提出并研制了一种二维电场检测传感芯片,将四个电场测量微型单元和旋转式驱动微结构集成在3. 5 mm ×3. 5 mm的敏感结构上,实现了单芯片的电场二维测量.介绍了传感器的工作原理、敏感结构的设计,以及基于绝缘体上硅( SOI)工艺的单芯片微型二维电场传感器制备工艺技术.成功研制出传感器原理样机,研究了微型二维电场传感器的标定方法,开发了用于电场二维标定的测试装置,并在室温常压下对传感器进行了二维标定.实验结果表明:该传感器能够有效减小电场的轴间耦合干扰,测量误差优于7. 04%,线性度可达到1. 25%.  相似文献

Estimation of physical parameters in dynamical systems driven by linear partial differential equations is an important problem. In this paper, we introduce the least costly experiment design framework for these systems. It enables parameter estimation with an accuracy that is specified by the experimenter prior to the identification experiment, while at the same time minimising the cost of the experiment. We show how to adapt the classical framework for these systems and take into account scaling and stability issues. We also introduce a progressive subdivision algorithm that further generalises the experiment design framework in the sense that it returns the lowest cost by finding the optimal input signal, and optimal sensor and actuator locations. Our methodology is then applied to a relevant problem in heat transfer studies: estimation of conductivity and diffusivity parameters in front-face experiments. We find good correspondence between numerical and theoretical results.  相似文献

Robust stabilisation and L2-gain analysis for a class of switched systems with actuator saturation are studied in this paper. The switching signal of the controllers lags behind that of the system modes, which leads to the asynchronous switching between the candidate controllers and the subsystems. By combining the piecewise Lyapunov function method with the convex hull technique, sufficient conditions in terms of LMIs for the solvability of the robust stabilisation and weighted L2-gain problems are presented respectively under the dwell time scheme. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of estimating the domain of attraction is considered for delta operator systems subject to nested actuator saturation. A set invariance condition is established for the delta operator system with nested actuator saturation in terms of auxiliary feedback matrices. Based on the set invariance condition, an optimisation approach is proposed to estimate the domain of attraction for the delta operator system. Thereby, the partial results of nested actuator saturation for both continuous-time systems and discrete-time systems are extended to delta operator system framework. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design techniques.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of robust fault-tolerant control against the actuator effectiveness loss for delta operator systems with actuator saturation. Ellipsoids are used to estimate the domain of attraction for the delta operator systems with actuator saturation and effectiveness loss. Some invariance set conditions used for enlarging the domain of attraction are expressed by linear matrix inequalities. Discussions on system performance optimisation are presented in this paper, including reduction on computational complexity, expansion of the domain of attraction and disturbance rejection. In this paper, the control problem for a class of linear parameter varying (LPV) plant subject to actuator saturation is investigated. For the saturated LPV plant depending on the scheduling parameters in linear fractional transformation (LFT) fashion, a gain-scheduled output feedback controller in the LFT form is designed to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop LPV system and provide optimised disturbance/error attenuation performance. By using the congruent transformation, the synthesis condition is formulated as a convex optimisation problem in terms of a finite number of LMIs for which efficient optimisation techniques are available. The nonlinear inverted pendulum problem is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Moreover, the comparison between our LPV saturated approach with an existing linear saturated method reveals the advantage of the LPV controller when handling nonlinear plants.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the optimal robust reliable H control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with actuator faults. A new method of annihilating uncertain matrix is proposed. Based on this approach, a new method of disposing of the phenomenon of uncertain matrices multiplication is provided. In accordance with the method, the optimal robust reliable H control problem for uncertain nonlinear systems is settled by employing state feedback, in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). This paper is devoted to saturated control of switched delay systems. The main focus is to find a suitable switching law and saturated output feedback controllers such that the closed‐loop systems are asymptotically stable and have the disturbance tolerance/rejection capacity. A mixed slow/arbitrary switching approach, so‐called persistent dwell time (PDT) switching, is used to design the switching law. Compared with the slow switching, it is more general and leads to more flexibility in the process of constructing switching signals. More importantly, the proposed PDT is dependent on state delay, which includes the previous delay‐independent PDT. Next, time‐varying ellipsoids and a prescribe l2‐gain are introduced to characterize the disturbance tolerance and rejection capacities of systems, respectively. Based on the proposed results, the relation between delay‐dependent PDT and level of disturbance tolerance/rejection is shown. Finally, saturated controllers working in time‐varying hull controllable regions are designed. Thus, the considered problem is solved.
