A method for multi-parameter PDF estimation of random variables

The probability distribution function (PDF) of a random variable Z is approximated with c·e^Q(z), where Q(z) is a polynomial function and c is normalizing constant. Based upon the weighted residual method, general linear algebraic equations have been derived for the evaluation of the unknown parameters in the polynomial. Numerical examples are presented and the results show that the PDFs obtained using the proposed method converge to those obtained from Monte Carlo simulation as the number of parameters in the approximate PDF increases.     

挟沙水流中沙粒对底壁湍流猝发的影响

本文在常规的边界层方程中保留了法向压力梯度项和增加了固粒对流体的使用项，结合Ｂａｔｃｈｅｏｌｒ对交界面提供的分析方法和小扰动稳定性理论，由理论分析和计算得到了包括沙粒之类的悬浮体的尺寸，比重，流动Ｒｅ数，两相速度差以及扰动波数与水流底壁湍流猝发角的关系，计算结果与Ｒａｓｈｉｄｉ等的实验结果相符。文中所得结果有助于进一步了解江河底部水流的流动特性以及泥沙的沉积和输运机理。     

集群系统与公用网互连的仿真模型和模拟算法

在讨论ＭＰＴ１３２７信令的集群移动通信系统与国内Ｎｏ．７信令的ＰＳＴＮ网间互连，帝现两种信令配合中，研究了集群系统的仿真模型和模拟算法，同时模拟出整个集群系统的工作情况，运行结果证实了所提方案的可行性与准确性。     

核电厂放射性监测系统仿真的数学物理模型

较详细地介绍了在北京核电厂模拟培训中心的模拟器上建立ＲＭＳ仿真系统的工作。首先对仿真的原型进行分析和简化，建立数学物理模型，并对包括ＲＣＳ、ＰＺＲ、ＳＧ、ＣＶＣＳ等的近２０个核电厂系统进行了动态仿真建模，确定ＲＭＳ各监测点放射性水平仿真读数的计算方法，最后，给出部分仿真实验结果，以验证数学物理模型的可靠性和适用性。     

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF STRATIFIED FLOW WITH BOTH VERTICAL TEMPERATURE GRADIENT AND VERTICAL SALINITY GRADIENT

Density stratified flow with both the vertical temperature gradient and the verti-cal salinity gradient is simulated numerically, in which turbulent terms are calculated by a sim-plified turbulence stress/flux algebraic model. The feature of stratification and turbulence is de-scribed correctly by the model. The computational results agree well with the experimental data.However, the k-e turbulence model is not so successful.     

Modeling and simulation of the drying of thin sheets in a continuous infrared dryer

The model gives the temperature and moisture distributions of the air, and of the moist sheet, as a function of time and distance in the dryer. The influence of the sheet's velocity and that of the radiant energy on the dryer performance as well as the effect of the moisture content of the entering sheet have been studied. A set of 27 experiments was carried out using the infrared dryer in order to calibrate the model. In these, the following three variables each had three operational levels: web velocity, initial web moisture and heating power. The model predictions agreed very well with the experimental data. Model predictions using arithmetic averages for the parameters, and parameters correlated with operational variables, are also presented and discussed.     

Simulation of toxic gases and vapours removal by activated carbon filters

The system ASC carbon filter/cyanogen chloride was studied by simulation. Three filter configurations and several models, taking into account Langmuir adsorption and second-order reaction between the adsorbed toxic vapour and the active metal on the surface, were developed.The effects of axial dispersion, number of reaction units, film mass transfer units and intraparticle mass transfer resistance on the breakthrough time were studied.Simulation results show that a complex model should be used in order to predict with reasonable accuracy the protection imparted by these filters.     

Flow dynamics or ‘quaking’ in gravity discharge from silos

This paper reviews the characteristics of pulsating or cyclic flow of bulk solids during gravity discharge in bins and silos. The dynamic load phenomenon is often referred to as “silo quaking” and is influenced by various factors related to the type of flow pattern developed in the bin and the flow properties of the bulk material. Of particular relevance is the influence of ‘slip-stick’ during shear flow, and the velocity at critical sections in the silo during discharge. An overview of recent and current research on this subject is presented.     

方盒形带凸缘件的板料形状优化设计

本文用大变形刚塑性有限元模拟正方形板料在方冲头拉延下的凸缘变形过程，并以所获得的工件形状与金属流动方向为依据，对初始板料形状进行修正。对修正后的坯料形状进行二次模拟，获得了与给定凸缘形状基本吻合的拉延件形状。文中对不同凸缘圆角对极料优化形状的影响作了计算，讨论了在保证边界轮廓位置不变的条件下网格划分的方法。     

极尖断面为折线的四极透镜磁性能研究

对传统双曲线极尖的四极透镜进行了磁性能分析。在此基础上，提出了极尖断面为折线的四极透镜结构。磁场的数值分析以及测量结果表明：该结构产生的场梯度均匀，且具有磁场集中、磁场梯度高、便于加工和安装的对称性控制等优点。该结构的四极透镜已用于ＣＹＣＩＡＥ－３０回旋加速器和ＨＩ－１３串列加速器束流输运线之中
