The interaction of bubbles is the key to understand gas–liquid bubbling flow. Two-dimensional axis-symmetry computational fluid dynamics simulations on the interactive bubbles were performed with VOF method,which was validated by experimental work. It is testified that several different bubble interactive behaviors could be acquired under different conditions. Firstly, for large bubbles(d: 4, 6, 8, 10 mm), the trailing bubble rising velocity and aspect ratio have negative correlations with liquid viscosity and surface tension. The influences of viscosity and surface tension on leading bubble are negligible. Secondly, for smaller bubbles(d: 1, 2 mm), the results are complicated. The two bubbles tend to move together due to the attractive force by the wake and the potential repulsive force. Especially for high viscous or high surface tension liquid, the bubble pairs undergo several times acceleration and deceleration. In addition, bubble deformation plays an important role during bubble interaction which cannot be neglected.  相似文献

以中低温煤焦油沥青质为原料,采用NiMoW/γ-Al_2O_3商业催化剂,在反应温度380℃、反应压力8 MPa和反应时间1.5 h条件下,分别在不同剂油质量比(1∶25、1∶20、1∶15、1∶10)条件下进行加氢实验,通过采用元素分析、FT-IR、XRD、~1H-NMR和XPS等分析表征手段,考察不同剂油质量比对中低温煤焦油沥青质加氢转化过程的影响。结果表明,随着剂油质量比的增加,沥青质转化率提高,加氢产物分布也发生大幅变化,沥青质和芳香分轻质化转化为饱和分。但随着剂油质量比的进一步提高,同时也发生了更多的裂化反应和缩合反应,剂油质量比在合适范围能够很好地起到加氢轻质化且抑制结焦的效果。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了氮气流量(5、10、25、50 sccm)及氮氩气流量比(4∶1、3∶2、2∶3、1∶4)对磁控溅射TiN薄膜微观形貌和相组成的影响。结果显示,所得样品具有纳米级TiN薄膜的基本特征。当N2与Ar的总流量为5 sccm,而它们的流量比为4∶1时,可以制得品质较好的蓝紫色TiN薄膜。  相似文献

The uniaxial tension experiments are performed on thermoplastic polyurethane to investigate its mechanical behaviors and related potential mechanisms, and the loading strain rate is designing to be wide ranging from 0.0001 to 1 s−1. It is found that the polyurethane presents an obvious rate-dependence, and the stress strain curves share distinct strain hardening characteristics under the investigated strain rates. Furthermore, the strain hardening ratios are sharing nearly same trends and appear to be influenced by both strain rate and the induced adiabatic heating. Besides, the ratio is also strain-dependent on previous loading history. Then, a two-dimension unit cell model is built to investigate potential equivalent mechanisms, of which the hard phase as inclusion is equivalent with crystallization zone, crosslinking sites, and so forth. The simulation results facilitate to explain the distinct strain hardening ratios, even for the matrix from the extrapolated curves under super-low strain rate loading. Finally, the analogic mechanisms of equivalent hard inclusions are proposed, which can reasonably explain the strain rate- and strain-dependence characteristics of polyurethane mechanical behaviors.  相似文献

Tumor-specific metabolic adaptations offer an interesting therapeutic opportunity to selectively destroy cancer cells. However, solid tumors also present gradients of nutrients and waste products across the tumor mass, forcing tumor cells to adapt their metabolism depending on nutrient availability in the surrounding microenvironment. Thus, solid tumors display a heterogenous metabolic phenotype across the tumor mass, which complicates the design of effective therapies that target all the tumor populations present. In this work, we used a microfluidic device to study tumor metabolic vulnerability to several metabolic inhibitors. The microdevice included a central chamber to culture tumor cells in a three-dimensional (3D) matrix, and a lumen in one of the chamber flanks. This design created an asymmetric nutrient distribution across the central chamber, generating gradients of cell viability. The results revealed that tumor cells located in a nutrient-enriched environment showed low to no sensitivity to metabolic inhibitors targeting glycolysis, fatty acid oxidation, or oxidative phosphorylation. Conversely, when cell density inside of the model was increased, compromising nutrient supply, the addition of these metabolic inhibitors disrupted cellular redox balance and led to tumor cell death.  相似文献

