Influence of CYP3A5 polymorphism on tacrolimus blood concentrations in renal transplant patients

Objective Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressive drug with narrow therapeutic range and wide interindividual variation in its pharmacokinetics. Tacrolimus is a substrate of cytochrome P450(CYP)3A5. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether the A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus concentration /dose ratio. Methods Fifty-two Chinese renal transplant patients were enrolled in this study. Their body weight, dosage and concentration of tacrolimus were observed. CYP3A5 genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results A significant association was found between tacrolimus levels per dose/kg/d and CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism (P<0.001). The CYP3A5 * 3 * 3 patients have a significantly higher tacrolimus level/dose than CYP3A5 * 1 * 1 and CYP3A5 * 1 * 3. Conclusions CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus pharmacokinetics and dose requirements. Pharmacogenetic methods could be employed prospectively to help the dose selection and to individualize immunosuppressive therapy according to the result. 地震勘探技术在焉耆盆地勘探开发中的合理应用探讨

地震勘探技术应用可以分为以二维地震研究构造为主的地震勘探初级阶段、以地震地层学为主的地震勘探中级阶段、以三维地震油藏静态描述为主的地震勘探高级阶段、以地震储层研究为主的开发地震妆级阶段和以四维地震进行油藏监测为主的开发地震高级阶段。针对5个不同阶段的地质条件和地质任务，选择使用合理的地震勘探技术是有效提高勘探开发效益的重要途径。焉耆盆地的勘探开发体现了以地震勘探为主的思路，在勘探开发过程中重视了针对不同勘探开发阶段和不同的地质 地震技术，因此，在早期勘探开发中取得了很好的经济效益。     

FeBP非晶态合金超细微粒的合成及其对PH3分解的催化作用

用化学还原法合成了FeBP非晶态合金超细微粒，用电感耦合等离子体光谱（ICP）、X射线粉末衍射（XRD）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和差热分析（DSC）等手段对其进行了物性表征，并用微型催化反应装置考察了其对PH3分解的催化作用，结果表明，非晶态合金FeBP对PH3的分解具有良好的催化作用，能使PH3的分解温度从800℃以上降到500℃左右。490℃时分解率超过90％，540℃时达100％。     

数据包络分析模型及其应用研究

通过对传统的C^2R模型进行研究并加以改进，建立了C2RHZ模型,利用有色金属矿采选业1993-2001年科技创新的相关数据进行了计算分析。说明了C^2RHZ模型的应用价值．

软件无线电中采样率转换技术的实现及在3G中的应用

目前移动通信标准繁多,且新旧体制混杂,很难做到统一.为了实现互连互通,目前比较可行的方法是采用软件无线电.采样率转换技术是实现互连互通的关键.文中针对第三代移动通信系统(3G)中不同通信体制的带宽、速率要求,根据分级变换的思想,对3G中的CDMA2000和TDSCDMA的采样率转换方案进行了设计,并对3G中的5种制式的采样率转换方案进行了分析比较.实验表明,这一方案可以在采样率变换的高效网络结构基础上进一步降低滤波运算量和存储量.     

In situ formation of multi scale reinforcing phases to improve performance of Al2O3-SiC C castables

In order to improve the physical properties and slag corrosion resistance of refractory materials for hot metal pretreatment, different contents of composite metal powders (CMP) were introduced into Al2O3-SiC-C refractory castables. The effect of CMP on the microstructure, physical properties and slag corrosion resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C refractory castables were studied. The results show that the multi scale reinforcing phases including flake crystals, rod shaped fibers, filamentous fibers and whiskers are in situ formed in the samples with addition of CMP, which result to the improvement of the cold modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength. When the addition of CMP is 6 wt.%, the high temperature modulus of rupture increases by 231%, the thermal shock resistance increases by 77% after thermal shock by water cooling 5 times and the percentage of the slag resistant area reduces by 37.2%.     

Transmittance and cathodoluminescence of AlN ceramics sintered with Ca3Al2O6 as sintering additive

Aluminum nitride ceramics were prepared by sintering with 0–4.8 mass% of Ca₃Al₂O₆ (C₃A) as a sintering additive. The transmittance in the range of 260–550 nm increased with increasing amount of C₃A. The cathodoluminescence intensity attributed to oxygen-induced defects decreased with increasing amount of C₃A. From the results, the increase of the transmittance in the range of 260–550 nm was considered to be related to the decrease of the oxygen-induced defect density.     

一种新的基于PARC技术的MIMO系统

MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)的显著优点就是在不增加带宽的情况下,能够成倍地提高通信系统容量和频谱利用率,是未来移动通信与个人通信系统实现高速率数据传输,提高高传输质量的重要途径,也是未来移动通信系统广泛采用的关键技术.文中简要介绍了MIMO系统及其一种新的MIMO系统中的应用技术,即PARC(Per-antenna Rate Control)技术.     

输电铁塔三维模型生成的改进

对文献[1]中所提出的铁塔模型生成方法进行了改进。通过对铁塔进行组块分割,重新组织数据结构,并采用逐步细化和封装的方法,对OpenGL三维坐标系下的铁塔节点坐标和杆件数据进行有效的管理。改进后运行程序,显著降低内存占用,易于实现模型修改。该法也适用于生成杆件类三维结构。
