存在于超声沉淀中,纯化后蛋白纯度可达98%以上。经Western blot检测,纯化蛋白与依赖利福平结核分枝杆菌(依R菌)肺结核患者血清呈现强阳性反应,而与非依R菌肺结核患者血清不反应。结论已成功克隆并表达了编码结核分枝杆菌H37Rv株Rv0341蛋白的iniB基因,表达的重组蛋白具有反应原性及特异性,为依R菌结核病临床血清学快速诊断方法的建立及试剂盒的研发奠定了基础。 相似文献

以热生长的SiO2作为栅绝缘层,酞菁锌(ZnPc)作为有源层,研究了具有十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS,C18H37SiCl3)/SiO2双绝缘层结构的有机薄膜晶体管(OTFT)。实验表明,采用OTS可以有效地降低SiO2栅绝缘层的表面能并改善表面的平整度,器件的场效应迁移率提高了3.5倍,漏电流从10-9A降到10-10A,阈值电压降低了5 V,开关电流比从103增加到104。结果显示,具有OTS/SiO2双绝缘层的器件结构能有效改进OTFT的性能。 相似文献

A low-destructive friction-induced nanofabrication method is proposed to produce three-dimensional nanostructures on a quartz surface. Without any template, nanofabrication can be achieved by low-destructive scanning on a target area and post-etching in a KOH solution. Various nanostructures, such as slopes, hierarchical stages and chessboard-like patterns, can be fabricated on the quartz surface. Although the rise of etching temperature can improve fabrication efficiency, fabrication depth is dependent only upon contact pressure and scanning cycles. With the increase of contact pressure during scanning, selective etching thickness of the scanned area increases from 0 to 2.9 nm before the yield of the quartz surface and then tends to stabilise after the appearance of a wear. Refabrication on existing nanostructures can be realised to produce deeper structures on the quartz surface. Based on Arrhenius fitting of the etching rate and transmission electron microscopy characterization of the nanostructure, fabrication mechanism could be attributed to the selective etching of the friction-induced amorphous layer on the quartz surface. As a maskless and low-destructive technique, the proposed friction-induced method will open up new possibilities for further nanofabrication. 相似文献

In this work, a library of (+)-camphor and (−)-fenchone based N-acylhydrazones, amides, and esters, including para-substituted aromatic/hetaromatic/cyclohexane ring was synthesized, with potent orthopoxvirus inhibitors identified among them. Investigations of the structure-activity relationship revealed the significance of the substituent at the para-position of the aromatic ring. Also, the nature of the linker between a hydrophobic moiety and aromatic ring was clarified. Derivatives with p-Cl, p-Br, p-CF3, and p-NO2 substituted aromatic ring and derivatives with cyclohexane ring showed the highest antiviral activity against vaccinia virus, cowpox, and ectromelia virus. The hydrazone and the amide group were more favourable as a linker for antiviral activity than the ester group. Compounds 3 b and 7 e with high antiviral activity were examined using the time-of-addition assay and molecular docking study. The results revealed the tested compounds to inhibit the late processes of the orthopoxvirus replication cycle and the p37 viral protein to be a possible biological target. 相似文献