采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR),经过4个阶段的培养,快速富集好氧氨氧化细菌(AOB)和厌氧氨氧化细菌(AnAOB),并考察不同低碳氮比对工艺脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,NH4^+-N去除率可达到99%以上,TN去除率可达到90%以上。对应C/N=0、1和2时,反应器出水NH4^+-N和TN去除率分别为99.59%、99.5%、98.47%和93.75%、97.22%、98.11%。说明少量COD的存在,可实现同步硝化-厌氧氨氧化-反硝化,且在一定程度上提高脱氮效率。  相似文献

The vapor split ratio (RV) adjustment plays an important role on energy efficiency during dividing wall column (DWC) operation. In order to achieve active control of RV, this aticle presents an innovative vapor splitter driven by hydraulics. The vapor flows into main tower from prefractionation section through the rectangle hole located at the end of the partition. Vapor splitting is implemented by the change of flow resistance at the rectangular hole caused by adjusting the liquid level on the bottom plate. This design makes full use of the hydraulic properties in DWC, employing simpler construction with single tunable parameter. Numerical simulations and laboratory tests were both carried out to validate its performance in the DWC with a diameter of 600 mm. The results demonstrate that the desired RV can be handled effectively in the approximate range from 0.5 to 2, basically satisfying the industrial demand for the gas distribution.  相似文献

Chia and sesame oils are important sources of essential fatty acids; however, their ω-3:ω-6 proportions do not comply with nutritional recommendation. A feasible approach to improve the ratio is to blend different oils, but only after understanding physical and chemical changes of the new matrix. Objective of the investigation was to determine the physico-chemical characteristics and the oxidative stability index (OSI), using the Rancimat method, of chia-sesame oil blends. The four ω-3:ω-6 blends tested (1:4, 1:6, 1:8, and 1:10) were exposed to temperatures of 110, 120, and 130 °C. The OSI values of the mixtures varied between 6.24–8.08, 3.07–4.00, and 1.62–2.01 hours for each temperature, respectively. In addition, their mean activation energy, enthalpy, entropy, and Q10 were 88.4 kJ/mol, 85.2 kJ/mol, −41.1 J/mol K, and 2.0. Finally, a shelf life prediction performed at 25 °C indicated stability times between 80 and 123 days. Therefore, combining chia and sesame oils produced blends with a good balance of essential fatty acids.  相似文献

For a long time, rare-earth ion-doped phosphors have been widely used in temperature sensing because of their excellent light-emitting properties. However, most of the rare earth elements are relatively rare and expensive, so the transition group elements that are economical and easy to obtain have been favored by researchers. This paper presents a new type of phosphor doped with rare earth ion and transition metal for optical temperature measurement. In recent years, Mn4+-doped phosphors have attracted wide attention because of their strong deep red light-emitting properties. La2LiSbO6 provides a good host environment for Mn4+ and Eu3+ due to its unique crystal structure. In this paper, a series of La2LiSbO6 phosphors singly doped with Mn4+ and Eu3+, and co-doped with Eu3+/Mn4+ were synthesized. The crystal phases and optical properties of these materials were characterized and analyzed in detail. We specifically studied the temperature dependence of the fluorescence intensity of the optimized La2LiSbO6: Eu3+, Mn4+ phosphors at 303K–523K. The experimental results prove that the thermal responses of Mn4+ and Eu3+ are different. With increasing temperature, the thermal quenching of the Mn4+ fluorescence intensity is much faster than that of Eu3+, so the temperature characteristics can be explored by the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) of Eu3+ to Mn4+. At 523 K, its maximum relative sensitivity and maximum absolute sensitivity can reach 0.891% K−1 and 0.000264 K-1, respectively. Our experimental analysis shows that La2LiSbO6:Eu3+/Mn4+ phosphors have relatively high temperature sensitivity and have potential application prospects in the field of high temperature sensing.  相似文献

以水性环氧树脂乳液和水性硅溶胶作为成膜基料,添加防锈颜填料,制备了一种有机-无机水性复合防腐涂料。研究了防腐涂料的腐蚀速率以及水性硅溶胶用量对涂层在不同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性,及其表干时间、实干时间、硬度、附着力和耐盐雾性的影响,通过电化学方法确定了涂层的最佳厚度。结果表明:当防闪锈剂添加量为1%(w)、颜基比为20%(w)、水性硅溶胶的质量占水性环氧树脂质量的15%、漆膜厚度为180μm时,所制复合水性防腐涂料具备良好的耐水、耐碱、耐盐雾性。  相似文献
