基于nRF9E5的多点无线温湿度监控系统的设计

采用51兼容的射频SoC芯片nRF9E5及数字温湿度传感器SHT11设计了无线温湿度监控系统。根据无线通信系统特点设计了系统的硬件、软件,并进行了调试和试验运行。为了保证无线通信的可靠性,采取光电隔离、LC滤波、硬件"看门狗"作为抗干扰措施。系统具有可靠性高、可方便扩展通信节点容量等优点。     

基于Pro/E软件的柜式空调下面板注射模设计

以柜式空调下面板注射模设计为例,介绍了Pro/E软件中的零件模块、模具模块、装配模块等在注射模设计过程中的使用方法和过程,对注射模设计人员有一定的帮助和借鉴作用。     

在VC环境下利用Pro/TOOLKIT对Pro/E进行二次开发

目前我国Pro/E应用日益普及,而二次开发严重滞后,论文介绍了其二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT,并针对Pro/TOOLKIT开发对话框较困难,提出利用动态链接库实现了在Pro/E中调用MFC对话框,给出了实现方案和齿轮参数化设计的编程实例.     

基于Pro/E和ADAMS联合仿真的夹钳机构设计与优化

在Pro/E环境下对初步设计的夹钳机构进行建模、装配及运动学仿真分析,发现模型运动学特性较差.为改善夹钳机构的运动学特性,将模型通过Mechanism/Pro接口程序导入ADAMS中进行优化设计,并在ADAMS中得到了改进机构模型的方法.在Pro/E下改进机构模型并再次进行运动学仿真,验证了改进结果的合理性.仿真结果表明,利用Pro/E和ADAMS联合仿真的方法可以为机械结构的优化设计提供一条有效路径.     

Pro/E在塑料注射模设计中的应用

阐述了Pro/E三维设计软件在塑料注射模设计过程中的重要作用，以及在塑料注射模设计中常用设计方法的介绍。     

PVC管固定座注塑模设计

分析了PVC管固定座塑件的工艺特点，介绍了模具的主要设计过程、重要参数的选取。针对塑件外形复杂、总体尺寸适中，且有较深不等径侧孔的情况，设计中采用一模四腔、对称布置，水平抽芯机构采用斜销结构。在该设计中运用了PRO／E进行实体造型和模具设计。     

Ab-initio calculation of enthalpies of formation of intermetallic compounds and enthalpies of mixing of solid solutions

A large number of ab-initio calculations of energies of formation of intermetallic compounds have been performed in the last 15 years. The currently used methods are listed. The paper presents a review of the aluminium based compounds which have been studied. Comparisons of calculated and experimental enthalpies of formation are provided for aluminim-3d and-4d transition metal alloys at equiatomic composition. The modelling of the enthalpies of mixing of solid solutions based on a given lattice is described.     

Thermodynamic analysis and assessment of the Ce–Ni system

An optimised set of thermodynamic parameters for the Ce–Ni system has been obtained using the CALPHAD approach. A thorough thermodynamic analysis of the system has been carried out using different calorimetric techniques and the data have been used in the assessment. The free energy of the liquid phase has been described as a function of temperature and composition using a Redlich–Kister polynomial. Solid compounds have been considered as stoichiometric with the exception of the Laves phases. The phase diagram and thermodynamic quantities calculated from assessed parameters agree well with experimental data.

在分析水压轴向柱塞泵结构特点的基础上，详细说明了Pro／E在柱塞泵三维造型设计和机构仿真制作的全过程，从而为水压泵的设计提供了有力的工具。     

齿轮三维智能化设计研究

针对齿轮结构复杂、造型困难、使用频繁的特点,研究基于Pro/E平台的渐开线齿轮三维参数化造型技术;运用Pro/TOOLKIT、VC 对Pro/E软件进行二次开发,可根据用户输入的齿轮设计参数,自动生成齿轮的三维实体.
