针对弱极性天然/丁苯橡胶复合体系,从分子设计的角度出发,选择乙烯基三乙氧基硅氧烷(VTES)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,通过自由基溶液聚合并优化了反应条件:在85℃和115℃分别加入两种不同量的引发剂BPO和DCP,均保温反应2h,合成了三元共聚物BA-MMA-VTES大分子表面改性剂,用于纳米碳化硅、氮化硅陶瓷粉体的表面改性。采用FTIR、NMR、GPC、DSC、TGA等对所合成的三元共聚物的结构、性质和数均相对分子质量进行了分析和表征。通过FTIR、NMR测试结果,证实了BA-MMA-VTES三元共聚物的结构;通过GPC测试,证明BA-MMA-VTES三元共聚物的数均相对分子质量控制在3000~10000;DSC显示合成的大分子只有一个Tg,在3.3℃左右,表明它是无规共聚物,柔性适中;TGA显示三元共聚物主要热分解区间在280~500℃,热稳定性良好。 相似文献

In this study, water temperature longitudinal and temporal patterns were investigated in four locations of the Yangtze River to identify their influence on spawning of the Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis Gray 1835). The results showed that, historically (1960–1980), the four locations, Pingshan (PS, 2,687 river kilometres [rkm]), Yichang (YC, 1,640 rkm), Chenglingji (CLJ, 1,265 rkm), and Hukou (HK, 805 rkm), all had similar average annual water temperatures (around 18.0 °C) but very different amplitudes: The upper two locations, PS (11.4–23.2 °C) and YC (9.1–25.9 °C), were relatively stable and had smaller amplitude than the lower two ones, CLJ (6.0–30.0 °C) and HK (5.9–30.8 °C). On the basis of the physiological effects for Chinese sturgeon, we defined three water temperature ranges: stressing (>23 °C), holding (23–20 °C), and spawning (20–16 °C). We found that the upper two locations with successful spawning of the Chinese sturgeon (PS and YC) had short or no stressing period but long holding and spawning periods. Currently (2013–2016), the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir increases the time for water temperature decreasing to 20 °C at the current spawning ground (YC) in autumn, which increases the stressing and holding periods, and has significant negative impact on the spawning of Chinese sturgeon. Nonetheless, considering the very high stressing temperature and the short duration of the holding and spawning periods at CLJ and HK, we propose that YC is still the most suitable spawning location for the Chinese sturgeon. 相似文献

An input design method is presented for guaranteeing the diagnosability of faults from the outputs of a system. Faults are modeled by discrete switches between linear models with bounded disturbances and measurement errors. Zonotopes are used to efficiently characterize the set of inputs that are guaranteed to lead to outputs that are consistent with at most one fault scenario. Provided that this set is nonempty, an element is then chosen that is minimally harmful with respect to other control objectives. This approach leads to a nonconvex optimization problem, but is shown to be equivalent to a mixed-integer quadratic program that can be solved efficiently. Methods are given for reducing the complexity of this program, including an observer-based method that drastically reduces the number of binary variables when many sampling times are required for diagnosis. 相似文献

We present a simple and fast algorithm to test the thermodynamic stability and determine the necessary chemical environment for the production of a multiternary material, relative to competing phases and compounds formed from the constituent elements. If the material is found to be stable, the region of stability, in terms of the constituent elemental chemical potentials, is determined from the intersection points of hypersurfaces in an (n−1)-dimensional chemical potential space, where n is the number of atomic species in the material. The input required is the free energy of formation of the material itself, and that of all competing phases. Output consists of the result of the test of stability, the intersection points in the chemical potential space and the competing phase to which they relate, and, for two- and three-dimensional spaces, a file which may be used for visualization of the stability region. We specify the use of the program by applying it both to a ternary system and to a quaternary system. The algorithm automates essential analysis of the thermodynamic stability of a material. This analysis consists of a process which is lengthy for ternary materials, and becomes much more complicated when studying materials of four or more constituent elements, which have become of increased interest in recent years for technological applications such as energy harvesting and optoelectronics.
