Characterization of acoustic signals due to surface discharges on H.V. glass insulators using wavelet radial basis function neural networks

A hybrid model incorporating wavelet and radial basis function neural network is presented which is used to detect, identify and characterize the acoustic signals due to surface discharge activity and hence differentiate abnormal operating conditions from the normal ones. The tests were carried out on cleaned and polluted high voltage glass insulators by using surface tracking and erosion test procedure of international electrotechnical commission 60587. A laboratory experiment was conducted by preparing the prototypes of the discharges. This study suggests a feature extraction and classification algorithm for surface discharge classification, which when combined together reduced the dimensionality of the feature space to a manageable dimension, by “marrying” the wavelet to radial basis function neural network very high levels of classification are achieved. Wavelet signal treatment toolbox is used to recover the surface discharge acoustic signals by eliminating the noisy portion and to reduce the dimension of the feature input vector. A radial basis function neural network classifier was used to classify the surface discharge and assess the suitability of this feature vector in classification. This learning method is proved to be effective by applying the wavelet radial basis function neural network in the classification of surface discharge fault data set. The test results show that the proposed approach is efficient and reliable.

Chemical composition and bond structure of carbon-nitride films deposited by CH4/N2 dielectric barrier discharge

Carbon nitride films have been deposited by dielectric barrier discharge with a CH₄/N₂ gas mixture at different conditions. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photo electron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and ellipsometry were used to systematically study chemical composition, bond structure and surface morphology of deposited films. Various bonds between carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and also oxygen were observed.

OBSERVATION ON SPUTTERING SURFACE OF ALLOYS IN GLOW DISCHARGE

Glow discharge cathodic sputtering of alloys containing second phase precipitates or injectedoxide particles has been observed with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer and scanningelectron microprobe.It was shown that the formation of cones during the sputtering in thesealloys is due to masking of the matrix by glow sputtering second phase precipitates or oxideparticles.At steady state,the density of cottes were found to be a function of the densities pre-cipitates or oxide particles in bulk alloy.In addition to the changes of local sputtering rate,theelectrostatic effect may play a role on the formation fo cones.     

基于生态径流指标的水文情势变化评估新方法

基于流量历时曲线计算生态径流指标的方法存在诸多不足,也未形成相应的河流水文情势变化评估方法。采用流量过程线重新定义了月、季和年三种时间尺度的生态径流,构建了包含12个月生态盈余和12个月生态赤字的生态径流指标体系,提出了衡量这些指标在建库前后变化度的计算公式,基于月生态赤字发展了月生态风险评估方法,形成了一种河流生态水文情势变化评估方法。将其用于长江宜昌站,评估三峡工程在建库前后的生态水文情势变化。结果表明：重新定义的月、季、年生态径流之间消除了不一致性,香农多样性指数与年生态赤字的年际变化具有更高的相似度,变化度计算公式完全适用于衡量建库前后的变化程度,生态风险图使生态径流指标的实用性大为增强。

Dressing of filigree fine-grained metal bonded grinding wheels

Metal bonded grinding tools offer a remarkable potential for micro grinding because of their favorable wear behavior. However, metal bonded grinding tools, especially dicing blades, are hard to dress by conventional dressing methods. Electro contact discharge dressing, which is presented in this paper, is a numerically controlled dressing process offering the possibility to create the geometry and topography of the grinding wheel simultaneously at negligible dressing forces. The power of an electric circuit thermally removes the metal bond of the grinding wheel during the dressing process. The quality of the created profiles and the influence of the dressing parameters on the specific material removal rate of the grinding tool as well as the wear of the electrode are investigated at fine-grained grinding wheels.     

弧焊机器人焊接系统的研制与应用

本文介绍弧焊机器人焊接系统的研制及应用。该系统与示教再现型机器人配套,适于CO_2焊接。它采用高性能晶闸管式弧焊电源和推拉丝式送丝机,通过接口盒与机器人控制器通讯,能检测多种故障和报警。经反复试验和生产现场使用,证明该系统性能优良,工作可靠,焊接质量高,成本低,可实现国产化,替代进口产品。     

Mn含量对Mg2Ni型合金相形成及放电性能的影响

采用按比例混合合金粉末压制成圆柱试样，然后用低温烧结和随后机械球磨的方法制备了非晶态的Mg2Ni型合金。研究了烧结和球磨对不同Mn含量的Mg2Ni型合金的相形成过程及电化学性能的影响。实验表明：在Mg2Ni中采用第三组元Mn对Mg进行适量的替代后，通过烧结及球磨方法可以获得均匀的非晶相；微量替代可有效地提高其放电容量：随替代量的增加，合金最大放电容量和高速放电能力降低，而充放电循环稳定性提高。
