利用环缝磨、搅拌磨制得了D0.5达μm左右的莫来石微粉。该粉体粒度分布窄,机械力化学活性高。用此微粉与细粉进行压坯烧结试验表明,其粒径比和体积比对烧结有很大影响。在粒径比相差不大的情况下,对应每一烧结温度均存在一个微粉最低有效加入量,且烧结温度越高,该加入量越小;当粒径比相差很大时,此加入量值变得不太明显,但少量微粉引入即可显著提高坯体的烧结性能。  相似文献

Document examination is a vital mission for revealing illegal modifications that assist in the detection and resolution of criminal acts. Addition and alteration are more frequently used in handwritten documents. However, most of the documents have been modified with similar inks, and it is tough to detect or observe them with human eyes. As a result, there is a need for methods to automatically detect handwriting forgery to reach an accurate detection efficiently. In this paper, a novel and efficient method is proposed for automatically detecting altered handwritten documents and locating the fake part. Therefore, DE-Net is proposed to identify the forged document using a digitally scanned version of the document. Unlike the existing methods, a further localization schema is applied to locate the forged parts in the candidate forged document accurately. Where each forged document is segmented into objects. Color histograms of R, G, and B channels are used to generate a fused feature vector for each object. Then a structural similarity index (SSIM) is applied to detect the lower similarity parts as forged. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can identify and localize foreign ink in handwritten documents with high performance.  相似文献

Hydrophosphination reactions of phenyl substituted alkynes are catalyzed effectively by [(thf)4Ca(PPh2)2] (1). The reactions of diphenylethyne and diphenylbutadiyne with diphenylphosphane in THF in the presence of catalytic amounts of 1 (approx. 5 mol%) yield quantitatively the cis-addition products trans-1,2-diphenyl-1-diphenylphosphanylethene (2) and 1,4-diphenyl-1,4-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)buta-1,3-diene (3), respectively. The phenyl groups in 3 are oriented nearly perpendicular to the butadiene backbone and therefore, the π-systems of the phenyl groups and the butadiene unit show no interaction with each other.  相似文献

Siliceous MCM-41 and various organo-functionalized MCM-41s have been successfully synthesized by co-condensation method with/without the addition of NaF. The results of XRD, FT-IR and TG/DTG analyses show that the organo-functional groups incorporated into silicate framework of MCM-41 have been stably anchored to the silicate framework even after surfactant extraction and subsequent sulfonation. It also shows that the addition of NaF to synthesis mixture could lead to well-resolved MCM-41 but the incorporation of organo-functional groups could be disturbed by F anions, especially for vinyl group, enhancing the polycondensation than co-condensation. The proton conductivities of composite membranes fabricated by as-synthesized siliceous MCM-41s synthesized with/without the addition of NaF (M41F and M41) are lower than those of composite membranes fabricated by their calcined MCM-41s synthesized with/without the addition of NaF (CM41F and CM41) regardless of the addition of NaF while their methanol permeability are opposite, mainly due to pore blocking by surfactant. The results also clearly show that the higher and increasing methanol permeability of composite membrane fabricated with CM41 than fabricated with CM41F with powder content is ascribed to the combined effect of larger pore and broader pore size distribution and poorer adhesion between powder and Nafion dispersion.FT-IR and TGA results clearly show that the methanol permeability of composite membranes fabricated with various organo-functinalized- and sulfonated-MCM-41 strongly depends on the residual void space within the pore channel of MCM-41 resulting from the amount of incorporated organo-functional groups and hydrophilicity of sulfonic groups attached to organo-functional groups. It is also seen that the synthesis condition of MCM-41 such as the addition of NaF significantly affects the degree of organo-functionalization, especially for vinyl groups and thus sulfonation.  相似文献

This study focused on toluene photodecomposition in the presence of H2O over metal (Ba, Al, Si, V, and W)-incorporated TiO2. The nanometer-sized, metal-TiO2 photocatalyst samples, including Ba2+, Al3+, Si4+, V5+, and W6+ ions, were prepared by using the solvothermal method. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results showed that the Ti-OH peak, which indicates hydrophilicity, increased with increasing Al and Si ion components but decreased with increasing Ba, V, and W ion components. The contact angles were distributed over the range of 0–10° on almost all films (200-nm thick) after irradiation for 2 h, and in particular approached 0° on the Al-TiO2 and Si-TiO2 nanometer-sized films after just 30 min. The toluene (100 ppm) photodecomposition in the continuous system increased in the order of Al-TiO2>Si-TiO2>pure TiO2>W-TiO2>Ba-TiO2>V-TiO2, and the maximum toluene conversion rate achieved was 45% over Al-TiO2 film after 120 min. The toluene conversion remarkably increased; however, over all photocatalysts, with H2O addition during the toluene photo-decomposed reaction, and in particular, the conversion reached up to 90% after 120 min over Al-TiO2 and Si-TiO2 with increased hydrophilicity. After photoreaction for 24 h, minimal carbon was deposited on the photocatalyst under both reaction conditions, with and without H2O addition, although the deposited carbon amounts were smaller for the former. These results confirmed that the hydrophilicity of the photocatalyst had a greater effect on toluene decomposition, while the photocatalytic deactivation could be retarded by H2O supplementation during toluene decomposition.  相似文献

阐述了稀土的添加方法对硬质合金物理力学性能和使用性能的影响对论了影响的机理,列举了两种添加方法制得的同一牌号台金的金相组织结构、物理力学性能和使用性能。结果表明:新的添加方法制得的合金比原来在球磨机中直接添加的方法制得的合金的显微组织结构细小而均匀,其抗弯强度和冲击韧性更高。新的添加方法制得的合金比未添加稀土的同牌号合金的抗弯强度提高约10%,铣削或车削使用寿命提高1倍甚至2~4倍。  相似文献

在含1.0?的铝硅合金中复合加入一定量的Mn和不同量的B,采用OM、SEM、EDS及DSC等手段研究了B含量对铸态组织、富铁相比例及形貌的影响,并探讨了复合添加Mn/B的影响机制。结果表明:适量的B对Al-Si合金晶粒度、富铁相都具有明显的细化作用;添加3%Al-3B时,富铁相面积分数和平均颗粒尺寸分别从6.73%和11.2μm降至4.13%和7.5μm;在3%之内添加Al-3B可抑制粗大初生铁相的形成,促进富铁相由粗大星状初生铁相、大尺寸树枝状、网状共生富铁相向小尺寸致密度高的树枝状、汉字状和粒状富铁相状变;过量的Al-3B易导致多边形初生铁相的出现,但合金组织和共生铁相得到进一步的细化。  相似文献
